Good Morning Sabbath (Feast of Trumpets)......
Father thank You for this NEW Holy Day. Please continue to fill our HEARTS & MINDS with Your LOVE & TRUTH, and TRANSFORM our ordinary day into an extraordinary day. Shine Your Light in us, through us, and over us. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s name, we pray and ask, May we make a difference in this world, for Your Glory and Purposes TODAY! - A Feast Fit For A King - The Feast of Trumpets The Feast of Trumpets is among the Festivals of God listed in Leviticus 23. It's all about announcing The King Is Coming. The Hebrew word "Feast" is more accurately translated as "Rehearsal." That seems pretty significant if we think about it. Let's read Our Father in Heaven’s Word: Then the Lord (YHWH, Yahweh) spoke to Moses, saying, “Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a Sabbath-rest, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work on it; and you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord.’” Leviticus 23:23-25 When Yeshua (Jesus) came into the world (in the flesh), He kept the Feast of Trumpets along with the other people of Hebrew descent. After the death and resurrection of Jesus, the first-century Church continued in keeping it along with the other six Festivals mentioned in Leviticus 23. The Feast of Trumpets teaches great lessons. If we try to understand its significant meaning, the Feast of Trumpets helps us understand the plan of Our Father for all mankind. Today let's take a look at some important things and try to gain some perspective about Our Father's timing and what He is trying to show us in His Feast, or Rehearsal, of Trumpets. Since today is The Feast of Trumpets, let's take a look.: 1.) The Feast of Trumpets Is About God’s Time The Feast of Trumpets represents the time when God will directly intervene in human affairs. It represents the time when Christ will return here on earth, not just as a Kind, Patient, Loving, Miracle Working Servant, but a Conquering King. Our Sacrificial Lamb Will Return As A Lion. That's exciting for us believers! Let's take a look in Revelation: Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” 🔥🙌 Revelation 11:15 2.) The Feast of Trumpets Is About The Hope of The Coming Kingdom of God We live in a fast paced, fallen, and depressing world compared to the amazing things Our Father and Yeshua, Jesus, have in store for us. The enemy and accuser is currently the ruler of this world (II Corinthians 4:4). When all hopes seem to fade Christ Jesus will make a spectacular entrance. Of all the prophecies made in The Bible, perhaps the coming of Jesus for the second time, is the most exciting. It will be the climax in the history of mankind. 3.) The Feast of Trumpets Serves As A Warning In the time of the ancient Israelites, the trumpet was used to sound a warning. Let's take a look at Numbers: “When you go to war in your land against the enemy who oppresses you, then you shall sound an alarm with the trumpets.” Numbers 10:9 With the Feast of Trumpets, we are reminded that there will come a time when Our Savior, Yeshua Jesus Christ will return. It means that we must live our lives according to God’s will and purpose. Why? Because we know that we all will answer accordingly for our lives in The Presence of God Our Father and Yeshua Jesus Christ. We can’t simply live a life of no accountability. We have A Higher Power, God Our Father. As believers, this can give us a sense of urgency that is prudent for our lives. One day we will all stand before the Judgement Throne of God Almighty and give an account of our lives. The Feast of Trumpets serves as a call for us to stop living our way and begin living Our Father's Way. 4.) The Feast of Trumpets Is About Rejoicing One reason trumpets were used in the ancient Israel was to serve as a festive sound. We read in God's Word: “Also in the day of your gladness, in your appointed feasts, and at the beginning of your months, you shall blow the trumpets… and they shall be a memorial for you before your God.” Numbers 10:10 Also at the end of Chapter 8 in Nehemiah, they are celebrating Trumpets. Let's see what God Uses His Prophet To Tell Us: “Nehemiah said, “Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of The Lord (YHWH, Yahweh) is your strength.”” Nehemiah 8:10 While the events preceding the coming of Our King may be scary, The Feast of Trumpets is a day where we rejoice in Our King. We can be sure of The Hope that we have in Our Savior. As the world hears the seventh trumpet, all the followers of Our Father God will rejoice. We can know Our King Yeshua, Jesus, is coming and He won’t delay His return anymore! From there, He will finally establish God’s Kingdom that will bring Peace, Blessings, and Prosperity to the world. Oh, imagine how Wonderful Life will be then! 5.) Christ Brings A Reward “In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” I Corinthians 15:52 In the end, when the loud sound of the seventh trumpet is heard, the dead in Christ will rise! Resurrection and Eternal Life Will Ensue! From there, they will meet the Our King and Savior in the air and will commence the establishment of God Our Father's Kingdom here on earth! The Feast of Trumpets points to the very hope of mankind. This world may not end through apocalyptic nuclear warfare or catastrophic natural calamities as some people predict. Let's take a look at the words of Our Savior: Jesus Christ, Himself said: “For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened” Matthew 24:21-22 Before man destroys himself, Our King and Savior Yeshua, Jesus Christ will intervene. At the sound of the last trumpet, everyone will know that there is a God In Heaven Who Is Ultimately In Control. He is The Supreme, Almighty God Who Created Everything and at the same time, the God who we call Our Father. Remember that the first century Church used the Old Testament as their basis for doctrine (II Timothy 3:16). So as we ponder The Mysteries of God Our Father today and His Feast of Trumpets, may we all gain insight, knowledge, understanding, wisdom, discernment, and Truth. I know this is a huge topic and in no way could someone fit all of Our Father's Teachings into a single devotion. We have numerous passages that show us Our Father's meanings in His Festivals (Rehearsals) and I encourage anyone who is looking for deeper meaning to study God's Word about His Holy Days and let Him reveal His wonderful messages to you. Let us end with the words of The Master, in whom we blow our real and spiritual trumpets when we give witness to Him, Our King and Our Savior: “Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near” Luke 21:28 Happy Feast of Trumpets everyone! May God Bless each and every one of you on the other side of this screen. Shabbat Shalom (Sabbath Peace)!

Good Morning Sunday.......
Father, thank You for this NEW DAY. Please continue to FILL our HEARTS & MINDS WITH all that is YOU. Father, bless Your children, SO at every opportunity today YOU ARE SEEN, HEARD, AND FELT through us TODAY. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ's Name. Amen! - Faith. Trust. Encouragement. Faith, trust, and encouragement go hand in hand. When we put faith in Our Father, The One True and Living God, and His Son Yeshua, Jesus Christ, it means we trust Him. When we trust In God, He always encourages us. Think about this: What could be more encouraging than having our lives saved? I would venture to say that having our lives saved is the most encouraging event that could happen... and He has saved us! I heard a great analogy about Trusting Jesus the other day. It went something like this: If you were to go skydiving, of course you would wear a parachute, right? You wouldn't jump out of a plane and start flapping your arms trying to fly, would you? No, you would wear a parachute and you would have to have faith in that parachute to open. Evidence of our faith in that parachute would be us putting it on before we jump out of the plane. Because we put our faith in that parachute it is showing we trust that parachute to open. So, we have faith and trust in that parachute and once it opens as we are falling, we are encouraged that we will be safe. That's how it is with Our God and Our Savior. We must have faith in Him. Like the parachute we must have faith in Him and put Him on. Once we have clothed ourselves with Christ through faith, trust in Him to be open to us, it is here that we get encouragement because He saves us from the fall... He Is Our Eternal Parachute. From beginning to end there are places in The Bible that help build our Faith, build our Trust in God, and Encourage us to keep "fighting the good fight" (1 Timothy 6:12). The best part is that God Almighty Himself shows us how to be faithful. Adam and Eve betrayed God, but He didn't leave or forsake them. Abraham had faith in God and so even when he lied, did the wrong thing, or messed up, Our Father was faithful to him. Jonah was reluctant, Jacob was a liar, David was an adulterer, Solomon was a womanizer, Samson gave away his blessings, but in every case God Our Father showed His faithfulness. If we merely put our Faith in God, Trust Him to deliver, then He Will Encourage Us and Show Us THE WAY. He loves us with an endless Love, He never leaves us, and He always delivers on His promises. God Our Father is a Perfect Judge. We are all due in court one day because we have broken The Law. We deserve a death sentence for all the lying, blaspheming, and adulterous things we have done. What is amazing is Our Perfect Judge had it worked out ahead of time and when we show up in court... Jesus, God Himself in the flesh, shows up and pays our fine. The Perfect Judge hits the gavel and declares "You are free to go, your fine has been paid." We are free to go! From death to Life just like that Yeshua saves us! He paid the fine! HalleluYah! Let's end today with Yeshua, Jesus Himself, assuring us of our freedom. We put our Faith In Him, Trust In Him, and now here are His words Encouraging us to go even deeper in our walk with Him. Blessed be His Name, forever and ever. Amen. Yeshua, Jesus Said: “Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.” John 8:36 Prayer: Dear Father, thank You for being so Perfect. Thank You for Jesus. Thank You For Giving Us Life and not death. Please help us to be more Faithful like You. Help us to Trust In You and Your Word to carry us through all that comes our way. Finally Father, Encourage Us Please...as Only You Can Do. We Love You, We Thank You, and We Praise Your Holy Name Forever. In Your Mighty, Life Inducing, And Freedom Giving Son's Name Yeshua Ha'Mashiach, Jesus Christ, We Pray. Amen. Extra Fuel For The Soul: “By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going.” Hebrews 11:8 “Commit to Yahweh your way; Trust also on him and he will act.” Psalms 37:5 “For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.” I Corinthians 6:20 “Blessed be the person who trusts in Yahweh, and Yahweh is his trust. For he will be like a tree planted by water, and to the stream it sends its roots, and it will not fear when heat comes, and its leaves will be luxuriant, and in the year of drought it will not be anxious, and it will not cease from the bearing of fruit.” Jeremiah 17:7-8 “I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.” Genesis 28:15 “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.” Galatians 3:13-14 Good Morning Sabbath.......
Father thank You for this NEW day. We ask that you OPEN our HEARTS and MINDS to YOUR infinite GRACE, WISDOM, and PEACE, so WE may SERVE You in the manner most PLEASING to YOU. In Your Mighty Son YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST's name we pray. Amen - Abide In Him “He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake.” Psalms 23:2-3 When you read this verse from Psalms 23 what does it make you think of? How does Our Father restore your soul? Where is it that He gives you peace? What does He do that makes you forget the stress of this life, even if it is for only a little while? Where do you go to clear your mind or compose yourself? What, where, or how do you connect with Our Father in the strongest manner? When do you feel you are able to "hear" His Voice or feel His Will in your life? Does this happen for you before the sun comes up when everyone else is asleep? Is it reading verses on your lunch? What about in the stillness of your home before anyone arrives in the afternoon? Or is it in the chatter of family and friends around a big dinner table? How about while listening to music, singing in church, or maybe it is somewhere or something that no one would think of doing? Realize that God Our Father designed each and everyone of us unique. He made us unique and He made each and every one of us to have unique access to Him in our own uniqueness... no matter how busy we are. Our Father wants to give us rest and rejuvenation, but we must realize that it is Only Found In Him and His Son Yeshua, Jesus Christ. We were all designed to Abide In Him, so all we need to do is search our hearts and answer the questions above. If you are reading this, most likely He Has Already Shown You How. If He Has Not Shown You, all you need do is ask honestly and humbly. Yeshua, Jesus Christ Our King, Savior, and Perfect Example Said: “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” Matthew 7:7-8 Think back to the times when you undeniably felt The Peace Of God in your Life. Think back to the times when His Presence was the strongest in your Life. If you have had an experience with God, in whatever circumstances, setting, or activity, that means God Has Spoken to you... directly to you. We have all felt "led" to participate, or not participate, in an activity, to help someone, to fulfill a particular command, write something or compose a poem, or something else He has laid on our hearts. Now, we simply must choose to do those things, consistently and as often as possible. This is where we will find The Peace of God... Abiding In Him. Fuel For The Soul, The Word Of God: “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28 “Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My Word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know The Truth, and The Truth shall make you free.” John 8:31-32 “Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” John 15:4-5 “Therefore let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father. And this is the promise that He has promised us—eternal life.” I John 2:24-25 “that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” Ephesians 3:17-21 Good Morning Friday......
Father thank You for this NEW day. Please continue to fill our HEARTS & MINDS with Your LOVE & TRUTH, and TRANSFORM our ordinary day into an extraordinary day. Shine Your Light in us, through us, and over us. May we make a difference in this world, for Your Glory and Purposes TODAY! - His Light, His Love, His Life Changing Message... Share It Today I think we can all admit that sometimes sharing can be difficult. Which one of us has never hid something we didn't want to share? Which one of us has never grumbled when someone took some food off of our plate? It is part of our fallen nature that sometimes we want things all to ourselves. It's ours, right? Our fallen natures are selfish. Most of us always want to be on the gaining end; we want to have our lives figured out and we will help others once we do. This is a battle of our flesh. Our Father knows how corrupted we are and how easy it is for us to look at our own little lights. He knows this and makes it a point to teach us the importance of looking at our neighbors with compassion. Yeshua, Jesus Christ, was the only person who walked the face of this earth who was not familiar with selfishness. Our Savior's Life was only filled with helping others, sharing His Wisdom, Time, and His Unfailing Mercy. When it was time for Him to give His Life and Body for us... He Did Not Hesitate. There is no Love greater than this. Yeshua, Jesus, teaches us to receive His Love and we can know The Truth. He teaches us it is selfish to hide salvation for ourselves alone. Have you ever thought about where those close to you will spend eternity? Have you ever thought about your friends, family, and co-worker and how they could live much happier lives? Each of us in our daily dealings with others have a chance, an opportunity, to help others change their lives. We may be the only Jesus some people get to see that day, week, month, or year. There was a day when someone told us about Our Savior... now it is our turn. The King of Kings has called all of us to spread His Love, to speak of His Salvation, to point to His Salvation, and proclaim His Good News. Our Messiah gave us the Perfect Example of how to do this, and now we carry this with us everyday. May we all remember to speak of His Love and this doesn't always happen with our mouths. Let us be an example, talk about Our Savior, and may we never just keep His Light for ourselves. May we Praise Him in public for the change in our lives, the Light He Has Given Us In Our Lives, the concepts He Has Taught Us, and the Joy He Has Instilled In Us. May we all make it a point to SHINE HIS LIGHT. Speak with those who are close by, tell of HIS GREAT LOVE, and tell as many as possible how HE CHANGED THE WORLD. God Our Father and Our Lord and King Yeshua, Jesus Christ want us to BE A LIGHT OF THE WORLD, BE THE SALT OF THE EARTH, BE FISHERS OF MEN, REVOLUTIONARIES, and BE A FRIEND. May we all do our best to remember it is not about us. May we all GO AND SHINE HIS LIGHT, because WE ARE INDEED HIS LIGHTS IN THIS WORLD! The Light of The World, The Word of God: “And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.” Genesis 1:3 “For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light.” Psalms 36:9 “Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.” Philippians 2:3 “For You will light my lamp; The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) my God will enlighten my darkness.” Psalms 18:28 “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:14-16 “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;” I Peter 2:9 “He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” Mark 16:15 Good Morning Thursday...
Father thank You for this new day. Thank You for giving us Brothers and Sisters to share in this wonderful journey back to You. Please use us to help the hurting, the sick, the fatherless, and the weak. Help us to show Your Love in this dark world, because we know Love covers a multitude of sins. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s Name we pray. Amen - Learning To Be Still So often we can be in such a hurry when it comes to connecting with Our Father and Creator. We quickly move from one thing to the next, filling our agenda for the day. Many times we speak quickly to God, but we aren't ready to wait for His Answer, His Response, and to simply listen. I want to challenge us all to work on the discipline of "being still" before God Our Father. No time constraints, just still. We don't have to say a word, but simply acknowledge that Our Father is God and Only He Knows Best. Our Father loves us, He is all-knowing, all-wise, and In His Right Hand He has complete and total control. He fights our battles, He is gracious, He is merciful, and He is faithful... even when we are not. He knows us better than anyone ever has, so deeply He knows us He literally knows each and every hair on our heads. He is Our Father, our Abba. Each day we have an opportunity to breath another breath into our lungs and it is God Our Father that we need to recognize as making that possible, accept that He has complete control over all things, and receive in our stillness what He wants us to receive. May a difference made in each of us, a change, by simply reminding ourselves of the reality of who Our Father Is and how much He Loves Us. God Bless Everybody and have a Great God-Filled Day! The Word of God: “BE STILL, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” Psalms 46:10 “Be angry, and do not sin. Meditate within your heart on your bed, and BE STILL. Selah” Psalms 4:4 “Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “PEACE, BE STILL!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.” Mark 4:39 “He caused the storm to BE STILL, So that its waves were silent. And they rejoice because they are hushed; And He leads them to the haven of their delight.” Psalms 107:29-30 “REST in The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh), and WAIT PATIENTLY for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.” Psalms 37:7 “My soul, WAIT SILENTLY for God alone, For my expectation is from Him. He only is my Rock and my Salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved.” Psalms 62:5-6 “The Lord (YHWH, Yahweh) will fight for you; you need only to BE STILL.” Exodus 14:14 Good Morning Wednesday...
Father thank You for this NEW DAY. Please impart in our hearts YOUR WILL. We ask for Patience, Kindness, Humility, and Truth so we may show You and Your Son's Light in this fallen world. In Yeshua, JESUS CHRIST's Name we pray. Amen. - Letting Our Father Rule Daniel was in Babylon and set an amazing example for us today. He knew God was in control and no other. He lived this reality and because of it, his "paths were made straight (Proverbs 3:6)." Daniel saw God Our Father using Babylon as His Tool to correct His People. Daniel knew Nebuchadnezzar was God's servant whether the wicked king knew it or not. Daniel believed and lived knowing that God Is Sovereign in His Rule. We can see that Daniel wasn't respectful because king Nebuchadnezzar deserved it, but rather because Our Father Commanded it. Let's take a look where Our Father has Paul write about this: “Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same. For he is God’s minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil. Therefore you must be subject, not only because of wrath but also for conscience’ sake.” Romans 13:1-5 While Our Father had Paul write these verses long after Daniel, it is clear that Daniel had been shown these precepts by God. His actions proved it. Much to our detriment, and very unfortunately, not many people share Daniel's attitude and actions when it comes to the people in authority over us today. We have all certainly heard excuses why responses like Daniel's to a godless master and society won't work today. These excuses don't justify what God Has Commanded Us To Do. Judged against Scripture, these excuses just don't hold up. Daniel, Joseph, Jeremiah, and a plethora of other Mighty Servants Of God all knew that Our Father wanted submission to authorities during their season of power. The season of power Our Father Had Placed Them In. Shouldn't we act in the same manner? So many people in this world are rebuking our authorities, speaking ill, and taking actions to oppose them that our society has run amuck. Hatred and rebellion are being produced on a mass scale and we, just like the prophets and mighty men of old, must practice humility, submit to our governing authorities, and live in peace with our society. God Has Spoken This and this is THE WAY to "Be A Light" to this fallen world. Humility and submission may not always pay dividends immediately, but they do pay generously. Daniel, Joseph, and The Prophets were given authority because of their submission and humility, not their rebellion. Rebelling is for people like Nimrod and we all know what happened to his rebellious tower project and "babbling" kingdom. Heck, even old Nebuchadnezzar had to eat grass for seven years when he rebelled. I don't know about you, but I chewed enough grass before following God's Ways and God's Rule... I do not want to go back. Daniel went above and beyond. He was kidnapped, made a eunuch, forced to study mystery religions and the occult, given a name that honored a demon, and forced to serve a pagan king. Sounds rough right? We can be sure none of us have had to put up with anything like that, so may we all look at Daniel's humble and submissive spirit and grow closer to Our Father through obedience. Certainly Daniel didn't know how things would turn out, but humility, faith, and submission to God Almighty resulted in The Glory of God and Daniel's supreme influence over the affairs of his society. Daniel did what was right not because it was going to pay dividends, and we can see his humble respect didn't pay off immediately. There was no gain in the short term for Daniel. So the question one may ask would be: Then why did he do it? The answer: Because God Said To, because it was the right thing to do, and because he Let God Rule. Prayer: Dear Father, please help us to humbly submit to our governing authorities without rebuke, anger, or judgment of their actions. Help us to set an example of humility and faithfulness to others as we bless and pray for our authorities. We know you place all men in their positions, they all work for You, and You will do what is best for us all. Bless You Father For Your Righteousness, Your Holiness, and for giving us what's best for us even when we can't see it so clearly. We Love You and we thank You for Your Eternal Wisdom and Sovereignty. Blesses Be Your Name, Reign, and Kingdom Forever and Ever. We pray these things in Your Most Prestigious, Faithful, Humble, and Wisest Servant, Your Son and Our King, Yeshua, Jesus Christ Our Savior's Name. Amen. God's Ruling Word: “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:5-11 “Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world,” Philippians 2:14-15 “Therefore do not listen to your prophets, your diviners, your dreamers, your soothsayers, or your sorcerers, who speak to you, saying, “You shall not serve the king of Babylon.” For they prophesy a lie to you, to remove you far from your land; and I will drive you out, and you will perish. But the nations that bring their necks under the yoke of the king of Babylon and serve him, I will let them remain in their own land,’ says The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh), ‘and they shall till it and dwell in it.” Jeremiah 27:9-11 “Remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to obey, to be ready for every good work, to speak evil of no one, to be peaceable, gentle, showing all humility to all men. For we ourselves were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful and hating one another. But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. This is a faithful saying, and these things I want you to affirm constantly, that those who have believed in God should be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men.” Titus 3:1-8 “The elders who are among you I exhort, I who am a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that will be revealed: Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly; nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock; and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.” I Peter 5:1-4 “And you shall know The Truth, and The Truth shall make you free.” John 8:32 Good Morning Tuesday.......
Thank You Father for this NEW DAY. Help us to live aware, to choose wisely, to stay close to You, and anchored in Your TRUTH. Thank You for Your Great Love and Mercy. Thank You that You Wait For Us, and You Strengthen Us. We come to You today, choosing to walk in Your PRESENCE AND LIGHT. In YESHUA, Jesus Christ's Name we pray. Amen. A big thank you to our late Brother in Christ, John W. Ritenbaugh, and berean.org for today’s devotion. May Our Father and Savior bless you all on this beautiful Tuesday Morning, and may He grant each and every one of you... Peace. - Winning The Mind Wars: A Berean Study (2 Corinthians 10:3-5) “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,” II Corinthians 10:3-5 NKJV We are not carrying on a physical war, but the battle for us is no less real. We need to understand that we are not fighting for material success, earthly power, or social prestige. We are not even trying to make our enemies look bad. The real issue is the victory or defeat of God's purpose for our lives. We must realize that we have merciless, implacable, and powerful spiritual enemies, so that such things as human cleverness, ingenuity, organizing ability, eloquent arguments, charm, or forcefulness of personality are simply not the answer. Those things may impress men, but they in no way impress demons. Those things are the weapons of carnality, of flesh. The good news is that the Captain of our salvation has already defeated their Goliath. Their leader is defeated, beaten, and the Victor lives in us, lending us His strength and insight. Paul indicates that the enemy invades our minds, our imaginations. He does this through opinions, convictions, and feelings that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God. Paul uses the phrase, "casting down arguments," in verse 5. Some Bibles render arguments as "reasoning," "convictions," or "opinions." Even "feelings" would be appropriate to the thought. Whatever the application, these arguments exalt themselves against the knowledge of God. These satanic thoughts or attitudes are designed to affect or alter first our minds and then our behaviors. Satan did this to Eve in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:1-6). These wrong reasonings are the key to understanding what Satan is trying to accomplish. God created humans with the ability to reason, but what line of reason should a Christian follow? We can grasp what not to follow by considering Paul's phrase, "against the knowledge of God." In other words, the thoughts that invade our mind, which come from this evil, wicked, subtle, deceitful spiritual leader, will lead us to exalt or prioritize our reasoning above God's knowledge. This knowledge is not primarily about God, but the knowledge He has revealed. Knowledge about God is certainly included, but what Satan desires is for us to exalt our ideas over godly and true knowledge and understanding. Why would he want to do this? Because we have a relationship with a Person—a Being with personality, character, and a wonderful, wholesome way of life that produces every good thing. Satan tries to destroy that relationship by getting us to doubt either the Person and His goodness or the rightness and goodness of His promises and way of life. The Referenced Word of Truth: “Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?” And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’ ” Then the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die. For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.” Genesis 3:1-6 NKJV “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not fight according to the flesh. For the weapons we fight with are not fleshly but mighty in Elohim for overthrowing strongholds, overthrowing reasonings and every high matter that exalts itself against the knowledge of Elohim, taking captive every thought to make it obedient to the Messiah,” Qorintiyim Bĕt (2 Corinthians) 10:3-5 TS2009 “For though we walk (live) in the flesh, we are not carrying on our warfare according to the flesh and using mere human weapons. For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds, [Inasmuch as we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One),” 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 AMPC Good Morning Monday.......

For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God Than dwell in the tents of wickedness. For The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) God is a sun and shield; The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) will give grace and glory; No good thing will He withhold From those who walk uprightly. FATHER thank You for this NEW DAY. We ask that You cover us with YOUR MIGHTY HAND. Let us understand YOUR MIGHTY WILL so that we may see YOUR INFINITE GLORY. We ask this in YOUR PERFECT SON YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST's NAME. Amen! - The Light of The Whole World Can you remember a time when you were young and afraid of the dark? Whether it was the "monster under the bed," the silence, or just the dark, turning off all the lights became a battle of the mind. Maybe getting up for the bathroom, water, or any other task became an option to no longer take. Suddenly, in the dark, every thing became scary. Noises, creaks, or any other movement had the ability to frighten us. We were easier to scare, walking around was much more dangerous, and within seconds of the lights going off we felt like we were in a horror movie. When the lights are out and we are in the dark, we can't see our surroundings and we stumble. Turn the lights back on and everything is clear... easy to see. Darkness has an uncanny way of bringing fear, but light brings comfort, clarity, and sight. Light is the beginning. Light brings the new day. Light comforts us and helps us to begin anew each day. It is important to understand who Our Light is and the meaning it holds for us. The Light is Our Savior Yeshua, Jesus Christ. It is Him who saves us from any "monster" we may encounter. He brings in each new day and guides us through the darkness, illuminating our lives. He can even make us Lights to others by making us shine and experience the glory of His Presence. Our Light, Yeshua, has been a Light to so many it is impossible count and He Continues each and everyday. He has enlightened many to the snares of religion, He Transformed 12 ordinary men into amazing warriors, valued everyone around Him, cured, healed, and even raised the dead. Jesus Christ Our Savior has changed the lives of more people than the stars in the sky and praise to God Almighty, this includes our lives also. May we all take a moment today to think about this: Yeshua is our Light, hope, breath, and our way back to our true Father and our true home. When you think all is hopeless, wrong, dark, and falling apart, take time to remember who The True Light in your life is. Jesus is The Light Of The Whole World and with Him as our Light we never have to be "in the dark." With the Light, nothing is terrifying, and all is visible. He makes it possible to see where we are going and there is no "monster" that need scare us... ever again. The Word of God, The Light of The Whole World, Yeshua, Jesus Christ: “Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the Light of life.” John 8:12 “And this is the condemnation, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than Light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the Light and does not come to the Light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the Truth comes to the Light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.” John 3:19-21 “This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is Light and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the Truth. But if we walk in the Light as He is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.” I John 1:5-7 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made. In Him was life, and that Life was the Light of all mankind. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” John 1:1-5 “The True Light that gives Light to everyone was coming into the world. He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him.” John 1:9-10 “But everything exposed by the Light becomes visible—and everything that is illuminated becomes a Light.” Ephesians 5:13 “Believe in the Light while you have the Light, so that you may become children of Light.” When he had finished speaking, Jesus left and hid Himself from them.” John 12:36 “Yahweh, within her, is righteous. He will do no wrong. Every morning he brings his justice to Light. He doesn’t fail, but the unjust know no shame.” Zephaniah 3:5 Good Morning Sabbath...
Father Thank You for another BLESSED DAY. Thank You for Your ETERNAL PROMISES. Thank You for giving us so many reasons to REJOICE IN the HOPE that is Your Son YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST. Praise You and Bless You in Yeshua, Jesus Christ Name. Amen! - What Are The Prophets Saying? (Zephaniah) There are so many times I have found myself discouraged, confused, or frustrated and wasn't sure where to turn in The Bible to find an answer to my woes. Almost without exception, wherever I turned in The Word to find my answer, whether I started in The Gospel or Genesis, I usually ended up at The Prophets. The prophets have not only a wealth of prophecy, amazing stories of triumph, encouragement, and wonderful messages for us all as a Christian Family, but they also contain a wealth of messages for each and everyone of us personally. This is literally The Almighty Father Speaking To Us! Just as Jesus Himself Spoke, so too did The Prophets Speak His Word🔥. Our Father and Yeshua, Jesus Christ, so loved us that He never stopped sending loyal servants, again and again, to give all of us together, and individually, messages over and over. Remember the Parable of the Vineyard Owner (Matt 21:33-46)? The Master sent His Servants, which the people beat or killed (Prophets), then The Master Sends His Son (Yeshua, Jesus) thinking the people renting his land will be more amiable... they weren't. In fact, they killed Him thinking that they would receive "the inheritance." Does this story sound familiar or what? Our Savior Was, Is, and Always Will Be The Smartest Person Of All Time. For this reason...these parables, and The Word of God Spoken Through The Prophets, should be carefully studied. Within this Ancient Wise Parable that Yeshua Spoke, we find The Prophets of God (Servants) came before He (The Master) Sent His Son. With that in mind, let us take a look today at what Zephaniah, A Prophet of Yahweh (YHWH or God), God Himself, and Our Savior were trying to relay to "all of us" and "each of us" in today's Scriptures. Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, we humbly come before you today to receive Your Word and Your Message. As we read passages from Your Servant Zephaniah, please open our hearts and minds to what you are trying to tell us as a group, and what you are saying to us individually. You are Mighty Father and we know You Have Sent To Us, In Your Word, Messages of Encouragement, Discipline, Reconciliation, Salvation, and Love for Your Children. And we thank You! Let us come before You today as Your Children and enjoy Our Daily Bread With You, Abba. We Love You And Praise You Father. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s Mighty Name We Pray. Amen! The Word of God: The Book of Zephaniah, The Prophet of God: “I will stretch out my hand against Judah and against all who live in Jerusalem. I will destroy every remnant of Baal worship in this place, the very names of the idolatrous priests— those who bow down on the roofs to worship the starry host, those who bow down and swear by The Lord (YHWH, Yahweh) and who also swear by Molek (also Milkam), those who turn back from following the Lord and neither seek The Lord (YHWH, Yahweh) nor inquire of him.” Zephaniah 1:4-6 NIV “Be silent before The Lord Yahweh, for the day of Yahweh draws near, for Yahweh has provided a sacrifice and has consecrated His guests.” Zephaniah 1:7 LEB “Gather yourselves together, yes, gather together, you nation that has no shame, before the appointed time when the day passes as the chaff, before the fierce anger of The Lord (Yahweh) comes on you, before the day of The Lord’s (Yahweh’s) anger comes on you. Seek The Lord (Yahweh), all you humble of the land, who have kept his ordinances. Seek righteousness. Seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden in the day of The Lord’s (Yahweh’s) anger.” Zephaniah 2:1-3 WMB ““For then I shall turn unto the peoples a clean lip, so that they all call on the Name of יהוה (Yahweh), to serve Him with one shoulder. “From beyond the rivers of Kush my worshippers, the daughter of My dispersed ones, shall bring My offering. “In that day you shall not be put to shame for any of your deeds in which you have transgressed against Me, for then I shall remove from your midst your proud exulting ones, and you shall no more be haughty in My set-apart mountain.” Tsephanyah (Zephaniah) 3:9-11 TS2009 “For I will leave in the midst of you a people afflicted and poor, and they shall trust, seek refuge, and be confident in The Name of The Lord (YHWH, Yahweh). What is left of Israel shall not do iniquity or speak lies, neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth, for they shall feed and lie down and none shall make them afraid.” Zephaniah 3:12-13 AMPC “Yahweh, within her, is righteous. He will do no wrong. Every morning he brings his justice to light. He doesn’t fail, but the unjust know no shame.” Zephaniah 3:5 WEB For The Lord (YHWH, Yahweh) your God is living among you. He is a Mighty Savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With His love, He will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.” “I will gather you who mourn for the appointed festivals; you will be disgraced no more. And I will deal severely with all who have oppressed you. I will save the weak and helpless ones; I will bring together those who were chased away. I will give glory and fame to my former exiles, wherever they have been mocked and shamed. On that day I will gather you together and bring you home again. I will give you a good name, a name of distinction, among all the nations of the earth, as I restore your fortunes before their very eyes. I, The Lord (YHWH, Yahweh), have spoken Zephaniah 3:17-20 NLT |
