Good Morning Wednesday...
Father thank You for this NEW DAY. Please impart in our hearts YOUR WILL. We ask for Patience, Kindness, Humility, and Truth so we may show You and Your Son's Light in this fallen world. In Yeshua, JESUS CHRIST's Name, amen. - Letting God Rule Daniel was in Babylon and set an amazing example for us today. He knew God was in control and no other. He lived this reality and because of it, his "paths were made straight (Proverbs 3:6)." Daniel saw God Our Father using Babylon as His Tool to correct His People. Daniel knew Nebuchadnezzar was God's servant whether the wicked king knew it or not. Daniel believed and lived knowing that God Is Sovereign in His Rule. We can see that Daniel wasn't respectful because king Nebuchadnezzar deserved it, but rather because Our Father Commanded it. Let's take a look where Our Father has Paul write about this: “Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same. For he is God’s minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil. Therefore you must be subject, not only because of wrath but also for conscience’ sake.” Romans 13:1-5 While Our Father had Paul write these verses long after Daniel, it is clear that Daniel had been shown these precepts by God. His actions proved it. Much to our detriment, and very unfortunately, not many people share Daniel's attitude and actions when it comes to the people in authority over us today. We have all certainly heard excuses why responses like Daniel's to a godless master and society won't work today. These excuses don't justify what God Has Commanded Us To Do. Judged against Scripture, these excuses just don't hold up. Daniel, Joseph, Jeremiah, and a plethora of other Mighty Servants Of God all knew that Our Father wanted submission to authorities during their season of power. The season of power Our Father Had Placed Them In. Shouldn't we act in the same manner? So many people in this world are rebuking our authorities, speaking ill, and taking actions to oppose them that our society has run amuck. Hatred and rebellion are being produced on a mass scale and we, just like the prophets and mighty men of old, must practice humility, submit to our governing authorities, and live in peace with our society. God Has Spoken This and this is THE WAY to "Be A Light" to this fallen world. Humility and submission may not always pay dividends immediately, but they do pay generously. Daniel, Joseph, and The Prophets were given authority because of their submission and humility, not their rebellion. Rebelling is for people like Nimrod and we all know what happened to his rebellious tower project and "babbling" kingdom. Heck, even old Nebuchadnezzar had to eat grass for seven years when he rebelled. I don't know about you, but I chewed enough grass before following God's Ways and God's Rule... I do not want to go back. Daniel went above and beyond. He was kidnapped, made a eunuch, forced to study mystery religions and the occult, given a name that honored a demon, and forced to serve a pagan king. Sounds rough right? We can be sure none of us have had to put up with anything like that, so may we all look at Daniel's humble and submissive spirit and grow closer to Our Father through obedience. Certainly Daniel didn't know how things would turn out, but humility, faith, and submission to God Almighty resulted in The Glory of God and Daniel's supreme influence over the affairs of his society. Daniel did what was right not because it was going to pay dividends, and we can see his humble respect didn't pay off immediately. There was no gain in the short term for Daniel. So the question one may ask would be: Then why did he do it? The answer: Because God Said To, because it was the right thing to do, and because he Let God Rule. Prayer: Dear Father, please help us to humbly submit to our governing authorities without rebuke, anger, or judgment of their actions. Help us to set an example of humility and faithfulness to others as we bless and pray for our authorities. We know you place all men in their positions, they all work for You, and You will do what is best for us all. Bless You Father For Your Righteousness, Your Holiness, and for giving us what's best for us even when we can't see it so clearly. We Love You and we thank You for Your Eternal Wisdom and Sovereignty. Blesses Be Your Name, Reign, and Kingdom Forever and Ever. We pray these things in Your Most Prestigious, Faithful, Humble, and Wisest Servant, Your Son and Our King, Yeshua, Jesus Christ Our Savior's Name. Amen. God's Ruling Word: “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:5-11 “Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world,” Philippians 2:14-15 “Therefore do not listen to your prophets, your diviners, your dreamers, your soothsayers, or your sorcerers, who speak to you, saying, “You shall not serve the king of Babylon.” For they prophesy a lie to you, to remove you far from your land; and I will drive you out, and you will perish. But the nations that bring their necks under the yoke of the king of Babylon and serve him, I will let them remain in their own land,’ says the LORD, ‘and they shall till it and dwell in it."" Jeremiah 27:9-11 “Remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to obey, to be ready for every good work, to speak evil of no one, to be peaceable, gentle, showing all humility to all men. For we ourselves were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful and hating one another. But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. This is a faithful saying, and these things I want you to affirm constantly, that those who have believed in God should be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men.” Titus 3:1-8 “The elders who are among you I exhort, I who am a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that will be revealed: Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly; nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock; and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.” I Peter 5:1-4 “And you shall know The Truth, and The Truth shall make you free.”” John 8:32

Good Morning Tuesday...
Father thank You for this new day. Please continue to fill us with Your Love and Compassion as we go out into a fallen world. Let us be a Light in the darkness and use us to usher more Brothers and Sisters into Your Kingdom. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ's Name. Amen. - Humility, Faithfulness, and Loyalty Daniel. He served his captors and oppressors faithfully and loyally, for he knew it was The Will of God. He served so well in fact that he continued to be promoted over and over again. His influence grew until he was leading the men with the most authority in the land, the kings, to proclaim The God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob, Daniel's God and Our God, to be The Only One True and Living God. Daniel didn't choose his situation. If he did, being a faithful servant of God Almighty, one would not think he would choose the lawless nation of Babylon. Nonetheless, he served with humility, faithfulness, and loyalty because he knew he was actually serving God. His prayers for discernment served him well. Do you think if Daniel would have been openly judgmental, proud, out spoken, and high minded he would have had such a powerful impact? Of course not. So let us not think that we can accomplish anything positive by acting in these ways either. Today, if Daniel was living and serving in the same manner, he would probably face a large measure of criticism. While we are not told this, he may have faced this in Babylon, after all, there is "nothing new under the sun (Ecclesiastes 1:9)." Criticized or not, he continued faithfully and was rewarded with influence, influence he used to grow the kingdom of God. Like Daniel, we must seize the opportunities that God Our Father Has Placed Before Us. We must serve wherever we are, in a manner befitting of a child of God Almighty. The God Who Loves, Forgives, and Rewards His Faithful. We can have influence over our current "Babylon" and we should engage our non-believing society with humility, faithfulness, and loyalty to God. If we do, we also can lead others to these soul cleansing attributes and Our Father Will Use Us To Grow His Kingdom. This is what it means to "Be A Light." If we merely serve whomever God places us in front of, we will earn the right to be heard. Then, when we are heard, we can influence others to set their sites on God, to start walking away from Babylon, and start walking towards New Jerusalem. Prayer: Father God, Help us to embrace whatever situation you have put us in, so that we may serve you with Humility, Faithfulness, and Loyalty. Help us to gain influence and then lead others to You. Help us not to cut those living in "Babylon" off from our sites, for we know you love them too. Please give us the proper discernment to know when to speak up and when to quietly stand by and wait for the opportunity that you give us to speak Life to others. Use us Father for Your Glory and Your Future Kingdom where Yeshua, Jesus Christ, Your Son and Our King Will Reign With Justice, Righteousness, and Love Forever and Ever. Bless You Father. Thank You Father. We ask these things in The Name Of The Righteous King, Your Son, Yeshua, Jesus Christ Our Savior. Amen. The Living Word: “Then he said to me, “Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words.” Daniel 10:12 “Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever.” Daniel 12:3 “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:16 “Now therefore, our God, hear the prayer of Your servant, and his supplications, and for the Lord’s sake cause Your face to shine on Your sanctuary, which is desolate.” Daniel 9:17 The Fruit of God By The Service of Daniel. The influence God Gave Daniel led to Kings of Babylon proclaiming The Glory of God: “Then King Darius wrote: To all peoples, nations, and languages that dwell in all the earth: Peace be multiplied to you. I make a decree that in every dominion of my kingdom men must tremble and fear before the God of Daniel. For He is the living God, And steadfast forever; His kingdom is the one which shall not be destroyed, And His dominion shall endure to the end. He delivers and rescues, And He works signs and wonders In heaven and on earth, Who has delivered Daniel from the power of the lions. So this Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius and in the reign of Cyrus the Persian.” Daniel 6:25-28 “And at the end of the time I, Nebuchadnezzar, lifted my eyes to heaven, and my understanding returned to me; and I blessed the Most High and praised and honored Him who lives forever: For His dominion is an everlasting dominion, And His kingdom is from generation to generation. All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; He does according to His will in the army of heaven And among the inhabitants of the earth. No one can restrain His hand Or say to Him, “What have You done?” At the same time my reason returned to me, and for the glory of my kingdom, my honor and splendor returned to me. My counselors and nobles resorted to me, I was restored to my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added to me. Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, all of whose works are truth, and His ways justice. And those who walk in pride He is able to put down.” Daniel 4:34-37 Paul Clears Up A Misunderstanding About Serving In "Babylon": “I wrote to you in my epistle not to keep company with sexually immoral people. Yet I certainly did not mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world. But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner— not even to eat with such a person. For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? But those who are outside God judges. Therefore “put away from yourselves the evil person.”” I Corinthians 5:9-13 Good Morning Monday...
Our Father who art in heaven, please take Your day and use us, Your humble servants, for Your Good and Perfect Will. Father give us the Grace and Peace Only found in You and in Your Son Jesus Christ, Our King and Messiah. We ask this in Yeshua, Jesus Christ Name. Amen. - The Self-Sustaining, All-Encompassing, Eternal Love Of God Our Father Absolutely Wants The Best For Us. I mean think about it... He Sent His Only Son To Us. He Knew His Son Was Going To Die Before He Sent Him. He Knew He Was Sending Him As A Sacrifice. He Allowed Him To Die, To Witness His Very Own Son Bring Tortured Brutally, Beyond Recognition... For Us. That's Hardcore. That Is Love. Take a moment and just think about witnessing someone you Love even going through a fraction of what Yeshua, Jesus Christ Our Savior Did. I know personally, I get bent out of shape when I witness someone even raising their voice when speaking to someone I Love, much less being tortured. It truly is Absolute Love That He Gave Us, And Gives Us Everyday. Father, help us to Love one another and show your Self-Sustaining, All-Encompassing, Eternal Love To This World. Let us give judgement in our gates for Truth, Justice, and Peace. Let them know us because of our Love... Because of You. We ask this in The Name of The King, Your Beloved Son, Yeshua, Jesus Christ Our LORD and Savior. Amen. God Is Love 1John 4:8: - “Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.” I John 4:7-11 - “So, when he had gone out, Jesus said, “Now the Son of Man is glorified, and God is glorified in Him. If God is glorified in Him, God will also glorify Him in Himself, and glorify Him immediately. Little children, I shall be with you a little while longer. You will seek Me; and as I said to the Jews, ‘Where I am going, you cannot come,’ so now I say to you. A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”” John 13:31-35 - “Now may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ.” II Thessalonians 3:5 -“We love Him because He first loved us.” I John 4:19 - “Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death. Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures. So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath;” James 1:12-19 “These are the things you shall do: Speak each man the truth to his neighbor; Give judgment in your gates for truth, justice, and peace;” Zechariah 8:16 “But others fell on good ground, sprang up, and yielded a crop a hundredfold.” When He had said these things He cried, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear!”” Luke 8:8 Good Morning Sunday...
FATHER thank You for this NEW DAY. We ask that you cover us with YOUR MIGHTY HAND. Let us understand YOUR MIGHTY WILL so that we may see YOUR INFINITE GLORY. We ask this in YOUR PERFECT SON YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST's NAME, Amen. -Here, Have A Drink Do you feel a little empty? Parched? Dry? Well, it just so happens Our Father Has Just The Cure. He Penned It "Washing Of Water By The Word." Take a deep breath. Sit back and relax. And... Have A Drink 1.) The Word (Yeshua, Jesus) Is The Water And Produces Water That Not Only Lives, But Also Flows Like A River. It's Very Clean And Good To Drink Straight From The Source: “On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.”” John 7:37-38 2.) Peter's Water Was Washed With The Word (Yeshua, Jesus). Then He Was Was Washed By The Word, With Water. All While He Drank The Water Straight From The Source. At First Peter Denied The Water Washing, But When Yeshua Told Him He Couldn't Have Any More Water Or Bread If He Didn't Let The Word Wash Him... He Begged For Extra Washing!: "Jesus answered and said to him, “What I am doing you do not understand now, but you will know after this.” Peter said to Him, “You shall never wash my feet!” Jesus answered him, “If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me.” Simon Peter said to Him, “Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head!”” John 13:7-9 3.) The Word (Yeshua, Jesus) Washes The Church Waters: "that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word,” Ephesians 5:26 4.) Don't Make The Mistake Of Forsaking The Word (Yeshua, Jesus), For He Is The Fountain Of Living Water: “O LORD, the hope of Israel, All who forsake You shall be ashamed. “Those who depart from Me Shall be written in the earth, Because they have forsaken the LORD, The fountain of living waters.”” Jeremiah 17:13 5.) Remember, Others Are Thirsty Too, So Share Your Drink. You Never Know Who May Need Some: "Jesus answered and said to her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.”” John 4:10 "Jesus answered and said to her, “Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”” John 4:13-14 "Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in;” Matthew 25:34-35 6.) The Word Gives Water To Us All Individually Where We Are. Always Make Sure You Bring Your Canteen and That Your Well Is Easily Accessible: "Drink water from your own cistern, And running water from your own well.” Proverbs 5:15 7.) Now That You Have Quenched Your Thirst... Make Sure And Share Some Bread, Fruit, And Water With Another. It May Be Someone Who Hasn't Ever Had Good Fruit, Living Bread, And Water From The Word (Yeshua, Jesus). They May Have Been Drinking Bad Water, Bad Fruit, And Rotten Bread From The World That Has Made Them Sick. They May Need To Be Refreshed And Strengthened. Then, You Never Know... They May Be Able To Help You With A Problem You Have Been Dealing With. It Worked For David: "Then they found an Egyptian in the field, and brought him to David; and they gave him bread and he ate, and they let him drink water. And they gave him a piece of a cake of figs and two clusters of raisins. So when he had eaten, his strength came back to him; for he had eaten no bread nor drunk water for three days and three nights. Then David said to him, “To whom do you belong, and where are you from?” And he said, “I am a young man from Egypt, servant of an Amalekite; and my master left me behind, because three days ago I fell sick. We made an invasion of the southern area of the Cherethites, in the territory which belongs to Judah, and of the southern area of Caleb; and we burned Ziklag with fire.” And David said to him, “Can you take me down to this troop?” So he said, “Swear to me by God that you will neither kill me nor deliver me into the hands of my master, and I will take you down to this troop.” And when he had brought him down, there they were, spread out over all the land, eating and drinking and dancing, because of all the great spoil which they had taken from the land of the Philistines and from the land of Judah. Then David attacked them from twilight until the evening of the next day. Not a man of them escaped, except four hundred young men who rode on camels and fled. So David recovered all that the Amalekites had carried away, and David rescued his two wives. And nothing of theirs was lacking, either small or great, sons or daughters, spoil or anything which they had taken from them; David recovered all.” I Samuel 30:11-19 I pray that each and every one of you on the other side of this screen have a Great, God-Blessed Week. Shalom everybody and make sure to stay hydrated out there! 💦🍞🙌 Good Morning Sabbath.......
Father Thank You for Your Rest. Thank You for Your Day. Please give us PEACE. In Yeshua Ha'Mashiach, Jesus Christ The Messiah's Name we pray. Amen. - Seven Sevens On The Seventh Day... And ONE To Grow On 1.) “To all who are in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 1:7 2.) “Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.” Psalms 37:7 3.) “casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” I Peter 5:7 4.) “Peace be within your walls, Prosperity within your palaces.”” Psalms 122:7 5.) “And seek the peace of the city where I have caused you to be carried away captive, and pray to the LORD for it; for in its peace you will have peace.” Jeremiah 29:7 6.) “When a man’s ways please the LORD, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.” Proverbs 16:7 7.) “Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end, Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, To order it and establish it with judgment and justice From that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.” Isaiah 9:7 1 To Grow On.) “So they ate and were filled, and they took up seven large baskets of leftover fragments.” Mark 8:8 Good Morning Friday.......
Father Thank You for this NEW Day. Please grant us TRUTH, WISDOM, DISCERNMENT, UNDERSTANDING, and KNOWLEDGE. Father we ask this so that we will not be conformed to this world, but TRANSFORMED by the renewing of our MINDS. In YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST'S Name. Amen. A big Thank You to Brother Jeremy Monroe for his research on this devotion. "Iron sharpens iron" and I can't thank Our Father In Heaven Above Enough for giving me a Brother and Friend who sharpens me everyday. God Bless You Brother and Thank You for the Revelation! - A Study On The Vine Had an Awesome short, but powerful study yesterday. Had my Brother "shoot" me some info about grape vines after yesterday's devotion and just knew I had to Share. Our Father Never Ceases To Amaze. His Parables In His Word Are So Profound and Have So Much More Than What Is On The Surface. Let's take another look at "The Vine Parable," or rather let's take a look at a literal grape vine and see if we can uncover a little more meaning than what we might have gotten at our first look. Today, we will take a look at how grape vines are harvested and then a Bible Verse which could possibly point to the exact Teaching Our Father and Yeshua (Jesus) Has Given Us In His Word Through The Beauty and Genius of His Creation. Here we go. Did you know?: - The first year grape vines are just to grow. Growing strong on their way to producing fruit. "It can grow relatively quickly in the first year, developing a thick trunk and side canes that require training along a trellis, fence or wire system." - Shala Munroe ““When a man has taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war or be charged with any business; he shall be free at home one year, and bring happiness to his wife whom he has taken.” Deuteronomy 24:5 The Vinedresser (Our Father) has training for us on His Fence (Earth/Our Home). He has us (The Branches) grow in The Vine (Yeshua, Jesus Christ) for a year training us in His Ways along His Fence (The earth)! Just like the disciples! Wow! And could the year old grape branches also point to this: “And you shall offer on that day, when you wave the sheaf, a male lamb of the first year, without blemish, as a burnt offering to the LORD.” Leviticus 23:12 “Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year.” Exodus 12:5 - The grape vine is "established" in the second year continuing to grow and might produce some fruit. "In the second spring, the plant is still getting established, although a few tiny bunches of grapes might appear. These are unlikely to be the lush, full bunches of grapes you want, but some might be edible." - Shala Munroe This could point to our second year after being "Reborn" in Christ. We may produce some edible fruit, some tiny bunches, but we are not quite mature enough yet to produce lush full branches of grapes. Also, In the second year of growing the married couple goes back to their regular lives after having grown strong and begin to produce fruit outside their marriage or home. - In the third year the grape vines are now mature, ready to produce fruit and more "shoots" or branches! The new branches grown will not produce fruit yet, but have to grow being watered and cared for. "Then the third spring arrives, and with it should come a much larger yield of sweet, tasty grapes on the now-mature plant." - Shala Munroe Think about that. Yeshua (Jesus The Vine) had three years of ministry with his disciples and then, after Pentecost, the branches (disciples) were producing fruit! He even cut off the branch that didn't produce fruit, Judas. It takes 3 years to produce fruit (Yeshua's Ministry), but then we have continuous growth and fruit after Him! So we see a continuous growth with the "new shoots (new believers)" being grown, not yet ready to produce fruit, and the mature branches (disciples) producing fruit, and all after The Vine was growing for 3 years. Amazing! But wait there's more! Look at This: ““This is the ordinance of the law which the LORD has commanded, saying: ‘Speak to the children of Israel, that they bring you a red heifer without blemish, in which there is no defect and on which a yoke has never come.” Numbers 19:2 The Red Heifer was to never have had a yoke on it or never have produced in the field. The Red Heifer had to be perfect without blemish (Yeshua, Jesus!!!) and was sacrificed in it's third year! Then in the third year abundant fruit was produced through the apostles and The Spirit of God... Because of The Vine, Our Savior! - The Vine may produce many shoots, but you only pick the best of them for the next year. Two to the right and two to the left. Out of many only two stay. On the third year Vine you don't remove the shoots, you can leave them on the trellis and from them you grow new shoots. Each year cutting away the branches and keeping the one year old vines for production. This continues in a cycle so you always have new shoots coming in and fruit going out. ““For many are called, but few are chosen.”” Matthew 22:14 The vine produces many shoots, but only the best are picked. And... the shoots that are produced from the third year Vine (Yeshua, Jesus) are kept! The disciples were the new shoots on the third year Vine! Does this also point to one man and one woman for marriage on The Vine (In Christ)? Many men and women, but only two can be in marriage... one woman, one man. Does this also point to mature believers with the shoots being able to be used permanently now? Disciples becoming apostles in The Word? - Finally, most vineyards grow their vines up to 5 or 6 feet tall in the first year. Running a cable/fence (God The Vinedressers Establishment/Earth) 3 foot off the ground and another 6 foot off the ground. Then you allow the shoots to go out each direction on each cable. 4 canes total. Two to the right and two to the left. Stating it a little more clearly for Biblical Application... Two by Two! (see photographed attached for illustration) “And He called the twelve to Himself, and began to send them out TWO BY TWO, and gave them power over unclean spirits. He commanded them to take nothing for the journey except a staff—no bag, no bread, no copper in their money belts— but to wear sandals, and not to put on two tunics.” Mark 6:7-9 “After these things the Lord appointed seventy others also, and sent them TWO BY TWO before His face into every city and place where He Himself was about to go. Then He said to them, “The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” Luke 10:1-2 Pretty cool, right? Two by two, just like He sent out the disciples! I have a feeling that those "shoots" Yeshua (Jesus) sent out two by two may have produced just a bit more fruit than the usual first or second year branches. What do you think? Two by two also brings to mind: -Two Testaments (New and Old) -Two Houses (Israel and Judah) -Two Olive Trees -Two Appearances -Yeshua Jesus's First and Second Coming -Two Witnesses -Two Realms - Heaven and Earth -Two Lamp Stands And there are so many more! Today, for sake of time, we won't even get into the Vines Branches being 3 and 6 feet tall and how this points to Creation and the third and sixth day...but wow! Also, the pruning practice, soil use, and ripening are highly prophetic if you care to have a look. If you find something new and exciting, please don't hesitate to share. With this devotion, I can't help but be reminded of these four verses: “It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.” Proverbs 25:2 “Jesus replied, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.”” John 13:7 “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.” Romans 1:20 ““But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you. Which of all these does not know that the hand of the Lord has done this? In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.” Job 12:7-10 What True Glory and Blessing Our Father has given us, to be able to search out and marvel at the profound lessons, in His Amazing Creation. The lessons, insights, and profoundness seems to be infinite. There is a lesson, story, parable for each and every situation we could possibly face in this life, and as Our Father's Word Tells Us... "it is the honour of kings" to search it out! May we all study His Word and His Creation so that we may discover His Truth... Always. This we ask Father, in The Name Above All Names Yeshua, Jesus Christ. Amen! God Bless Everybody and have a Wonderful God-Blessed Day! Good Morning Thursday.......
Father thank You for this NEW day. As You walk with us today, keep us focused on Your TRUTHS, and continue to fill our HEARTS & MINDS with Your PEACE, so there's no room for fear or doubt! - Abide In Christ And Be Fruitful We can all be fruitful. But... not every part of our branch produces fruit. What happens to the part of our branch that does not produce good fruit, the dead parts? Well, The Bible tells us that that Our Savior and Our Father prune it. Let's take a look: “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.” John 15:1-2 So Yeshua, Jesus Our Savior, takes away every branch that does not produce fruit, but look at what he says next: "every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit." Now that is pretty exciting. This means that if we are producing fruit in our lives, but still have things not helping us or holding back from producing more fruit...He Will Prune Us To Be More Fruitful! Anger, lust, divisiveness, vain ambitions, unforgiveness, and things of this sort in our lives should be and can be cut away from us by Our Savior. All we have to do is "remain in Him" and produce fruit! We all have some diseased leaves in our branch whether we would like to admit it or not. The key is to abide in Christ and make our best effort to produce good fruit for, not just ourselves, but our families, friends, co-workers, and all those around us. Producing fruit is the same as "Being A Light." If we do this, Jesus Is Faithful to cut the bad parts of our lives off so we bear more fruit. Remember, we cannot produce good fruit without Him. Let's take a look: “Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” John 15:4-5 There we have it. Remain in Yeshua, Jesus Christ Our Savior, produce good fruit, which we must remain in Him to do, and He Will Prune The Dead Things in Our Lives Off So We Can Produce More Fruit. No one wants a fruitless tree in their yard, but when it produces sweet, juicy fruit, The Owner (Vinedresser) Is Happy. May we all strive to make God Our Father, The Vinedresser, and Yeshua, Jesus Christ, The True Vine, happy by producing good fruit, and as we do this may we all allow Our God And King to cut away from us those things that are not worthy of His Kingdom. These things we ask you God Our Father in The Name Above All Names, Yeshua, Jesus Christ Our King. Amen. Extra Fuel For The Soul: “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples. “As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.” John 15:7-12 “Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; On You I wait all the day. Remember, O LORD, Your tender mercies and Your lovingkindnesses, For they are from of old. Do not remember the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions; According to Your mercy remember me, For Your goodness’ sake, O LORD.” Psalms 25:5-7 “But He, because He continues forever, has an unchangeable priesthood. Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them. For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens; who does not need daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for His own sins and then for the people’s, for this He did once for all when He offered up Himself.” Hebrews 7:24-27 “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.” Galatians 6:9-10 “You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. Therefore by their fruits you will know them.” Matthew 7:16-17, 20 Good Morning Wednesday......
Father thank you for this NEW DAY! As we rise to meet this new day, please let us be filled with Your Spirit. Wherever we go, let us SPREAD LOVE, JOY, PEACE, GOODNESS, and FAITHFULNESS. Let us desire to become more like You and to worship You IN ALL WE DO. Help us desire these things so much more than the sin that entices us. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ's Name we pray. Amen. - What Are The Prophets Saying? (Nehemiah) There are so many times I have found myself discouraged, confused, or frustrated and wasn't sure where to turn in The Bible to find an answer to my woes. Almost without exception, wherever I turned in The Word to find my answer, whether I started in The Gospel or Genesis, I usually ended up at The Prophets. The prophets have not only a wealth of prophecy, amazing stories of triumph, encouragement, and wonderful messages for us all as a Christian Family, but they also contain a wealth of messages for each and everyone of us personally. This is literally God Speaking To Us! Just as Jesus Himself Spoke, so too did The Prophets Speak His Word🔥. Our Father and Yeshua, Jesus Christ, so loved us that He never stopped sending loyal servants, again and again, to give all of us together and individually messages, over and over. Remember the Parable of the Vineyard Owner (Matt 21:33-46)? The Master sent His Servants, which the people beat or killed (Prophets), then The Master Sends His Son (Yeshua, Jesus) thinking the people renting his land will be more amiable... they weren't. In fact, they killed Him thinking that they would receive "the inheritance." Does this story sound familiar or what? Our Savior Was, Is, and Always Will Be The Smartest Person Of All Time. For this reason...these parables, and The Word of God Spoken Through The Prophets should be carefully studied. Within this Ancient Wise Parable that Yeshua Spoke, we find The Prophets of God (Servants) came before He (The Master) Sent His Son. With that in mind, let us take a look today at what Nehemiah, A Prophet of Yahweh (YHWH or God), God Himself, and Our Savior were trying to relay to "all of us" and "each of us" in today's Scriptures. Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, we humbly come before you today to receive Your Word and Your Message. As we read passages from Your Servant Nehemiah, please open our hearts and minds to what you are trying to tell us as a group, and what you are saying to us individually. You are Mighty Father and we know You Have Left Us, In Your Word, Messages of Encouragement, Discipline, Reconciliation, Salvation, and Love for Your Children. And we thank You! Let us come before You today as Your Children and enjoy Our Daily Bread With You, Abba. We Love You And Praise You Father. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ Mighty Name We Pray. Amen! The Word of God: The Book of Nehemiah The Prophet of God: “Now these are Your servants and Your people, whom You have redeemed by Your great power, and by Your strong hand. O Lord, I pray, please let Your ear be attentive to the prayer of Your servant, and to the prayer of Your servants who desire to fear Your name; and let Your servant prosper this day, I pray, and grant him mercy in the sight of this man.” For I was the king’s cupbearer.” Nehemiah 1:10-11 “Then the king said to me, “What do you request?” So I prayed to the God of heaven. And I said to the king, “If it pleases the king, and if your servant has found favor in your sight, I ask that you send me to Judah, to the city of my fathers’ tombs, that I may rebuild it.”” Nehemiah 2:4-5 “Then I said to them, “You see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lies waste, and its gates are burned with fire. Come and let us build the wall of Jerusalem, that we may no longer be a reproach.” And I told them of the hand of my God which had been good upon me, and also of the king’s words that he had spoken to me. So they said, “Let us rise up and build.” Then they set their hands to this good work. But when Sanballat the Horonite, Tobiah the Ammonite official, and Geshem the Arab heard of it, they laughed at us and despised us, and said, “What is this thing that you are doing? Will you rebel against the king?”” Nehemiah 2:17-19 “For they all were trying to make us afraid, saying, “Their hands will be weakened in the work, and it will not be done.” Now therefore, O God, strengthen my hands.” Nehemiah 6:9 “So the wall was finished on the twenty-fifth day of Elul, in fifty-two days. And it happened, when all our enemies heard of it, and all the nations around us saw these things, that they were very disheartened in their own eyes; for they perceived that this work was done by our God.” Nehemiah 6:15-16 “And Ezra opened the book in the sight of all the people, for he was standing above all the people; and when he opened it, all the people stood up. And Ezra blessed the LORD, the great God. Then all the people answered, “Amen, Amen!” while lifting up their hands. And they bowed their heads and worshiped the LORD with their faces to the ground.” Nehemiah 8:5-6 “So the whole assembly of those who had returned from the captivity made booths and sat under the booths; for since the days of Joshua the son of Nun until that day the children of Israel had not done so. And there was very great gladness. Also day by day, from the first day until the last day, he read from the Book of the Law of God. And they kept the feast seven days; and on the eighth day there was a sacred assembly, according to the prescribed manner.” Nehemiah 8:17-18 “Stand up and bless the LORD your God Forever and ever! “Blessed be Your glorious name, Which is exalted above all blessing and praise! You alone are the LORD; You have made heaven, The heaven of heavens, with all their host, The earth and everything on it, The seas and all that is in them, And You preserve them all. The host of heaven worships You.” Nehemiah 9:5-6 Good Morning Tuesday...
Father thank You for this new day. Please continue to fill us with Your Love and Compassion as we go out into a fallen world. Let us be a Light in the darkness and use us to usher more Brothers and Sisters into Your Kingdom. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ's Name. Amen. - Free The Generations No doubt we have all seen people struggle in families. Whether it be disfunction through drugs, abuse, violence, or a number of other afflictions we have all seen the devastating affects of uncorrected life choices by parents, children, and family members. It is up to us, God's Children, to set the path straight and lead The Way, for future generations in our own families, if we see these problems. It is time we all resolved to stop the madness. Maybe our family histories aren't pretty, but they don't have to be that way heading into the future. The generational curses, afflictions, and abuse can stop with us. How? By following God Our Father and Our King and Savior's ways to correct these afflictions. We don't have to submit our children to the abuses we faced. We don't have to accept "that's just the way the world is" and move on. We can change the direction for our families, and maybe in doing so... God uses us to help other families as well. Prayer: Father God, please help us to identify harmful behaviors in ourselves and our families. Give us the strength and wisdom to overcome the battles our ancestors lost in this world. Make us strong for our children. Make us strong for our family members. And finally Father, lead us in all we do so we are a "sweet-smelling aroma" to You in our lives. We know if we please You, our paths will be made straight. Let us be lights unto the world through Your Son Yeshua, Jesus Christ. We pray these things in The Name Above All Names Yeshua, Jesus Christ Our King. Amen. “So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God. Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.” James 1:19-21 “Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.” II Corinthians 2:14-15 “And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.” Ephesians 5:2 “For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light. Therefore He says: “Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light.”” Ephesians 5:8-14 “in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:6 “Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” John 8:34-36 ““Yet you ask, ‘Why does the son not share the guilt of his father?’ Since the son has done what is just and right and has been careful to keep all my decrees, he will surely live. The one who sins is the one who will die. The child will not share the guilt of the parent, nor will the parent share the guilt of the child. The righteousness of the righteous will be credited to them, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against them.” Ezekiel 18:19-20 Good Morning Monday...
Amen.. - An Exercise In Connecting With God - Faith #2 Step 1 - Prayer (Begin With Focus And Openness Towards God) Prayer: Dear Father God, please connect with us here as we seek in Your Word. Help us to show our Faith. Help us to find Your Peace. Be with us. Thank You. In Yeshua, Jesus's Name we pray. Amen Step 2 - Read Read the Scripture slowly. Be aware of any interesting words, phrases, or sentences. Read over The Scripture a second Time. Read: “And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others. But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:1-10 Step 3 - Reflect Reflect on what stands out to you as you read. What is God trying to tell you? Step 4 - Respond Respond to The Word you just read. Talk to Your Father about how you feel. Tell Him what is on your mind. Tell him what is on your heart. As you go through your day today keep your eyes open to what you read, what you uncovered, or what you spoke to God about. You may find Him showing up in places you didn't expect. God Bless Everyone. May The God Of All Good Things Give each and everyone of you PEACE. |
