Good Morning Sabbath (Counting of The Omer Day 13)...
Father thank You for this NEW DAY. Thank You for the opportunity to tell others about and show others Your LOVE. Thank you for Your REST. Thank You for CHANGING OUR HEARTS from stone to flesh and Your Allowance in COVERING A MULTITUDE OF SINS. IN YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST’s Mighty Name. Amen. Good morning Brothers and Sisters. With so many dealing with spiritual warfare, and many struggling with “the weapons of our warfare,” this devotion seems to be the one to share. It has been shared before, but sometimes, we all need a reminder, and sometimes we need to “run it back.” Thank you to the wonderful Brother who added, very brilliantly and without knowledge it would be used, to this devotion (Love you Brother G). Something we must all remember as followers of Yeshua (Jesus) our Messiah and King is that: we do not fight evil with evil, but we fight evil with GOOD (Romans 12:21). Bless each and everyone of you on the other side of this screen, and your families, and have a most Blessed Sabbath! - RUN IT BACK - Heavenly Food For Thought: Love Covers Whose Sin? “And above all things have fervent Love for one another, for “Love will cover a multitude of sins.” I Peter 4:8 There is no doubt we have all heard 1Peter 4:8 spoken and read before, but sometime ago I received a whole new perspective on this Word. While, for myself, it always seemed that Loving someone covered up their sins, one day it dawned on me that maybe... others sins are not what the Love is covering. What if it is our own sins that are covered when we Love. There are many of our Brothers and Sisters that receive this devotional each day that may have "caught this" meaning from the beginning, but for this servant, and maybe now for you, it was a new perspective. Let's camp on this for a moment. We are to be like Christ. What did Christ do? While He had no sins to cover, He still covered ours in front of Our Father... with Love. Each of us is imperfect. Each of us sin. If we Love others... could this not be covering our sins and not theirs? Because we Love a person... the wrong we have done is overlooked because we are spreading The Love of Our Father and Our Savior. Not condemning, not judging, and being judged by the same standard we judge others... Is this what Our Messiah was talking about? We are a prized servant if we but Love our work. Think about this example: There is a servant of a farmer, who Loves the farmer very much, and he works extra diligently to please the farmer because of his Love for him. Let’s say this servant accidentally runs over a set of the crops. Because of his Love for his master, this worker collects more crops, works the hardest, and always goes the extra mile to help the farmer. Will this farmer not be more willing to overlook the servants mistake? Of course! Can you see it? His mistakes are “covered” because of his everyday LOVE for the farmer and his extra effort. Makes perfect sense, right? While writing this devotion, I had a Wonderful Brother, who is raising some amazing Children of God and truly "Being A Light," along with his amazing wife, send me a message in reply to a previous devotion. I can't think of a better way to show in word, thought, and deed what we are looking at today than to end with the words he sent me. Thank You Brother. I pray you don't mind, but I truly believe it is 1Peter 4:8 in action. "Amein. When I think about those who have hurt me, I know that if I was to go say anything about it to them, my flesh would take over and make it worse. So I keep my mouth shut and PRAY FOR THEM, and pray to LOVE THEM and be able to show love to them. I was once in the habit of speaking evil against the ones who hurt me. I found that it made me feel more anger and resentment and Yeshua told us to love your neighbor as yourself (Matt 22:39). He also said not to hate your brother (1John 2:9-10). And again, take the log out of your eye before you point out the speck in your brothers (Luke 6:42, Matt 7:3-4).....I tell you, just with those verses, it made me look at myself, and I did not like what I saw. So even now, I have to look at myself first to see why I am reacting a certain way. Pray and fast if so led, then MOVE ALONG IN LOVE. Let those Yeshua ripples come forth!" His Love Covered the hatred! His Love covered the sin!!! I pray to The Mighty Living God, Our Father Above, that we all may Love More so that each of us covers the sins which we have all committed. God Bless Each and Everyone of you on the other side of this screen and have a Great God-Filled Day! SHABBAT SHALOM AND HAPPY SABBATH EVERYBODY! Extra Fuel For The Soul: “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.” Matthew 7:1-2 “Do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion, As in the day of trial in the wilderness,” Psalms 95:8 “Then He began to rebuke the cities in which most of His mighty works had been done, because they did not repent: “Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works which were done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes. But I say to you, it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon in the day of judgment than for you. And you, Capernaum, who are exalted to heaven, will be brought down to Hades; for if the mighty works which were done in you had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day. But I say to you that it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment than for you.” At that time Jesus answered and said, “I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes.” Matthew 11:20-25 “Do not take revenge yourselves, dear friends, but give place to God’s wrath, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. But “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by doing this, you will heap up coals of fire upon his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with GOOD.” Romans 12:19-21 “By this EVERYONE will know that you are MY DISCIPLES—if you have LOVE for ONE ANOTHER.” John 13:35

Good Morning Friday (Counting of The Omer Day 12)...
Father, please help us to SHOW GRACE to others today. Let our words BE KIND and our actions BE HELPFUL. Please help us to not respond selfishly instead, allow us to RESPOND WITH LOVE. IN YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST’s Name we pray. AMEN! - A Servant’s Wisdom and The Source Part 35 Wisdom: “A Life watered by the tears of tragedy and suffering often becomes the most fertile soil for spiritual growth.” ~ Unknown The Source AKA The Word This Wisdom Came From: “Joseph said to them, “Do not be afraid, for am I in the place of God? But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive. Now therefore, do not be afraid; I will provide for you and your little ones.” And he comforted them and spoke kindly to them.” Genesis 50:19-21 NKJV “Do you finally believe?” Jesus replied. “Look, an hour is coming and has already come when you will be scattered, each to his own home, and you will leave Me all alone. Yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me. I have told you these things so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take courage; I have overcome the world!” John 16:31-33 BSB Not only this, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope: and hope doesn’t disappoint us, because God’s Love has been poured out into our hearts through The Holy Spirit who was given to us. Romans 5:3-5 WEB “And I will bring the remaining third into the fire, and I will refine them like one refines silver, and I will test them like one tests gold. They will call my name, and I will answer them. I will say, ‘They are my people,’ and they will say, ‘Yahweh is my God.’ ”” Zechariah 13:9 LEB “I will extol You, O Lord (YHVH, Yahweh), for You have lifted me up, And have not let my foes rejoice over me. O Lord (YHVH, Yahweh) my God, I cried out to You, And You healed me. O Lord (YHVH, Yahweh), You brought my soul up from the grave; You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. Sing praise to The Lord (YHVH, Yahweh), you saints of His, And give thanks at the remembrance of His Holy Name. For His Anger is but for a moment, His Favor is for Life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.” Psalms 30:1-5 NKJV Prayer: Dear Father God, Thank You for Your Word, Your Discipline, and Your Amazing Acts of Love. Thank You for Your Mighty Acts, and all the trials of Life that You use to produce good in us, Your children. Please Father, continue to change us, test us, and refine us as silver. Thank You for showing us The Truth. Father help us to understand the heartbreaking experiences we have suffered, and show us how You use them to change us for Your good, and the good of others. Let The Love that You have filled our hearts with be an example for others. Thank You for hearing us, teaching us, seeing us through every tragedy and trial, and helping us to know The Truth and reality of Your Promises. Thank You for circumcising our hearts, and transforming our minds. Abba, may you put it in our hearts to help others come to The Truth. Father create opportunities for us to tell others about Your Kingdom Come, and what You Have Done. Help us to share The Immense Love and spiritual growth you have made inside us through Your Son, our Salvation and King, Yeshua, Jesus Christ. Give us the right actions and works to wake others up from their slumber, and as we deal with the tragedies of this Life, help us to Shine Your Light in the darkness, and please Father give us grace. Show Your Works Manifest in us Abba. Let us not trust in our own understanding, actions, or works, but let us submit to Your Works of healing and Salvation in us, calling Your children back to You. Bless you Father. Bless You Yeshua. Thank You for The Truth, Your Everlasting Word of Teaching, and showing us The Way Everlasting. May We Bless You with Our Mouths, May we Glorify You with our thoughts, May we Love You with our actions, and May We Always Rely In The Constant Precision, Faithfulness, and Love In Your Word, for We Know You Are True. Thank You Father... for everything. In Our King Yeshua’s Name, Jesus Christ, we pray these things to You Father. Amen! “For The Word of The Lord (YHVH, Yahweh) is right; and all His Work is done in faithfulness.” Psalm 33:4 AMPC “Listen to counsel, receive instruction, and accept correction, That you may be wise in the time to come.” Proverbs 19:20 AMP “But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known The Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for Salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-Breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:14-17 NIV Good Morning Thursday (Counting of The Omer Day 11)...
Dear Father, thank You for this NEW day. Guide us as we make this day's JOURNEY. Lift us as we fall. Show us Your LOVE, and HELP us to show Your Love to others. In Yeshua's, Jesus Christ's, Name we PRAY. AMEN! A big thank you to our late Brother, John W. Ritenbaugh, and berean.org for today's devotion. Have a wonderful day everyone and may the peace and Love of Our Father In Heaven and Our Savior Yeshua, Jesus Christ, be with you all! - A Berean Breakdown: Revelation 3:15-20 - Open The Door! (15) "I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. (16) So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. (17) Because you say, "I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing"—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked— (18) I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. (19) As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. (20) Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.” Revelation 3:15-20 NKJV We are, to a great measure, victims of an age that is certainly not apathetic to seeking its own pleasure but is apathetic about having a true relationship with God. Would anybody in all honesty not care to eat or to have fellowship with Jesus Christ? Yet, verse 20 says He is standing at the door and knocking, and He will come in and dine with them if they just open the door. Many would like to eat and fellowship with Christ just to say that they had that novel experience. But the irony here is that God is seeking His people, and they are too uncaring to even rouse themselves to answer the door! The message to this church shows that the problem is that they are so far from Him they are not even aware of their spiritual need and thus have no desire to be near Him. No desire, no prayer. No prayer, no relationship. No relationship, no awareness of spiritual need. It goes in a vicious cycle. God is hoping that He can stir us up enough to repent and to break out of the cycle. He says, "Repent. Be zealous." Zeal indicates heat, passion, and feeling. He is hoping to break us out of this circle by rekindling an awareness of our spiritual need. An awareness of need resides in us because we are close enough to Him to see how Holy, Gracious, Kind, Merciful, and Good He is and desire to be like Him. In other words, we admire Him so much and respect His Personality and Character so much that we want to be near Him—right across the table from Him, as it were. We do not want to be near Him just to have a novel experience but to exalt Him and honor Him by being like Him. Is not imitation the most sincere form of praise? Good Morning Wednesday (Counting of The Omer Day 10)...
Father thank You for this NEW day. You have blessed us with another WONDERFUL day to see Your WISDOM and TRUTH. May we use this day to show this dark world Your FRUIT, Your LIGHT, and Your Glory TODAY! IN YESHUA’s, JESUS CHRIST’s Name we pray. Amen. - Be Encouraged… Our Savior Yeshua Ha’Mashiach, Jesus Christ, Lives! Good morning Brothers and Sisters. Today, let us all dwell on this one assurance-giving, peace-giving, hope filled fact: Our Savior Yeshua, Jesus Christ, Lives... This Is What Makes Life Worth Living. The really Good News? He Lives In You! So what does this mean? How can this have an effect on our lives on a daily basis? The most meaningful effect Our Savior's Life has on us is that, because of Him, we have a guarantee. Once we learn The Truth we can have certainty and be fully assured that everything will be ok. Why? Because He Lives! Many people question their own salvation and the salvation of others. Questions like this can weigh heavy on the soul bringing uncertainty and doubt. The key to letting these questions go is the realization that nothing we do is going to accomplish salvation. No matter how "good we are," we ourselves can accomplish nothing. But... Yeshua, Jesus Christ, and God Almighty Did Do Enough. Through His Death, Burial, and Resurrection... we have been saved, set free, cleansed, and brought back into His Fold. “I Am The Vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” John 15:5 Here is The Truth of The Matter: Christ Died, Then Was Raised. He will not die again and in fact He Cannot Die Again. Our Father used Paul to tell us this: “knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no longer has dominion over Him.” Romans 6:9 This should leave no room for fear or doubt. Furthermore Our Father Tells Us: “Because Jesus lives forever, He has a Permanent priesthood. Therefore HE IS ABLE TO SAVE COMPLETELY THOSE WHO COME TO GOD THROUGH HIM, BECAUSE HE ALWAYS LIVES TO INTERCEDE FOR THEM.” Hebrews 7:24-25 Not only can we have assurance in His Eternal Life, but He Also Teaches Us A Better Way... The Way. The consequences of sin and death can no longer control our lives. When we are Born-Again, armed with the Knowledge of Christ Our Savior and God Our Father, crucify our "old self" with Jesus, and consider that "old self" dead and buried... We Live! We Live because He Lives. We can now count ourselves dead to corruption, sin, and Fully Alive In God. We no longer have to be manipulated constantly by sin. We now Live Through The Power and Grace of The Living God! One powerfully enlightening statement in Galatians 2:20 is: “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” Galatians 2:20 As we conclude today, may we all rejoice knowing that Our Savior Yeshua Ha’Mashiach, Jesus Christ, Lives, and we are no longer under an umbrella of that which condemns us. We have be set free. Sin and death has been conquered by The Spirit of Life. We can walk out the rest of our days bold, with confidence, with hope, and with peace knowing this: “But if The Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.” Romans 8:11 We can all be confident, full of certainty, hope, and peace. Why? Because... Our Savior Yeshua Ha’Mashiach, Jesus Christ, Lives! The Living Manna Which Came Down From Heaven aka The Word of God: 1.) “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of The Father, even so we also should walk in newness of Life.” Romans 6:1-4 2.) “For he who has died has been freed from sin. Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no longer has dominion over Him. For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but The Life that He lives, He lives to God. Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:7-11 3.) “Also there were many priests, because they were prevented by death from continuing. But He, because He continues forever, has an unchangeable priesthood. Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them. For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is Holy, Harmless, Undefiled, Separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens; who does not need daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for His own sins and then for the people’s, for this He did once for all when He offered up Himself. For The Law (Torah,Bible,Instructions) appoints as high priests men who have weakness, but The Word of The Oath, which came after The Law, appoints The Son who has been perfected forever.” Hebrews 7:23-28 4.). “Or do you not know, brethren (for I speak to those who know the law), that the law has dominion over a man as long as he lives? For the woman who has a husband is bound by The Law to her husband as long as he lives. But if the husband dies, she is released from the law of her husband. So then if, while her husband lives, she marries another man, she will be called an adulteress; but if her husband dies, she is free from that law, so that she is no adulteress, though she has married another man. Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you may be married to another—to Him who was raised from the dead, that we should bear fruit to God. For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which were aroused by the law were at work in our members to bear fruit to death. But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of The Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter.” Romans 7:1-6 5.) “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to The Spirit. For The Law of The Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteous requirement of The Law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to The Spirit. For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to The Spirit, the things of The Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is Life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to The Law of God, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God. But you are not in the flesh but in The Spirit, if indeed The Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have The Spirit of Christ, he is not His. And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but The Spirit is Life because of righteousness. But if The Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give Life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.” Romans 8:1-11 Good Morning Tuesday(Counting of The Omer Day 9)...
We give thanks unto You, Our Father In Heaven, that, in mercy, You have restored our souls within us. Endless is Your compassion; great is Your faithfulness. We thank You, God Almighty, for the rest You have given us through the night and for Your Holy Breath, Your Holy Spirit, that renews our bodies and spirit. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s Name. Amen.
“Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in The Way Everlasting.” Psalms 139:23-24 Pray this prayer for yourself and you may be asking for some uncomfortable “Come To Yeshua” moments. Our Father, God Almighty, goes to Shining His Light On the recesses of your soul, and it can be guaranteed... we all will squirm a little. But it is good! Trust that, once Our Father shows us our hidden sins and exposes our blindness, we all want A Savior. The fact that we were so duped, and by ourselves nonetheless, is incredibly scary. Once our fraudulent egos are exposed, we want A Savior. This Savior, God Himself, will save us from our sinful self deceptions, our fraudulent egos, and a myriad of other evils, if we but submit to His Mercy. It is amazing the spiritual cleansing that can come from an honest and humble confession. It is downright... Powerful. And... it is absolutely vital in a healthy spiritual relationship with God Our Father, and therefore vital to our Spiritual Lives. When we come before The King of The Universe, The One True, Living, and Holy God of All Things, with a humbled heart and a humble spirit... He Responds. Your Father will Draw Near, He Will Hear You, He Will Work On Your Soul, He Will Rescue You, and He Will Transform You By The Renewing of Your Mind. Something To Always Remember: The Holy God and King of The Universe Who Wields A Razor Sharp Double Edged Sword For Souls, He Is... Still Our Father. Our Father Loves Us Infinitely. Our Father Does His Work In Love. He Is A Complete And Total Gentleman. He Is Gentle, Tender, and His Mercies Are New Each Morning. OUR FATHER CAN BE TRUSTED... COMPLETELY. He Is The One Who Teaches us about our mixed up hearts, and He Is Truly, Maybe The Only One, Who Can Ever Be Completely Trusted With Our Hearts. So what do you say? Shall we pray this prayer? It is definitely something that we need to do as followers of Yeshua, Jesus Christ. Then after we have prayed... all we need to do is Trust Our Father To Answer: “Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in The Way Everlasting.” Psalms 139:23-24 NIV “Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. And see if there is in me the worship of false gods, and lead me in The Way Everlasting.” Psalms 139:23-24 LEB “Search me, O Ěl, and know my heart; Try me, and know my thoughts; And see if an idolatrous way is in me, And lead me in The Way Everlasting.” Tehillim (Psalms) 139:23-24 TS2009 “Examine me, God, and know my heart; test me, and know my thoughts. See if there is in me any hurtful way, and lead me along The Eternal Way.” Tehillim (Psa) 139:23-24 CJB “The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh) Is Good, A Stronghold in the day of trouble; And He knows those who trust in Him.” Nahum 1:7 NKJV “Yahweh Is Good—A Refuge in the day of distress; He knows those who take refuge in Him.” Nahum 1:7 LEB “And His mercy is for generation after generation to those who fear Him.” Luke 1:50 LEB “It is because of The Lord’s (Yahweh’s ) Loving Kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his mercies don’t fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23 WMB “For I Am The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh), I do not change; Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob.” Malachi 3:6 NKJV Good Morning Monday (Counting of The Omer Day 8)...

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. For I am the LORD your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I gave Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in your place. Since you were precious in My sight, You have been honored, And I have loved you; Therefore I will give men for you, And people for your life. Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your descendants from the east, And gather you from the west;” Isaiah 43:1-5 May The God Of All Good Things Bless You All! Have a Wonderful, Amazing, God-Filled Week. May we all embrace The Fullness of Our Father's Love and spread His Love Everywhere We Go. We ask this in Our Mighty Savior's Name, Yeshua, Jesus Christ. Amen! Good Morning Sunday (Counting of The Omer Day 7)...
Father thank You for this AMAZING DAY. Please fill us with Your Spirit and help us to be a LIGHT. Endow us with Your PEACE and WISDOM, so we may bring LIFE to this world. In YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST Name we pray. Amen! A big thank you to our late Brother, John W. Ritenbaugh, and berean.org foe today’s devotion. "Now the Bereans were more noble-minded than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if these teachings were true." Acts 17:11 - A Berean Breakdown: Signs of False Prophets - Jude 1:6-9 (6) And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day; (7) as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. (8) Likewise also these dreamers defile the flesh, reject authority, and speak evil of dignitaries. (9) Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!" Jude 1:6-9 Jude is attacking false prophets, and thus men and demons are interwoven in the context. He indicts these false prophets for three sins: 1. Lust: They defile the flesh, allowing a feeling to take them over the edge into sin. 2. Rebellion: They flout authority in general, but primarily that of Christ. It is hidden in the Greek, but the word authority is really "lordship." It normally refers to Christ and His lordship over us. 3. Disrespect or disregard of spirit beings. This third sin is interesting because he is saying that it is not that these false prophets will not talk about Satan, but their speech is gratuitous, despising, or denigrating of angelic powers. Their preaching suggests that these demons are not something Christians need to be concerned about. They side-step the issue. Why would they do that? Because a false spirit is leading them, so they downgrade the existence and powers of demons through their preaching. This is clearly seen in Protestant Christianity, especially the mainline denominations that have gone to the point that they almost universally agree that satan, or the devil, and his demons do not really exist. It shows how successful the demons have been in their deceptions. On the other hand, there are evangelical or Pentecostal groups who talk about demons and Satan in a flippant, dismissive way: "Oh, we're going to put down the Devil tonight!" They say such things in their tent shows as part of their evangelistic campaigns. But what they are doing? They are putting Satan into a position where they seem to have power over him. They are so deceived. The truth in regard to Satan is somewhere in between. The true church of God will have that truth, and they will understand that, yes, Satan is, he is powerful, but because of God, they do have power over him in that they can reject him and his deceptions. We are not puppets on a string, and he cannot influence us unless we give him the opportunity. If we are spiritually aware and can see him at work, we do not have to submit to him. Jude is giving us signs to look for in the preaching of false ministers. They will denigrate Satan and his demons, there will be indications of lusts, and they will flout the authority of Jesus Christ. Good Morning Sabbath (Counting of The Omer Day 6)...
Father thank you for this new day. Your Day. We ask for Your Peaceful Rest. May we abide in You and refill our lamps with oil. As we look at Your Word, please give us Your Image so that we may bear it to the world. We ask this so we may show Your Glory. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ's Name. Amen. “He said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for The Sabbath. Therefore The Son of Man is lord even of The Sabbath.” Mark 2:27-28 Good morning Brothers and Sisters. With all that is transpiring in our world their are many that are dealing with increased levels of anxiety, fear, depression, and other emotions that are not healthy for us as humans. It becomes even more unhealthy if we have to handle these negatives on a daily basis. Fears arise when we face the unknown, unless we have a Guide, A Comforter, or Someone Whom We Know Has Control of the situation. Well, it just so happens that we have The Comforter, The Guide, and The One Who Has Control of The Situation, The One True And Living God Almighty... Our Father. Now is a tough time to be going through an “identity crisis,” but we as believers in Yeshua, Jesus Christ, can have Peace In The Storm and know exactly who we are, and without doubt. We are children of The Most High, The King of The Universe... forever. If you know someone who is going through a tough time, or if you yourself have recently been accosted with negative thoughts, fears, invasive media, or anxiety, it is important to remember who... “You Are.” With that written, today let’s take a look at who Our Father In Heaven says we are, for we know that what Our Father and Savior says is 100% Pure, Unsaturated Truth. Share with anyone you think may have let this Truth slip there mind, those who have let “the weight of the world” push it out of their mind, or anyone who may not know who they truly are, and what we are here to do. Just send them a message that says: “In Case You Needed A Reminder... You Are! God Bless every one and may The Peace of The Most High God and Our Master and Savior Yeshua, Jesus Christ, be with you all. Shabbat Shalom (Sabbath Completeness & Peace)! - Having An Identity Crisis? In Case You Needed A Reminder: You Are... (Part 1) We go through who Our Father Is and who Our Savior Is regularly in the devotion series "He Is...." Today, lets take a look at who Our Father Tells Us We Are To Him. Our Father Has An Undying Love For You. His Mercies Endure Forever, Especially For Those Who Love Him. As we go through The Scriptures today, please know, no one can Love you like The One True and Living God, Our Father. He invites us to know how special we are to Him, how much He Loves Us, and He Expresses This Love Everywhere in His Word. If you are having a tough time, if you are struggling with a problem, or if you just need a little "pick me up" of encouragement from Our Father In Heaven, He Is Always There For You... ALWAYS. He Tells Each and Every One of Us How Much We Mean To Him. He Is... The Almighty God and Father and He Tells You that... YOU ARE...: You Are...Beautiful: “So the King will greatly desire your beauty; Because He is your Lord, worship Him.” Psalms 45:11 You Are...Unique: “For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb.” Psalms 139:13 You Are...Loved: “The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.” Jeremiah 31:3 You Are...Special: “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10 You Are...His: “But now, thus says The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh), Who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. For I am The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I gave Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in your place. Have a Wonderful, Amazing, God-Filled Sabbath. May we all embrace The Fullness of Our Father's Love and spread His Love Everywhere We Go. We ask this in Our Mighty Savior's Name, Yeshua, Jesus Christ. Amen! Good Morning Friday of The Feast of Unleavened Bread (Counting of The Omer Day 5)...
Father thank You for this NEW day. As You walk with us today keep us focused on Your TRUTH. Please continue to fill our HEARTS & MINDS with Your PEACE, so there's no room for fear or doubt. In Yeshua’s, Jesus Christ’s, Name we pray. Amen! Thank you to my dear Brother Will for being the conduit through which Our Father used to inspire this message. I praise God Almighty for My Brothers and Sisters In Yeshua! - B.R.O. - Believe, Repent, Obey. From The Beginning, The Holy Pattern It is a common trap of the enemy that, as our faith grows, he tries to build our pride in what a "good person" we have become. We must Beware! We all know the verse in Peter about the devil walking around "like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour (1Peter 5:8)" and we must always be on "the watch." Just as Our Father can take the bad and use it for His Good, also the devil will try to use this good thing, our faith and good deeds, for his nefarious purposes. One of the enemy's favorite sins is pride and he wants nothing more than to tempt us into pride in ourselves, or judgement of others who seemingly "aren't as good as we are." It is a prudent thing for us to remember the words of Our Father written through Paul in Romans 3:20 and 3:23: “Therefore by the deeds of the law (good works) no flesh will be justified in His sight,...” Romans 3:20 NKJV “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,” Romans 3:23 NKJV As we can see in Our Father’s Word, it doesn't matter how "good" we are, Our Father still sees us the same. In fact, let's take a look at what Our Savior says: “So Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God.” Luke 18:19 NKJV There you have it... "No one is good"... but God Alone. So what is it that we do? How do we continue to operate in God's Goodness if we aren't good? I believe God's Word answers the questions above. From the beginning, Our Father has given us a message about the pattern we must follow. Remember, Abraham was considered "righteous by faith" and we must have faith in order to operate in God's Goodness. Let's take a look at this pattern Our Father has laid out for us in His Word. Our Father used a close Brother of mine to share this pattern with me and that seed grew. Here is the acronym and the pattern that we must follow as given in The Word. The acronym is BRO (how fitting, right?) 1.) B - Believe - Believe in God Our Father to do Good and Believe in Our King and Savior Yeshua Jesus Christ. “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” Hebrews 11:6 NKJV 2.) R - Repent - Let go of the pride, lust, wanting, and other things that are not good for you and turn back to God. He Will Do The Work Inside Of You if He sees you turning back to Him. It has always been Him doing the good things in us from the first time we came to Him, so all we need do is "turn back" and let Him Continue His Good Work In us. “and saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!” Matthew 3:2 NKJV “if My people who are called by My Name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My Face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” II Chronicles 7:14 NKJV 3.) O - Obey - Listen to what God is saying to you in His Word, His Commandments, and His Stories on falling and redemption. Put your faith into action. Be kind and generous to others. Most importantly "Love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength and love your neighbor as yourself." “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?” Jesus said to him, “ ‘You shall love The LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all The Law (Bible, Torah) and the Prophets.” Matthew 22:36-40 NKJV Believe, Repent, Obey. From the beginning, The Holy Pattern. In the end our goodness or righteousness doesn't come from us being good, but by God Our Father, and His Son Yeshua, being good enough for all of us. God allowed us a way through Yeshua, Jesus Christ, to be forgiven. This forgiveness, this cleansing, this rejuvenated state of being brought to us through Our Savior and by God Our Father, is the beginning of the process to one day complete “The Good Work Our Father Began in us (Philippians 1:6).” “I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy, for your fellowship in The Gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ; just as it is right for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart, inasmuch as both in my chains and in the defense and confirmation of The Gospel, you all are partakers with me of grace. For God is my Witness, how greatly I long for you all with the affection of Jesus Christ.” Philippians 1:3-8 NKJV Dear God, Abba Yah, Our Father In Heaven, forgive us for the wrong we have done. Help us to stay in Your Grace and not become prideful and judgmental of others in whom we can't see Your Work being done. We know that if it was up to us ourselves... we would be doomed. Thank You Father Almighty for sending Yeshua Your Son for us! Because of Jesus you see us as righteous, You Forgive Us, You Give Us Communion With You, and You help us to walk in that which is right, Your Way, The Way. Thank You Father for Yeshua Jesus! We Praise You, We Worship You, We Bless You, and We Love You! It is in Your Son, Our King, Teacher, and Savior's Name, Yeshua Jesus Christ we pray. Amen! “Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise.” Galatians 4:28 NKJV “For THE PROMISE is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as The Lord our God will call.” Acts 2:39 NKJV Good Morning Thursday of The Feast of Unleavened Bread... (Counting of The Omer Day 4)
Father Thank You for this NEW Day. Please grant us TRUTH, WISDOM, DISCERNMENT, UNDERSTANDING, and KNOWLEDGE. Father we ask this so that we will not be conformed to this world, but TRANSFORMED by the renewing of our MINDS. In YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST'S Name we pray. Amen. - Freedom In Yeshua, Not Fear Life: Our Father, God Almighty’s Promises Did you know that “fear not,” “be not afraid,” or other variations about “not having fear” are given 365 times in The Bible? One for each day of the year. Isn’t that amazing? Our Father and Savior gave us amazing little clues and treasures in The Bible, just to let us know The Word Is Divine And Is Written By Him. This is just one of the seemingly infinite ways Our One True And Living Savior affirms us in our faith. Today, let’s talk about that. As we have discussed before, the way we think can “make us or break us.” Our thoughts can lead us in many directions. One of the directions our thoughts can lead us in is fear. In Genesis 31:31 we see a great example of Jacob’s thoughts leading him to fear. Let’s take a look: “Then Jacob answered and said to Laban, “Because I was afraid, for I said, ‘Perhaps you would take your daughters from me by force.’” Genesis 31:31 Now, let’s answer two questions for ourselves: 1.) Do you have a problem you are currently facing where you have fear? 2.) Are you feeling anxious or desperate about something? Well, if you answered yes to either of those questions, Our Kind and Loving Father tells us: “Seek The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to The LORD (God, Yahweh, YHWH), And He will have mercy on him; And to Our God, For He will abundantly pardon. “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh). “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts. “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, So shall My Word be that goes forth from My Mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:6-11 Fire Bread I tell you! 🔥🍞 Let’s highlight verse 8. Our Father tells us that His Thoughts are not our thoughts, nor are His Ways our ways. He Loves us enough to let us know He Has A Way! Redemption is available for anyone who would seek Him. If we make this choice, He is also letting us know, “Fear not.” We aren’t going to figure everything completely out, because we can’t think like Him. There is one thing that we can be completely sure of though... He’s Got This! Have faith and remember His Promises. After all, He Is... El Shaddia (God Almighty). 🔥 Back to our questions. Are you thinking in patterns that cause you fear? Are you feeling desperate? Think about this: Your Father Is The God of Your Destiny. Your Father, God In Heaven, Is The God of The Promise. Our Father Can, and Will, Bring You Into Victory. We are Jacob, therefore, we are children of The Promise! Today, if you are facing difficulties, fear, or really anything else, may I suggest grabbing your Bible, finding a quiet spot, and spending some time in The Word of God. Spend some time with Him in thought, reflection, and prayer. Think about the MANY Promises of Our Father. The Bible is chock-full of His Promises and He is ready to fulfill them for His Children. Learn them, remember them. If you let Him, He Will Put His Ruach Ha’kodesh, His Holy Spirit, In Your Heart and Make His Word Come Alive. After that... your thoughts will never be the same. As Our Father wrote it through His servant Paul, “Be Transformed.(Romans 12:2)” May we all direct our thoughts towards Him Who Sits On High, Our Father, The God of All Creation, and think thoughts that never bring us to fear, but “Life, and Life more abundantly. (John 10:10)” We are called by The King of All Things to walk in freedom, not fear. God Bless Everybody. May The Grace and Peace of YHWH, Our Father In Heaven, and His Son, Our LORD and Savior, Yeshua Ha’Mashiach, Jesus Christ, be upon you all.
