Good Morning Sunday...
Father thank You for this NEW day. Please continue to fill our HEARTS & MINDS with Your LOVE & TRUTH, and TRANSFORM our ordinary day into an extraordinary day. Shine Your Light in us, through us, and over us. May we make a difference in this world, for Your Glory and Purposes TODAY! In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s Name we pray. Amen! - Tolerance, Long-Suffering, and Patiently Waiting For Our Turn To Speak Back in Daniel again and thought it would be great to look at Daniel's traits of long-suffering, tolerance, and patience, which all reflect The Character of Our Father and Savior. Daniel was an amazing example of tolerance, exhibiting a beautiful Christ-Like Attitude, and it earned him a turn to speak, as well as "ears to hear" when he did speak. If we think about it, being Bible Believing followers of Yeshua, Jesus Christ Our King, we should all make it a point to excel in tolerating others. If we think about it, tolerance is really just being patient or maybe even "long suffering" when others are wrong. We can probably agree, knowing what we have been forgiven for... this should be a distinct characteristic of ours. Let's take a look at Our Father In Heaven's Word on this matter: “Receive one who is weak in the faith, but not to disputes over doubtful things. For one believes he may eat all things, but he who is weak eats only vegetables. Let not him who eats despise him who does not eat, and let not him who does not eat judge him who eats; for God has received him. Who are you to judge another’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand.” Romans 14:1-4 “So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.” John 8:7 “Then he said to them, “You know how unlawful it is for a Jewish man to keep company with or go to one of another nation. But God has shown me that I should not call any man common or unclean.” Acts 10:28 If we truly understand what the Apostles and Yeshua, Jesus Christ, were saying and writing in The Scriptures, we should see tolerance as a distinct characteristic of ours. It's a modern day tragedy, but Biblical Tolerance is not what people have come to know as tolerance in today’s society. Our world has manipulated The Word into a worldly meaning where tolerance is not being patient with those who are wrong, but instead leading people to believe that no one is wrong. This is madness! We cannot sit around and think that we can accept "everything" as being right. There are behaviors that are immoral and we should be able to communicate this to others. Being able to communicate this usually comes from Tolerance, Long-suffering, and Waiting For Our Turn To Speak. On the flip side of that coin is the fact that, by the world's definition, if you are intolerant to anything, including immorality, we should be called intolerant hypocrites and cast out of society. Although this is a tragedy of the Babylonian world today, it seems that modern day Christianity is getting a dose of what was delivered for a very long time by our ancestors. Throughout history certain people who were believers used their influence and power to coerce different positions into oblivion. Whether it was removing a college speaker they didn't like because of a god-less attitude, pressuring politicians to take certain stances, giving tv networks heat about advertisers and pressuring those advertisers to stop advertising on shows they didn't agree with, or boycotting things for a number of other reasons, they did not practice the principles Our Father used Daniel to show us. Ironically enough, now we have tv shows such as "lucifer" and we can't even get that taken of the air. Fast forward a few years and now we come to present day were we see entertainment personalities being fired for having Christian views, church leaders being uninvited to inaugurations because of teaching Biblical Principles about gender, and business owners being coerced to serve opposing agendas or shut down. It seems today, others took note of the earlier christians and they are dealing with us current day believers just as "christians" in past days were dealing with them... intolerantly. If our forefathers, when in control, would have had the wisdom that Our Father had supplied to Daniel, do you think things would be different? What if Biblical Tolerance would have prevailed? What would have happened if they had let those who don’t believe and who strongly disagree, speak their view, and then had faith in The Truth during their time to speak? If we had done these things, we may have still been unpopular as believers, but we would probably have a much stronger foundation to stand on and oppose the immoral issues today. As we can read, Daniel never had these problems. Why? Because he left those who wanted to live like heathens alone, let them see his godly life, and with all his being tried to "Be A Light." Living like this earned Daniel the right, when it was his turn to stand up for The Truth, to speak that Truth. How did he earn this right? By Tolerance, Long-suffering, and Waiting Patiently For His Turn To Speak. “For though I am free from all men, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win the more; and to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might win Jews; to those who are under the law, as under the law, that I might win those who are under the law; to those who are without law, as without law (not being without law toward God, but under law toward Christ), that I might win those who are without law; to the weak I became as weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. Now this I do for the gospel’s sake, that I may be partaker of it with you. Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it. And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown. Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty. Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air. But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.” I Corinthians 9:19-27 Daniel tolerated, didn't speak against his enemies, even when they plotted against him, prayed, and had faith in Our Father: “Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went home. And in his upper room, with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as was his custom since early days. Then these men assembled and found Daniel praying and making supplication before his God. And they went before the king, and spoke concerning the king’s decree: “Have you not signed a decree that every man who petitions any god or man within thirty days, except you, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions?” The king answered and said, “The thing is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which does not alter.” Daniel 6:10-12 Daniel had faith in Our Father, tolerated others with different beliefs, long-suffered, and waited patiently for his turn to speak. Just look at what he says when he did get his turn to speak and how it reveals The Glory of Our Father. Here was the end result (*Note The Picture of Yeshua, “His Angel,” in this passage. Do you think “His Angel” is Yeshua? ... this servant does 🔥) “Then the king arose very early in the morning and went in haste to the den of lions. And when he came to the den, he cried out with a lamenting voice to Daniel. The king spoke, saying to Daniel, “Daniel, servant of The Living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?” Then Daniel said to the king, “O king, live forever! My God sent His Angel and shut the lions’ mouths, so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent before Him; and also, O king, I have done no wrong before you.” Now the king was exceedingly glad for him, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no injury whatever was found on him, because he believed in his God.” Daniel 6:19-23 God Bless each and everyone of you on the other side of this screen and have a Wonderful, God-Blessed Week!

Good Morning Sabbath...
Father thank You for this NEW DAY, Your Day with us. We THANK YOU for continuing YOUR GOOD WORKS yesterday, today, and forevermore. May we continually thank You for Your Salvation YESHUA, JESUS Christ, and being OUR GOD! In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s Name. Amen! - An Exercise In Connecting With God Our Father - Faith #4 Step 1 - Prayer (Begin With Focus And Openness Towards God) Prayer: Dear Father God, please connect with us here as we seek in Your Word. Help us to show our Faith. Help us to find Your Peace. Be with us. Thank You. In Yeshua, Jesus's Name we pray. Amen Step 2 - Read Read the Scripture slowly. Be aware of any interesting words, phrases, or sentences. Read over The Scripture a second Time. Read: “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1 “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.” I Timothy 6:12 “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, The Pioneer and Perfecter of Faith. For the joy set before Him He endured The Cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at The Right Hand of The Throne of God. Consider Him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood. And have you completely forgotten this word of encouragement that addresses you as a father addresses his son? It says, “My son, do not make light of The Lord’s discipline, and do not lose heart when He rebukes you, because The Lord disciplines the one He Loves, and He chastens everyone He accepts as His Son.” Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as His Children. For what children are not disciplined by their father? If you are not disciplined—and everyone undergoes discipline—then you are not legitimate, not true sons and daughters at all. Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to The Father of Spirits and live! They disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, in order that we may share in His Holiness. No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees. “Make level paths for your feet,” so that the lame may not be disabled, but rather healed.” Hebrews 12:1-13 Step 3 - Reflect Reflect on what stands out to you as you read. What is God trying to tell you? Step 4 - Respond Respond to The Word you just read. Talk to Your Father about how you feel. Tell Him what is on your mind. Tell him what is on your heart. As you go through your day today keep your eyes open to what you read, what you uncovered, or what you spoke to God about. You may find Him showing up in places you didn't expect. God Bless Everyone. May The God Of All Good Things, Our Father In Heaven, Give each and everyone of you FAITH, GRACE, & PEACE. Happy Sabbath and Shabbat Shalom! Good Morning Friday...
FATHER THANK YOU FOR this new day. As You Walk with us today, please keep us focused on YOUR TRUTH. PLEASE continue to FILL OUR HEARTS & MINDS WITH YOUR PEACE and straighten the paths before us. IN YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST's Glorious Name. Amen. - To Show Us His Mighty Love, Our Mighty God And Father Came Down To Us. GOD OUR FATHER came down to us and submitted Himself to the cruelty of our fallen world. Why? So we could be certain that HE EXISTS. To let us know HE IS REAL. To give us assurance of our Salvation (Yeshua in Hebrew). To show us how much HE LOVES US. For a little over 3 decades HE allowed His Son, who IS ONE with Him, A Boundless Being, to be bound. HE WHO IS LIMITLESS allowed A Piece Of Himself to be limited. HE HAS ALL POWER, but chose to show us how much HE LOVES US by not using His Power for Himself and only for others, for us. His Dustless Feet were covered with dust and His Radiant Face was dimmed for a moment, so we could LOOK UPON HIM. Do you think YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST OUR KING, was ever tempted to use His Power out of frustration? When He Was Cold, In The Rain, Or Hot Under The Blistering Sun, do you think He ever was tempted to make the weather change for Himself? We know the enemy tempted Him in the desert, but do you think there were other times? Regardless of whether He was tempted to or not, He NEVER GAVE INTO TEMPTATION... never. Not on one single occasion did OUR SAVIOR AND KING use HIS POWER to BRING personal COMFORT to Himself. Not once did He act in selfishness. Not once did He act IN any manner that opposed OUR FATHER, GOD ALMIGHTY. AT HIS VERY WORD OUR SAVIOR could have made things much easier for Himself. At His very word He could have had every accuser of His ignite into flames. At His very word He could have plucked out the eyes of the soldier that wove a crown of thorns for Him. He didn't. Why? Because He didn't want it easy, He didn't want to hurt His accusers, He didn't want to hurt His executioners, and most of all, He doesn't want to hurt us, His children. He WANTS TO SHOW US LOVE, and Show Us Love He Did. HIS LOVE IS TRUE, WHOLE, ETERNAL, AND SELFLESS. May we all BASK IN THE GLORY OF GOD OUR FATHER AND SAVIOR TODAY AND EVERYDAY FOREVERMORE. Praise Be To God Our Father and His Son Forever and Ever. Amen! (Did you see the “Hidden Message?” Go back and read the words in ALL CAPS. Do the same with The Word in ALL CAPS below.) THE LOVE OF GOD ALMIGHTY: “But GOD DEMONSTRATES HIS OWN LOVE TOWARD US, IN that while we were still sinners, CHRIST died for us.” Romans 5:8 “But HE WAS WOUNDED for our transgressions, He was bruised FOR OUR INIQUITIES; The chastisement FOR OUR PEACE was upon Him, And BY HIS STRIPES WE ARE HEALED.” Isaiah 53:5 “THEREFORE HUMBLE YOURSELVES under THE MIGHTY HAND OF GOD, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for HE CARES FOR YOU.” I Peter 5:6-7 “But GOD, WHO IS RICH IN MERCY, because of His Great Love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, MADE US ALIVE together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit TOGETHER in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, THAT in the ages to come HE MIGHT SHOW THE EXCEEDING RICHES OF HIS GRACE in HIS KINDNESS toward us IN CHRIST JESUS.” Ephesians 2:4-7 “To GOD OUR SAVIOR, who ALONE IS WISE, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, BOTH NOW AND FOREVER. Amen.” Jude 1:25 “And THE WORD became flesh and DWELT AMONG US, AND we BEHELD HIS GLORY, the glory as of the only begotten of THE FATHER, full OF GRACE AND TRUTH.” John 1:14 Good Morning Thursday...
FATHER thank YOU for this new day. Thank You that You ARE AS A REFINER OF SILVER, and for remaining with us through “The Fires” of this Life. MAY WE REFLECT YOUR IMAGE. Abba, PURIFY US, help us to melt off our impurities, to walk IN YOUR SPIRIT, and to help in DOING GOOD FOR ALL. IN Your Mighty Son and Our Lord and Savior YESHUA HA’MASHIACH, JESUS CHRIST’S NAME we pray… AMEN! - The Refiner and Purifier of Silver Good morning Brothers and Sisters. Today I would like to share something amazing with you. Not only is it encouraging and exciting, but it is also The Truth, The Holy Word of Our Father, so we know that we can hold firm to it. I ran across this somewhere in my research and it was one of those incredible, encouraging Truths that only God Our Father can bring through His Word. Although the author who penned this is unknown, we know The True Author made this possible and available for us. Some of you may have seen or read this before, but I think you will agree, it is wonderful. I pray it edifies, strengthens, and encourages each and everyone of you today. May we go out knowing Our God, Father, Savior, and King is with us through the “hot spots” today and everyday. God Bless each and every one of you on the other side of this screen, your families, and all those who may come in contact with you. May we all allow The King of The Universe to purify us, bringing Glory to His Name, and Light to this world. Ahava V’Shalom (Love and Peace) be upon each and everyone of you and have a wonderful Refiner-Purified Day! The Refiners Touch There was a group of women in a Bible study on The Book of Malachi. As they were studying chapter three they came across verse three which says: "He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver…" Malachi 3:3a This verse puzzled the women and they wondered what this statement meant about The Character and Nature of God. One of the women offered to find out about the process of refining silver and get back to the group at their next Bible study. That week the woman called up a silversmith and made an appointment to watch him at work. She didn't mention anything about the reason for her interest in silver beyond her curiosity about the process of refining silver. As she watched the silversmith, he held a piece of silver over the fire and let it heat up. He explained that, in refining silver, one needed to hold the silver in the middle of the fire where the flames were hottest so as to burn away all the impurities. The woman thought about God holding us in such a hot spot - then she thought again about the verse, that “He sits as a refiner and purifier of silver.” She asked the silversmith if it was true that he had to sit there in front of the fire the whole time the silver was being refined. The man answered that yes, he not only had to sit there holding the silver, but he had to keep his eyes on the silver the entire time it was in the fire. For if the silver was left even a moment too long in the flames, it would be ruined. The woman was silent for a moment. Then she asked the silversmith, "So, how do you know when the silver is fully refined?" He smiled at her and answered, "Oh, that's the easy part… when I see my image reflected in it." If today you are feeling the heat of the fire, remember that God has His Eyes on you and will keep His Hand on you and watch over you until He sees His Image in you. AUTHOR UNKNOWN The One Who Sits As A Refiner and Purifier of Silver - His Word of Truth: ““Look! I Am going to send My Messenger, and He will prepare The Way before Me. And The Lord whom you are seeking will come suddenly to His Temple, and The Messenger of The Covenant, in whom you are taking pleasure—look!—He is about to come,” says Yahweh of hosts. And who can endure the day of His coming? And who is the one who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire, like launderers’ alkali. He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; He will purify the children of Levi, and He will refine them like gold and like silver, and they will present to Yahweh offerings in righteousness.” Malachi 3:1-3 LEB “And I will bring the remaining third into the fire, and I will refine them like one refines silver, and I will test them like one tests gold. They will call My Name, and I will answer them. I will say, ‘They are My people,’ and they” Yahweh Is My God.’” Zechariah 13:9 LEB “A crucible is for the silver, and a furnace is for the gold, but Yahweh will test hearts.” Proverbs 17:3 LEB “Now if anyone builds upon the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, grass, straw, the work of each one will become evident. For the day will reveal it, because it will be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the work of each one, of what sort it is. If anyone’s work that he has built upon it remains, he will receive a reward.” 1 Corinthians 3:12-14 LEB Good Morning Wednesday...
Thank You Father for loving us so much and the blessing of this NEW day. Please continue to fill our HEARTS & MINDS with your TRUTH & LOVE so we stay focused on BEING OBEDIENT to You, Your Guidance, and staying filled with Your Peace... TODAY! In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s Name we pray. Amen! - Shine As Lights In The World: Obedience Without Complaint Yeshua, Jesus Christ, wraps up the epitome of His followers mission with this statement: “Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.” Matthew 16:24 Paraphrased this is saying: If you desire Me, stop thinking about yourself, what you want, and serve others regardless of the cost. There are translations of The Bible that even state and translate The Scripture this way. We can see that Our King is telling us that our lives should consist of denial of self, self-control, and obedience to Him. Denying ourselves definitely means we won't always get what we want. We must sometimes just do what Yeshua wants and put all else to the side. This is where the tough part comes in... Do we accept this with joy or do we complain and argue? God's Word tells us in Phillipians 2:14: “Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you SHINE AS LIGHTS IN THE WORLD,” Philippians 2:14-15 If we have made a commitment in our lives to follow and serve Yeshua, Jesus Christ, then we have obviously come to the decision that following Him is the best option. If this is the case, then complaining gets us nowhere. It just doesn't make sense. What does make sense? Picking up our cross, having a good disposition, and following THE WAY with a godly attitude. It may be difficult, but this is what Our King has asked from us. God's Word goes on to state we should do things without arguing. Our Savior Is Our God and if we Love Him... why would we argue with Him about His Authority or Plan? There is nothing wrong with forming an argument FOR THE WAY He Has Chosen for us to go. Despite any difficulties, we should be arguing only for what He Has Already Chosen For Us. This is how we "SHINE AS LIGHTS IN THE WORLD"... by being obedient and doing it without complaint. May we all, if we have made the decision to follow Yeshua, Jesus Christ, obey His Will. Once we have made this decision, may we all do it with a "Light-Shining" Disposition. Father, Mighty God and Creator, we ask your help with this, for we know we are only Strong In You. Help us to be your modern day Daniels, Moses(s), Davids, Noahs, Josephs, and all Your Obedient Servants, but most of all... help us to Shine Like Lights showing Your Son and Our King, The One Perfect Man, Yeshua, Jesus Christ, for it is He Who Saves. In Jesus's Name we pray and ask this of You, Abba. Amen. Good Morning Tuesday...
Thank You Father for this NEW day! Please continue to fill our HEARTS and MINDS with Your TRUTH & LOVE, so we may ENJOY Your blessings, and be a blessing, TODAY! In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s Name we pray. Amen. - An Exercise In Connecting With God Our Father - Faith #3 Step 1 - Prayer (Begin With Focus And Openness Towards God) Prayer: Dear Father God, please connect with us here as we seek in Your Word. Read: “But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, FAITH, Love, patience, gentleness. Fight the good fight of FAITH, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. I urge you in the sight of God who gives Life to all things, and before Christ Jesus who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate, that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ’s appearing, which He will manifest in His own time, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, The King of kings and LORD of lords, who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable Light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen. Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in The Living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy. Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share, storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on Eternal Life. O Timothy! Guard what was committed to your trust, avoiding the profane and idle babblings and contradictions of what is falsely called knowledge— by professing it some have strayed concerning The FAITH. Grace be with you. Amen.” I Timothy 6:11-21 Step 3 - Reflect Reflect on what stands out to you as you read. Father thank You for this NEW DAY. As You Walk with us today, please keep us focused on The NEW LIFE You have given us in Your NEW COVENANT. Please continue to fill OUR NEW HEARTS & NEW MINDS with YOUR NEW SONG, YOUR EVERLASTING PEACE, and straighten The NEW PATHS You put before us. IN YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST's Glorious Name. Amen. - New… Part 4 There has been no shortage of long days this last year, right? It was a particularly strange, traumatic, and weary year. During exceptionally hard times in this life, how is a follower of The King of Kings, Yeshua (Jesus), supposed to keep going? When fear among nonbelievers, and many believers, has risen to an all time high, when despair fills this world, what are we to do? One word: REMEMBER. Not the old, washed up, same lies that we used to believe from this world, but The NEW, Wonderful, and Amazingly Good things that God Our Father has done for us. Go over all the times God has made NEW in your Life. Think about them, meditate on them, enjoy them knowing you have a Father In Heaven who Loves and remembers you… constantly. Talk with someone about them. The word “remember“ shows up in The Bible 240 times, so not only did Our Father believe it was important enough to include 240 times, but it is an absolutely essential part of making it through the tough days, weeks, months, years, or seasons in this Life. Tribulations will be common for believers in this fallen earthly world, so it is of the utmost importance to… REMEMBER. The next thing that is essential for a follower of God Our Father and Yeshua is waiting. While this one can be pretty tough, it is an essential, learned, and godly discipline. If you need to hear about the perils of not having this discipline, just go read about king Saul in The Book of Kings. Saul’s impatience had him striped of his kingship, not to mention he had an evil spirit put on him (1Samuel 16:14). This discipline can be a tough one though, especially in seasons that seem to drag on or move particularly slow. But guess what? Our Father, God, promises to show up and REMEMBER, He Never Lies, it is impossible (Hebrews 6:18). Now, He may not show up on our schedule or in a way we thought about, but He shows up. REMEMBER… He promises us He will ALWAYS be with us, He will never leave us, and absolutely nothing can separate us from His Love… Nothing. Let’s take a look at what Yeshua Himself told us, and also what Paul has to say about this Amazing Love of God’s: “teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I AM with you ALWAYS, even to the end of the age.” Amen.” Matthew 28:20 WMB “For I AM PERSUADED THAT NEITHER DEATH, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, NOR ANY OTHER CREATED THING WILL BE ABLE TO SEPARATE US FROM GOD’s LOVE which is IN MESSIAH YESHUA (Jesus) Our LORD” Romans 8:38-39 WMB Finally, God’s children make it through the tough times in this life with a NEW Song. This “NEW Song” isn’t necessarily one that is written and performed, though sometimes it does manifest that way, but rather something that is given to us by Our Father and Savior in Heaven Himself. The Bread of Life, God’s Word tells us: “Then He put a NEW Song in my mouth, a praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and will trust Yahweh.” Psalms 40:3 LEB So those who patiently wait on Our Father, who trust in Him, who have faith that He will deliver us, will get a NEW Song, delivered by Him. Spiritually speaking, this means NEW dispositions, NEW outlooks on Life, and a NEW acknowledgment of who our God is, and what He is doing for us. As we all know too well, this world is filled with songs, lyrics, and dispositions that are recycled, cliche, chaotic, confusing, washed up, despicable, unloving, selfish, mad, and worthless. The song of this world, particularly now, is just, well… wrong. Unfortunately, this world’s song can be awfully easy to sing, because we have all heard it. Also unfortunately, it is usually played at a horribly loud volume, which can make it invade our thoughts. But we as believers must “take every thought captive.” Let’s take a look: “and all pride that is raised up against the knowledge of God, and taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.” 2 Corinthians 10:5 LEB If we but, spiritually armored up, push the mute button on the song of this world, stop and hear Our Father In Heaven’s Voice, and Remember the amazingness, goodness, faithfulness, and Lovingkindness of Our God and Father In Heaven… He will give us a NEW Song to turn the volume up on. And make no mistake, His Song is a chartbuster. A NEW Song that will make you want to dance like David (2 Samuel 6:14). A NEW Song means: NEW joy, a NEW sense of amazement, and a NEW appreciation. Others will “hear” this NEW Song, and who knows… maybe that’s where The King begins someone else’s NEW Song. Let The Creator of Heaven and Earth use your NEW Song to bring Light, Hope, and Love to someone else in this dark world. We have a NEW Song Brothers and Sisters… now let’s SING IT! 🙌 Need a little help getting started? Here, let David help: The NEW Song Word To REMEMBER: “I waited patiently for Yahweh, And He inclined to me and heard my cry for help. And so He brought me up from the roaring pit, from the miry clay. And He put my feet upon a Rock; He made my steps steady. Then He put a NEW Song in my mouth, a praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and will trust Yahweh. Blessed is the man who makes Yahweh his trust and does not turn to the proud and to those who fall away to a lie. Many things, O Yahweh my God, you have done— your wonderful deeds and your thoughts toward us. There is none to compare with You. If I tried to proclaim and tell of them, they would be too numerous to count. A sacrifice and offering You do not desire. My ears you have opened. Burnt offering and sin offering You have not demanded. Then I said, “Look, I come. In the scroll of The Book it is written concerning me: ‘I delight to do Your Will, O my God, and Your Law is deep within me.’ ” I have brought good tidings of righteousness in the great congregation. Look, I have not shut my lips. O Yahweh, You surely know that. Your Righteousness I have not hidden in the midst of my heart. I have spoken of Your Faithfulness and Your Salvation. I have not concealed Your Loyal Love or Your Faithfulness from the great congregation. As for You, O Yahweh, do not withhold Your Mercies from me. Let Your Loyal Love and Your Faithfulness continually preserve me. For evils without number have encompassed me. My iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to see. They are more than the hairs of my head, and my heart fails me. Be pleased, O Yahweh, to deliver me. O Yahweh, hurry to help me. Let them be shamed and abashed altogether who seek to take away my Life. Let them be repulsed and humiliated who desire my harm. Let them be appalled because of their shame, those who say to me, “Aha! Aha!” Let them rejoice and be glad in You, all those who seek You. Let them say continually, “Yahweh Is Great!” —those who Love Your Salvation. But I am poor and needy. Let my LORD consider me. You are My Help and My Deliverer. O my God, do not delay.” Psalms 40:1-17 LEB “David danced before The LORD (YHWH) with all his might; and David was clothed in a linen ephod.” 2 Samuel 6:14 WMB Good Morning Sunday...
FATHER THANK YOU FOR this NEW day. Strengthen us to walk in what you have already prepared. Show us which way to go and guide us with Your WISDOM along The Way. IN YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST's Name. Amen. - The Knowledge of The Most High, Our Father, Brings Wisdom Daniel knew God. This is where Daniel's wisdom came from. He had a healthy "fear of The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh)" and because of this, his wisdom grew. Our Father’s Word explains that He Himself will teach us “The Fear of Yahweh,” (Psalm 34:11) and that His Mercy is upon those who do (Luke 1:50), so undoubtedly this “Fear” is a good thing. You never spray pepper spray when standing down wind, if you have... chances are now you have a healthy fear of doing that. Once you have experienced pepper spray to the face, you don't want to do it again. It is the same with Our Father. If you know Him, you fear Him because you know the awesome power He possesses. Daniel knew, as we should know, only the unwise take God's commands lightly. Pepper spray might be horrible, but it is a day at the park compared to “falling into The Hands of The Living God (Hebrews 10:31).” Our King, The Word of God, had something to say about this... Let's see: “Whatever I tell you in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops. And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” Matthew 10:27-28 “Come, you children, listen to Me; I will teach you The Fear of Yahweh.” Psalms 34:11 “And His Mercy is for generation after generation to those who fear Him.” Luke 1:50 Could this be the reason that Daniel and friends chose to obey? Daniel and his friends stayed faithful, even when it meant death, and this is ultimately what gave them Life. Their fear of God Almighty was well above lions, fires, pepper spray, and everything else those who opposed them could craft. God Our Father Has The Power To Do All, man just has his vain plans. “Listen to advice and accept instruction so that you will gain wisdom for your future. Many plans are in the heart of a man, but the purpose of Yahweh will be established.” Proverbs 19:20-21 With the wisdom that God gave Daniel, it is apparent that Daniel knew not everything was worth dying for. Certainly Daniel and friends found many things in Babylon wretched and personally distasteful, but they knew the difference between distaste and sin. Daniel didn't heap extra battles on himself, he followed God, and he chose wisely the conflicts with which he and his friends engaged. As believers in Yeshua, Jesus Christ, and God Our Father, we should seek this wisdom that Daniel possessed. It is available to us all. In today's fallen world it is easy to misunderstand what we don't like, and what sin actually is. We get all bent out of shape about things that we can be sure Daniel and his friends didn't bat an eye at. We have a tendency to argue about these things. Daniel had a tendency to "bear his cross" and obey God Our Father. Think about it: Daniel had his name change to Belteshazzar, which means "Bel or Baal's Prince." You think he liked that name being the God Lover he was? Of course not, but he submitted to what God was doing. Daniel was indifferent and calm through all the Babylonian persecutions he had to face. He knew that Our Father was The One really in control amd that He was working out His Purpose. Whether it was studying the occult, a name change, or whatever other distasteful thing he and his friends faced, they overcame by wisdom, The Wisdom of Knowing God. This exact wisdom is what softened Nebuchadnessar's heart towards Daniel and gave him such profound influence. This wisdom is also what allowed Daniel to introduce Nebuchadnezzar himself to The One True and Living God. Aren't we called to introduce God to those who have not heard of His Way, Truth, and Life? We have to realize that we are living in a mostly godless world and we won't have a shortage of facing godless people. Daniel never tried to impose his relationship with Our Father on those who didn't know God, and he didn't impose his righteous lifestyle. He knew when to not "eat the king's meat" and when to study and obey what he was told. This is why he was a stand-out, a Light, and a true Servant of God. Daniel knew when to stand and when to submit, because he knew God Almighty and had a healthy fear of Him. Daniel excelled because he knew...Knowledge of God Brings Wisdom. * a cool note: The Hebrew word for "fear" has an alternate meaning to what we normally think of fear. It literally translates as "to know." Now replace "fear" with "to know" when you read this next verse and see what you think. "To Know God Is The Beginning of Wisdom." That definitely sounds legitimate. “The Fear of The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of The Holy One is understanding.” Proverbs 9:10 The Knowledge of God Brought Daniel Wisdom. Because of this wisdom, kings bowed before Daniel. Daniel's knowledge of God Our Father and the wisdom he acquired brought him honor, even from his captors: “Then King Nebuchadnezzar fell prostrate before Daniel and paid him honor and ordered that an offering and incense be presented to him. The king said to Daniel, “Surely your God is the God of gods and The Lord of kings and a revealer of mysteries, for you were able to reveal this mystery.” Then the king placed Daniel in a high position and lavished many gifts on him. He made him ruler over the entire province of Babylon and placed him in charge of all its wise men. Moreover, at Daniel’s request the king appointed Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego administrators over the province of Babylon, while Daniel himself remained at the royal court.” Daniel 2:46-49 Clearly Daniel knew: “When a man's ways please the Lord, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.” Proverbs 16:7 May The One True and Living God, Our Father, Bless each and every one of you on the other side of this screen. Have a Great God-Blessed Week! Good Morning Sabbath...
Father thank You for this NEW day. You have BLESSED us with another WONDERFUL SABBATH DAY to see your WISDOM and TRUTH. May we use this day to show this dark world Your Fruit, Your LIGHT, AND Your GLORY TODAY. IN YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST’s, Name we pray. AMEN! - Persuading With Our Father’s Love, Persuading With Our King Jesus Christ’s, Example Daniel and his companions dealt with some pretty heavy stuff. All the while they never were bitter, angry, or showed animosity against their captors. They didn't treat their oppressors with contempt or treat them as "enemies." Instead, they prayed for, cared for, gave good advice to them, and most importantly... they Loved them. They persuaded with Love and Christ. We as Bible-Believing Jesus-Followers are called to do the same as Daniel and his friends. We are called to go into the entire world and not only spread The Message of Our Messiah Yeshua, Jesus Christ, but to also teach and obey. Many times we as believers can take The Great Commission in the wrong way. Our Messiah taught us, loved us, and obeyed Our Father perfectly. His perfect example is supposed to be our ultimate litmus test. Is there anywhere He shows us to impose our standards on nonbelievers, preserve a particular culture, or create a Christian Nation? There isn't. Believe, Repent, Obey, and Love Unconditionally... That is The Message of The Gospel. Our Father and His Son Are The One Who Creates. Our Father and Our Messiah want us to win over the lost, show kindness, mercy, and teach Truth. We are to persuade gently and with kindness those Our Father has placed in front of us to witness about Him. Rome had no problems with persecuting Christians and letting every other pagan nation run wild. This is the setting the first century church was raised up in to change the world. No morals, values, sexual perversion was the norm, and only the wealthy and elite received anything close to what we would call justice. Just take a look at every apostle except one dying a martyr's death, and even the one that survived was boiled in oil, to see the injustice that flowed like a river. All these horrible things happened in the early church and remarkably The Message and focus is still firmly planted in changing people's hearts and minds... not governments, culture, policy, or man's laws. Spiritual Warfare; that is the battle we face. When we encounter a nonbeliever, it is not the physical we battle, but the unseen battle we are fighting. Our weapons are The Fruits of The Holy Spirit, and knowing those attributes, we should act accordingly. Nonbelievers are not the enemy and our enemy is not flesh and blood. Nonbelievers are the victims of the enemy and Our Father will judge them, not us. When we see a victim of an unfortunate event, we save... not obliterate. Let's take a look at what God's Word has to say about the issue: “What [business] of mine is it and what right have I to judge outsiders? Is it not those inside [the church] upon whom you are to pass disciplinary judgment [passing censuring sentence on them as the facts require]? God alone sits in judgment on those who are outside. Drive out that wicked one from among you [expel him from your church].” 1 Corinthians 5:12-13 “And a servant of The Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient, in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if God perhaps will grant them repentance, so that they may know The Truth, and that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will.” II Timothy 2:24-26 “because our struggle is not against blood and flesh, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:12 We are sent forth to show mercy, give witness to The Truth, Our Savior, and call others to repentance. We are to persuade, not to persecute. Our Father has Peter state it wonderfully: “And who is he who will harm you if you become followers of what is good? But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed. “And do not be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled.” But sanctify The Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear; having a good conscience, that when they defame you as evildoers, those who revile your good conduct in Christ may be ashamed. For it is better, if it is the will of God, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.” I Peter 3:13-17 We may be living in a figurative, and maybe even literal Babylon or Rome, but we don't have to be Babylonians or Romans. Our goal is to introduce others to Yeshua, Jesus Christ Our Savior and He Does The Changing Of Hearts and Minds. It is Christ in us that those Babylonians and Romans will see and that is our ultimate goal. It is unfortunate that many of us, myself included, have missed the boat many times when presented with persecution. As our culture grows closer and closer to the Babylon and Roman cultures of old, the more bitterness, gossiping, falseness, and ruthless criticism grows. Sometimes it is hard to deal with, but we must continue to be disciplined. We must be the ones to show Christ, His Ways, and His Kind and Gentle rebukes which He Gave to nonbelievers and believers. This is in complete contrast to the ways of the world and it is how we are to Persuade With Our Father’s Love and Persuade With Our King Yeshua’s, Jesus Christ’s, Example. We must remember, Our Messiah only blasted the religious hypocrites of the day that were pointing sinners in the wrong way. While many might point to these rebukes of Jesus to justify their actions of extreme criticism, it is prudent to point out... he didn't rebuke the sinners who weren't hypocrites. He just persuaded them. If we focus on Our Savior giving the Pharisees their due rebukes, we may be missing the point. Whether it is Our Messiah, The Perfect Example, Daniel, His Friends, Joseph, or The Apostles, we must be prepared to: "always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear; having a good conscience, that when they defame you as evildoers, those who revile your good conduct in Christ may be ashamed. For it is better, if it is the will of God, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.” If we do this, we are properly Persuading with Our Father’s Love and Persuading With Our King Yeshua’s, Jesus Christ’s, Example. God Bless Everybody and have a Wonderful God-Blessed Day. The Persuasion of Christ The King and His Love: “But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you. To him who strikes you on the one cheek, offer the other also. And from him who takes away your cloak, do not withhold your tunic either. Give to everyone who asks of you. And from him who takes away your goods do not ask them back. And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise. “But if you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. And if you lend to those from whom you hope to receive back, what credit is that to you? For even sinners lend to sinners to receive as much back. But Love your enemies, do good, and lend, hoping for nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High. For He is kind to the unthankful and evil. Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful.” Luke 6:27-36 Good Morning Friday...
Father thank You for this new day. Thank You for giving us Brothers and Sisters to share in this wonderful journey back to You. Please use us to help the hurting, the sick, the fatherless, and the weak. Help us to show Your Love in this dark world, because we know Love covers a multitude of sins. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s Name we pray. Amen. - Who Is God Almighty? Knowing Him... Knowing The Truth The question was proposed recently, "Who is God?" While this answer can be very short and simple, it can also be lengthy and deep. Today let's take a look in The Scriptures and see what Our Father’s Word has to say about just some of the Attributes of Him. Of course we know He Is Almighty, Always Faithful, The Most Compassionate, The Kindest, The Only Just, The Most Loving, and many more of The Best of The Best Attributes, but let's see how Our Father and His Word, Jesus Christ, Yeshua Our Savior, communicate these attributes. Before any one of us reading this devotion ever thought about the question "Who Is God?," Our Father had already supplied an answer in His Word of Truth for us. That should make all of us feel pretty special. Just think about this for a moment: God Our Father knew He would send you the verses you will read today since the beginning of time. He Has Been Thinking Of You For An Eternity... Literally. Feel special yet? I hope so, because you are. God Our Father Loves us with an endless Love. He came among us and died so we could know Him, and have Life. With that in mind, let us meditate on what He says today. Let's go to The Source Of All Good Things and His Word to answer the question: "Who Is God?": He Is Not Only A King, But He Is The King, The Only KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS: “Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, saying, “Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him.” Matthew 2:1-2 “And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.” Revelation 19:16 He Is A Healer, The Only One Who Can Heal Completely, He Is The Cure For Us All: “And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching The Gospel of The Kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people.” Matthew 4:23 “if My people who are called by My Name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My Face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” II Chronicles 7:14 He Is Not Only A Father, But The One Father, He Who Is In Heaven: “And He said, “Abba, Father, all things are possible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will. ” Mark 14:36 “Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven.” Matthew 23:9 He Is Unfailing For Nothing Is Impossible For Him: “For with God nothing will be impossible.” Luke 1:37 “Ah, Lord (YHWH, Yahweh) GOD! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your Great Power and Outstretched Arm. There is nothing too hard for You.” Jeremiah 32:17 He Is Life and Light: “In Him was Life, and The Life was the Light of men.” John 1:4 “The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh) is my Light and my Salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh) is The Strength of my Life; Of whom shall I be afraid?” Psalms 27:1 “The entrance of Your Words gives Light; It gives understanding to the simple.” Psalms 119:130 He Is Our Teacher, The Absolute Best and One True Teacher: “Then Jesus turned, and seeing them following, said to them, “What do you seek?” They said to Him, “Rabbi” (which is to say, when translated, Teacher), “where are You staying?” John 1:38 “But you, do not be called ‘Rabbi’; for One is your Teacher, The Christ, and you are all brethren.” Matthew 23:8 He Is A Shepherd, The One True Good Shepherd: “I AM The Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd gives His Life for the sheep.” John 10:11 He Is Truth And All Truth Is His: “Jesus said to him, “I AM The Way, The Truth, and The Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 He Is An Advocate, He Is The Advocate: “And I will pray The Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever-- But The Helper, The Holy Spirit, whom The Father will send in My Name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.” John 14:16, 26 He Is Forgiving, The Most Forgiving: “Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of The Lord,” Acts 3:19 “To Him all the prophets witness that, through His Name, whoever believes in Him will receive remission of sins.” Acts 10:43 “But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen and of the things which I will yet reveal to you. I will deliver you from the Jewish people, as well as from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you, to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to Light, and from the power of satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.’” Acts 26:16-18 He Is Full Of Grace, No More Grace Can Be Found With Any Other: “And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of The Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all.” Acts 4:33 “Come now, and let us reason together,” Says The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh), “Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool.” Isaiah 1:18 “When he came and had seen The Grace of God, he was glad, and encouraged them all that with purpose of heart they should continue with The Lord.” Acts 11:23 |
