Good Morning Thirsty For God’s Word Thursday...
Father thank You for this NEW DAY. As You Walk with us today, and as we get closer to Your Passover, please keep us focused on YOUR TRUTH. Help us to GROW our relationship with You. SPIRITUALLY AND PHYSICALLY help us to “answer Your Call” Father, and help us to SUBMIT to Your Word and Way. Please continue to fill OUR HEARTS & MINDS with YOUR PEACE and straighten the paths BEFORE US. IN YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST's Glorious Name, we pray. AMEN! - Here Is The Question: When We Pick Up The Phone, Will We Recognize His Voice? Yesterday we asked a few questions of ourselves: How much time have we spent with God lately? When is the last time we got down on our hands and knees and prayed? Do we find it sufficient to seek others for The Word of God or are we "digging in" ourselves and experiencing The Fullness of Our Father? These are all good questions to ask ourselves. The answers will surely vary between us, but what do we do once we have made the decision and commitment to spend more time with Our Father? The next step after deciding to "set apart" time with Our Father is learning how to listen to Him and how to "hear" Him. This is important because Yeshua, Jesus Our Savior, tells us that if we are His... we will know when He is speaking to us, and we will listen. Let's take a look: “And when He brings out His own sheep, He goes before them; and the sheep follow Him, for they know His Voice. The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have Life, and that they may have it more abundantly. “I Am The Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd gives His Life for the sheep.” (emphasis ours throughout) John 10:4, 10-11 Our Savior, Our Good Shepherd, Our King, Our Father, and Our God, tell us that We Will Know His Voice If We Are His, and that He Is The One Who Gives LIFE, ABUNDANT LIFE, To His Sheep. That is a mighty comforting Scripture. Our Savior is telling us that if we are spending time with Him, getting to know Him, and letting Him guide us, we will clearly recognize Him when He Calls, because we will "know His Voice." Have you ever heard a song on the radio or playing somewhere and, by just a line of the lyrics or a couple of musical notes, you can recognize who is singing the song? It is the same with Our Father and Our Savior. If we have been listening to Him, we will know His Voice. This begs the next question: How do we learn to listen to God Our Father and Our Savior Yeshua, Jesus Christ? In John 10 Yeshua states pretty clearly there will be others who call, but they are not seeking to give us Life, but rather kill us, steal from us, and destroy us. This makes knowing His Voice even more important. The enemy is calling also... and that is a phone call we don't want to answer. Learning to listen to God isn't difficult, we just have to be equipped with the right tools. Let's take some time to go over three things that we can do to get familiar with "hearing" The Good Shepherd Speak To Us. 1.) The first tool we want to use to discipline ourselves and "hear" what God is telling us is to set-apart a regular time and place. Sabbath is a perfect time for this, and in fact, that is what The Sabbath was made for. Passover, which is just upon us, is another perfect time, and in fact is another one of Our Father’s Sabbaths. Make no mistake though, we need time with The Good Shepherd everyday. We etch out time in our busy schedules where we can spend time with Him... just Him and us. Claim that time for God. Give this time to Him. Now that we have taken time and given it to God, make sure in that time you say what you want to God, then listen closely and see what He has to say to you. We have to speak to God. We have to make requests. We have to seek Him. This is what He says will happen if we do: “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” Matthew 7:7-8 2.) The second tool we use is The Bible, The Word of God. When we open The Word of God it is important to pray first, asking God to help us understand what He Is Telling Us. We can study a little at a time or a lot, but without The Help Of The Good Shepherd, it can be difficult to understand sometimes. Read until there is a verse that "touches" you. Next write it down, think about it, and let The Word of God Work In Your Heart. Again, make sure you pray, for God Lets Us Know When He Was Talking To Peter, that HE IS THE ONE WHO REVEALS, no man can do this for us...ONLY OUR FATHER. Let's take a look: “Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father Who Is In Heaven.” Matthew 16:17-19 3.) The third tool we will need is a heart conditioned, or disciplined, to listen. It is an amazing thing to go through our day and actually see The Word of God Coming To Life Right Before Our Eyes. This is how we know we have a listening heart. If we want to be like Our Savior and walk as He Walked with Our Father, we must spend time listening to Him. Don't rush this, but rather listen until you receive your lesson for the day. Once you have received your lesson from Him, apply it. If it seems confusing on how to listen and "hear" from God, it doesn't have to be, because He Tells Us: “So then Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by The Word of God.” Romans 10:17 So how do we condition or discipline ourselves to listen and "hear" The Word of God? By spending time in The Bible, The Word of God. May we all take time to grow our relationship with Our Father and Our Savior. No matter where we are in our relationship with The Good Shepherd, Our Father In Heaven, we always have the opportunity to draw closer. May we all take the time, which belongs to Our Father anyway, spend that time with Him, feed on His Word, and listen to Him. No man can take His Place and no man can give you a fulfilling relationship with Him through anything they say. We must turn to Him Who Is Above All And Diligently Seek Him. If we do, He Tells Us: “Evil men do not understand justice, But those who seek The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) understand all.” Proverbs 28:5 “Glory in His Holy Name; Let the hearts of those rejoice who seek The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh)! Seek The LORD (Yahweh) and His Strength; Seek His Face evermore!” Psalms 105:3-4 “Glory in His Holy Name; Let the hearts of those rejoice who seek The LORD (YHWH)!” I Chronicles 16:10 “CALL TO ME, and I WILL ANSWER YOU, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know." Jeremiah 33:3 May Our Father Bless Each and Everyone Of You On The Other Side Of This Screen. Have a Wonderful-Father-and-Son-Filled Thursday!Shalom Shalom (Peace, Completeness, Wholeness) everybody! Please leave any questions, comments, insights, Biblical Nuggets, encouragement, prayer requests, or thoughts in the comments below. Good Morning Wonderful-Word-of-God-Wednesday...
AMEN! - Our Father, The Almighty King Of Heaven And Earth Is Calling... It's For You! How much quiet time have we spent with God lately? Most of us live busy lives. Most of us are going here and there from the time we wake up, constantly going to and fro. Maybe we have tried to make some quiet time with God, but just haven't been successful. This last few years have been particularly difficult for many and time is precious to us. It is true that we make time for the things we Love though, right? So why not make time for Our Heavenly Father? After all, He Is Our Creator, King, Parent, Protector, Helper, Savior, Redeemer, and... The One from Whom All Good Things Come. Passover is upon us and only a week away, so let’s be honest. When was the last time you got down on your hands and knees and spent time in prayer, or found a quiet place alone and read The Bible? You may ask the question back: "Isn't that why we pay preachers? Isn't this why we read Christian Books or listen to Christian Podcasts?" If these are questions that go through our mind... we may be getting a thrift store, used, second hand kind of relationship with The God of All Creation, Our Father. Here is another question: Do you spend time thinking and planning where you would like to go for vacation? How about this: Do you spend time thinking and planning what you want to eat? What about romance, do you spend time thinking about another and planning for the future? We wouldn't let someone tell us where or how to handle each of these things, would we? So why would we want someone else to tell us about Our Father, God, The Creator of All Things? Why wouldn't we go to Him ourselves? There are certain things no one can do for us. We make time for the things important to us. If your spiritual Life feels flat, lacking, or you just don't "feel" the presence of God in your Life... maybe you need to get to know Him better and spend some extra time with Him. After all, how can you get to know someone without spending time with them? The answer is, you can't. You can read notes, files, and others' assessments of someone, but it is never the same as "knowing" them. It takes spending time with Our Father In Heaven to truly get to know Him. When God asks for your attention, would you send someone in your place to speak with Him? God doesn't want you to blow Him off. If you invited someone over for dinner or to spend time together, they said yes, and then they sent their aunt, cousin, friend, or pastor over in their place, how would you feel? Our Father doesn't want a "stand-in," He Wants Us Personally. Our Father In Heaven Has Invited Us On A Vacation. He Has Invited Us To Feel His Loving And Merciful Nature Upon Us. He Has Invited Us To Have Shalom, His Divine Peace. In fact, He Has Invited Us To Dine With Him And Feast At His Table! How exciting is that?! If we but spend a little time self-disciplining ourselves to make time for God, He Will Show Us Things More Incredible Than We Could Ever Imagine. With just a little bit of training, our time with God Our Father can be the greatest part of our day. May we all spend some time thinking about the questions above today and we will revisit this subject again tomorrow as we begin to close out our week. Remember, God Loves Us, Wants To Spend Time With Us, And Has Invited Us To Spend Time With Him. Our spiritual phones are ringing and God Our Father Is On The Line. Will we answer that call? God Bless Everybody and have a Yahweh Rapha (The God Who Heals) - Filled Day! The Word of God: “Yeshua answered him, “If someone loves Me, he will keep My Word; and My Father will Love him, and We will come to him and make Our Home with him.” Yochanan (John) 14:23 “As many as I Love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His Throne.” Revelation 3:19-21 “Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My Words will by no means pass away. “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor The Son, but only The Father. Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is.” Mark 13:30-33 “Now acquaint yourself with Him, and be at peace; Thereby good will come to you. Receive, please, instruction from His Mouth, And lay up His Words in your heart. If you return to The Almighty, you will be built up; You will remove iniquity far from your tents.” Job 22:21-23 “‘Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’” Jeremiah 33:3 Please leave any questions, comments, insights, Biblical Nuggets, encouragement, prayer requests, or thoughts in the comments below. Good Morning Let’s-Talk-About-The-Word-Tuesday....
Father Thank You for this NEW Day. Please grant us TRUTH, DISCIPLINE, WISDOM, DISCERNMENT, UNDERSTANDING, and KNOWLEDGE. Father we ask this so that we will not be conformed to this world, but TRANSFORMED by the renewing of our MINDS. IN YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST'S Name. Amen. - Prosperity Or Starvation?... The Choice Is Ours Joseph was dealing with a lot. He was leading the entire world through a rough time. 2 years had passed since any rain had come and to top it off Joseph was trying to decide how to deal with his brothers who had tried to kill him. No clouds, no rain, it was hot all the time, and dead animals were lying everywhere across the land. It was a tough situation, not just for Joseph, but for everyone. Everyone wasn't leading the entire world in this tough time though, Joseph was. Why was all this on Joseph's shoulder's? Because Our Father In Heaven had given Joseph full trust of the pharaoh, the current ruler of the world, and this is what pharaoh said: “So when all the land of Egypt was famished, the people cried to Pharaoh for bread. Then Pharaoh said to all the Egyptians, “Go to Joseph; whatever he says to you, do.” Genesis 41:55 The entire world was in a tough spot. No rain, lots of dust, no farming, and no food. These are the conditions Joseph was managing. Do you think it was stressful? You can bet it was! But... The One True and Living God had prepared Joseph through years of trials, and discipline, to be cool, calm, and collective. Through his many tribulations, Joseph had become filled with Truth, Discipline, Wisdom, Discernment, Understanding, and Knowledge. He was obviously ready for the spot light, for which Our Father had prepared him. This is the same way Our Father and Savior Prepare Us For What We Will Be Facing In Our Lives! He treats us like His servant Joseph! That’s pretty awesome and humbling, right? Joseph stood in front of a global catastrophe and knew exactly what to do, because he was prepared, God Had Given A Plan...and The Plan Was Perfect. While most any nation facing this situation would have fallen into bedlam, Egypt didn't, and the rest of the world was "taking notes." Was there anyone on the entire earth that knew what to do in this horrible situation? Yep, Joseph. Prepared through adversity, refined by trails, and guided by God Himself, Joseph was more than prepared. He knew he had The Creator of All Things on his side and Joseph absolutely knew: “... that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified. What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies.” Romans 8:28-33 Egypt and the world were facing a catastrophe on a global scale. It was rough. During all of the problems and despite all the problems, Joseph had been given the answer to sustain the entire world... A True Picture of Our King and Savior. Despite this horrible calamity and the primed situation for chaos, listen to what the people said about Joseph: “So they said, “You have saved our lives; let us find favor in the sight of my lord, and we will be Pharaoh’s servants.” Genesis 47:25 Just like Our Messiah, Joseph had been given all things to complete God Almighty's Plan of Redemption. Where there could have been chaos, there was calm. Where there could have been bedlam, there was order. All people remained calm. While it is difficult to imagine in our day, the people even praised the government at that time rather than grieving it. Joseph had been refined not only to bring him closer to Our Father, but to save the entire world. Joseph had Understanding. Let's take a look at what Joseph tells his brothers about the situation at hand.: “But now, do not therefore be grieved or angry with yourselves because you sold me here; for God sent me before you to preserve life. For these two years the famine has been in the land, and there are still five years in which there will be neither plowing nor harvesting. And God sent me before you to preserve a posterity for you in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance.” Genesis 45:5-7 How awesome! "God sent me before you." Now that is a powerful statement! The proof was in the Wisdom Joseph had shown in predicting and preparing for these tough times. The lives Our Father Saved through Joseph were many. Think about this: Joseph is only a "shadow" of Yeshua, Jesus Christ, Our King and Savior... It Is He Who Will Save All People! Let's stop and get a quick Word of Witness from John about The King: “The Father loves The Son, and has given all things into His Hand.” John 3:35 We should all take note, Joseph started and ended his managing of this global catastrophe with pointing to Our Father and His Deliverance. He knew God Was With Him... and the world. How did Our Father have Joseph face this problem? With a plan. Our Father instructed Joseph to collect everything needed (grain, food, ect) during the bountiful years, and that way he could "preserve Life" during the tough times. When it came time to distribute the food because no one had any, Joseph exchanged the food for money, livestock, property, and other goods. Our Father used Joseph to effectively make the kingdom he was running the undisputed, wealthiest, and most prosperous kingdom on the face of the earth. See that picture of The Messiah yet? Not only did Joseph essentially keep Egypt's economy from crashing, he prospered it beyond belief, and gave everyone on earth a lesson in how to manage resources, finances, and time. While Joseph was most definitely a "picture" of Our Savior Yeshua, he never raised anyone from the dead. What Joseph did do though is save a great multitude from dying. He may have never healed any sick, but he did keep others from becoming deathly ill and starving from lack of Bread. How did God revealed to us The Way Joseph had done all this? With a plan, with focus, and with discipline. How did Our Father have Joseph save the entire world? With Truth, Discipline, Wisdom, Discernment, Knowledge, and Understanding. Joseph was measured, calm, prayerful, and made a pragmatic plan. May we all take note. Shall We Starve for lack of bread? Or Shall We Prosper because of a plan made with the help of Our Father? It's Our Choice. The Word of God: “Now there was no bread in all the land; for the famine was very severe, so that the land of Egypt and the land of Canaan languished because of the famine.” Genesis 47:13 “So when all the land of Egypt was famished, the people cried to Pharaoh for bread. Then Pharaoh said to all the Egyptians, “Go to Joseph; whatever he says to you, do.” Genesis 41:55 “So they said, “You have saved our lives; let us find favor in the sight of my lord, and we will be Pharaoh’s servants.” Genesis 47:25 “But now, do not therefore be grieved or angry with yourselves because you sold me here; for God sent me before you to preserve life. For these two years the famine has been in the land, and there are still five years in which there will be neither plowing nor harvesting. And God sent me before you to preserve a posterity for you in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance.” Genesis 45:5-7 “And it shall come to pass in the harvest that you shall give one-fifth to Pharaoh. Four-fifths shall be your own, as seed for the field and for your food, for those of your households and as food for your little ones.” Genesis 47:24 Please leave any questions, comments, insights, Biblical Nuggets, encouragement, prayer requests, or thoughts in the comments below. Good Morning Isaiah-Minding-The-Word-Monday...
FATHER thank You for THIS NEW DAY. As You WALK WITH US today, please KEEP US FOCUSED ON YOUR TRUTH. Please continue to FILL OUR HEARTS & MINDS WITH YOUR PEACE and straighten the paths before us. ABBA, HELP US TO BRING FORTH YOUR WORD whatever we may face, STANDING FIRM, SETTING OUR “FACES LIKE FLINT,” LIKE YOUR SERVANT ISAIAH AND OUR PERFECT EXAMPLE YESHUA. Everyday, we ask you to HELP US TO SEE OUR SINs, REPENT from them, CONFESS them, AND BE CLEANSED BY YOUR MIGHTY RIGHT HAND. IN YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST’s Glorious and Mighty Name we ask these things Father. AMEN! - What Are The Prophets Saying? The Prophet Isaiah There are so many times I have found myself discouraged, confused, or frustrated and wasn't sure where to turn in The Bible to find an answer to my woes. Almost without exception, wherever I turned in The Word to find my answer, whether I started in The Gospel or Genesis, I usually ended up at The Prophets. The prophets have not only a wealth of prophecy, messages of repentance, amazing stories of triumph, encouragement, and wonderful messages for us all as a Christian Family, but they also contain a wealth of messages for each and every one of us personally. This is literally God Speaking To Us! Just as Jesus Himself Spoke, so too did The Prophets Speak His Word🔥. Our Father and Yeshua, Jesus Christ, so loved us that He never stopped sending loyal servants, again and again, to give all of us together, and individually, messages over and over. Remember the Parable of the Vineyard Owner (Matt 21:33-46)? The Master sent His Servants, which the people beat or killed (Prophets), then The Master Sends His Son (Yeshua, Jesus) thinking the people renting his land will be more amiable... they weren't. In fact, they killed Him thinking that they would receive "the inheritance." Does this story sound familiar or what? Our Savior Was, Is, and Always Will Be The Smartest Person Of All Time. For this reason...these parables, and The Word of God Spoken Through The Prophets, should be carefully studied. Within this Ancient Wise Parable that Yeshua Spoke, we find The Prophets of God (Servants) came before He (The Master/Our Father) Sent His Son. With that in mind, let us take a look today at what Isaiah, A Mighty Prophet of Yahweh (YHWH or God), God Himself, and Our Savior is trying to relay to "all of us" and "each of us" in today's Scriptures. Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, we humbly come before you today to receive Your Word and Your Message. As we read passages from Your Servant Isaiah, please open our hearts and minds to what you are trying to tell us as a group, and what you are saying to us individually. You are Mighty Father and we know You Have Left Us, In Your Word, Messages of Encouragement, Discipline, Repentance, Reconciliation, Salvation, Shalom (Peace), Warning, and Love for Your Children. We thank You! Let us come before You today as Your Children and enjoy Our Daily Bread With You, Abba (Father). We Love You And Praise You Father. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ Mighty Name We Pray. Amen! The Word of God: The Book of Isaiah, A Prophet of God Almighty, Yahweh, and The Savior of The World, Yeshua Jesus Christ: “For a child has been born for us; a son has been given to us. And the dominion will be on His shoulder, and His Name is called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. His dominion will grow continually, and to peace there will be no end on the throne of David and over His kingdom, to establish it and sustain it with justice and righteousness now and forever. The zeal of Yahweh of Hosts will do this.” Isaiah 9:6-7 LEB “And Yahweh continued to speak to Ahaz, saying, “Ask for a sign for yourself from Yahweh God; make it deep as Sheol or make it high as above.” But Ahaz said, “I will not ask, and I will not put Yahweh to the test.” Isaiah 7:10-12 LEB “Surely He took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered Him punished by God, stricken by Him, and afflicted. But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on Him, and by His wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and The Lord (YHWH, Yahweh) has laid on him the iniquity of us all.” Isaiah 53:4-6 NIV “In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw The Lord (YHWH, Yahweh), high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled the temple. Above Him were seraphim, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. And they were calling to one another: “Holy, holy, holy is The Lord Almighty (Yahweh Almighty, El Shaddai); the whole earth is full of His Glory.” At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke.” Isaiah 6:1-4 NIV “For we have all become like one who is unclean [ceremonially, like a leper], and all our righteousness (our best deeds of rightness and justice) is like filthy rags or a polluted garment; we all fade like a leaf, and our iniquities, like the wind, take us away [far from God's favor, hurrying us toward destruction]. [Lev. 13:45, 46.] And no one calls on Your Name and awakens and bestirs himself to take and keep hold of You; for You have hidden Your Face from us and have delivered us into the [consuming] power of our iniquities. [Rom. 1:21-24.] Yet, O Lord (Yahweh), You are Our Father; we are the clay, and You Our Potter, and we all are the work of Your Hand. Do not be exceedingly angry, O Lord (Yahweh), or [seriously] remember iniquity forever. Behold, consider, we beseech You, we are all Your people.” Isaiah 64:6-9 AMPC “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My Ways, says The Lord (Yahweh). For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My Ways higher than your ways and My Thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain and snow come down from the heavens, and return not there again, but water the earth and make it bring forth and sprout, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, [II Cor. 9:10.] So shall My Word be that goes forth out of My Mouth: it shall not return to Me void [without producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:8-11 AMPC “Listen to Me, you who pursue righteousness, you who seek The Lord (YHWH): look to The Rock from which you were hewn, and to the quarry from which you were dug.” Isaiah 51:1 ESV “Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth; for The Lord (Yahweh) has spoken: "Children have I reared and brought up, but they have rebelled against Me. The ox knows its owner, and the donkey its master's crib, but Israel does not know, My people do not understand." Ah, sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, offspring of evildoers, children who deal corruptly! They have forsaken The Lord (Yahweh), they have despised The Holy One of Israel (Yeshua), they are utterly estranged. Why will you still be struck down? Why will you continue to rebel? The whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.” Isaiah 1:2-5 ESV “Come now, and let us reason together,” says Yahweh: “Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land; but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured with the sword; for the Mouth of Yahweh has spoken it.” Isaiah 1:18-20 WEB “For The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) God will help Me; Therefore I will not be disgraced; Therefore I have set My face like a flint, And I know that I will not be ashamed.” Isaiah 50:7 NKJV Yahweh Yeshua Ha’Mashiach Bless You My Brother and Sisters! Good Morning Unfailing Love of God Sunday…
OUR FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN, with everything that we are we want to honor YOU. Show us how to live a Life that is in line with YOUR CHARACTER. Teach us how to live a Life that brings to light YOUR GLORY. YOU are worthy of all our Praise, Love and Affection. Thank you for DRAWING US CLOSER TO YOUR HEART. THANK YOU FOR LOVING US! Today WE CHOOSE to honor YOU! We thank You, ask these things, and give You praise IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF YESHUA HA’MASHIACH, JESUS CHRIST. AMEN! This devotion is in honor and memory of my Aunt Vicki and Sister in Christ. Our family can be thankful that her beautiful, sweet, long serving soul is now in The Arms of Our Mighty Father and Savior. He shall hold her with Perfect Peace in His Arms until the day we see each other again. For this servant knows… we will meet again. I Love you Aunt Vicki, and I Love You Brant and Robby. - The Truth: Our Father’s Love Is Eternal and Unfailing It is Our Father's Amazing Love that had Yeshua, Jesus Christ, call the apostles, turn water into wine, reject the devil, and meet the woman at the well. His Love Brought Our Savior To The Cross. An Amazing Truth for us to understand is that God Our Father's Love Has No Limit, Nor Will His Love Fail Us. Brothers and Sisters, today Our Father Has A Message For Us ALL: You Are Loved! 😃🔥🙌 This is a fact. This is The Truth. And this Truth remains certain and constant for each and every individual on the face of this earth... whether they know it or not. Let us bathe in Our Father's Love. His Love Never Fails. He is Father To All. The True and Living God Almighty Absolutely Loves His Children, and we are His Children! It can be an easy thing in this world to associate with Our Father those who have disappointed us, rejected us, and those who have caused us suffering. Maybe some of us even believe that God will do the same thing. But here is The Truth: He Is Not A Man like those in this world. He Does Not Lie. He Does Not Go Back On His Word. He Is Never Wavering. He Is The One Who Makes Good those things which man cannot. He Never Changes. He Says, He Does, and He Makes Good. Let's take a look at His Word: “God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?” Numbers 23:19 NKJV Our Father's Love Is Truth. Our Father's Love Is Clean and Pure. Our Father's Love Is Good, and Our Father's Love Is Faithful. As we take a look in His Word today, let us pray that if there be any of us who will doubt this Truth, that His Word today will take root in our hearts, minds, and spirits. It is an amazing and life changing Truth to believe and know that Our God Does, and He Eternally Will... Love Us. He Is Capable of All Things, but to Love Us Is His True Pleasure. As we mindfully read His Word today, let us all make them Our Truth, because He Is.. The Truth. If any of us doubts at any time about Our Father's Unfailing Love Towards us, may we remember The Truth and hold fast to the reality that no matter what... We Are Loved. Our Father Sends This Message Today and He Wants You To Know This For Certain... YOU ARE LOVED. YOU ARE LOVABLE. YOU ARE SPECIAL. And... YOU ARE HIS. THE ALMIGHTY GOD, CREATOR OF ALL THINGS, HAS CHILDREN... AND YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE CHILDREN! Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, we ask You today to open our hearts, minds, souls, and spirits to Your Unfailing Love. We thank You for holding in Perfect Peace those we Love and have gone to sleep ahead of us. Through Your Scriptures, Through Your Holy Spirit, Through Your Perfect Son, and Through Your Work In Us... Help Each And Everyone Of Us To See You and Your Unfailing Love For Us. Help Us To Be A Conduit of Your Love to this world and soldiers in Your Army. Father if there be any out there who do not believe The Truth, raise us up to Shine Your Light and Give The Truth of Your Love, Your Regenerating Compassion, Your Unfailing Mercy, Your Undeserved Forgiveness, and Your Ultimate Sacrifice... for us. We Thank You, We Praise You, and We Bless Your Holy Name. It is in Your Son, The Prince of Peace's Name, Yeshua Ha’Mashiach, Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen! “Now hope does not disappoint, because THE LOVE OF GOD has been poured out in our hearts by The Holy Spirit who was given to us. For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. But God demonstrates HIS OWN LOVE TOWARDS US, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His Blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His Life. And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.” Romans 5:5-11 NKJV “Behold what manner of Love The Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.” I John 3:1 NKJV “In this THE LOVE OF GOD was manifested toward us, that God has sent His Only Begotten Son into the world, that we might Live through Him. In this is Love, not that we loved God, but that He Loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so Loved us, we also ought to Love one another.” I John 4:9-11 NKJV “Bless The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh), O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His Holy Name! Bless The LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. The LORD executes righteousness And justice for all who are oppressed. He made known His Ways to Moses, His Acts to the children of Israel. The LORD is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. He will not always strive with us, Nor will He keep His anger forever. He has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor punished us according to our iniquities. For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is His Mercy toward those who fear Him; As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us. As a father pities his children, So The LORD pities those who fear Him. For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust. As for man, his days are like grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourishes. For the wind passes over it, and it is gone, And its place remembers it no more. But The Mercy of The LORD is from everlasting to everlasting On those who fear Him, And His Righteousness to children’s children, To such as keep His Covenant, And to those who remember His Commandments to do them. The LORD has established His Throne in heaven, And His Kingdom Rules over all. Bless The LORD, you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His Word, Heeding The Voice of His Word. Bless The LORD, all you His hosts, You ministers of His, who do His pleasure. Bless The LORD, all His works, In all places of His Dominion. Bless The LORD, O my soul!” Psalms 103:1-22 NKJV Have a wonderful Sunday everybody! Have a Great-Love-Of-God-Filled-Week! Father, thank you for this NEW SABBATH DAY. ENLIGHTEN our minds WITH TRUTH. INFLAME our hearts WITH LOVE. INSPIRE our will WITH COURAGE. ENRICH our lives WITH SERVICE. PARDON us for what we have been. SANCTIFY what we are. It is YOUR GLORY FATHER, and our ETERNAL SALVATION through Your Son YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST, Our King, Messiah, and MASTER of our lives. We praise you, ask Your Forgiveness for our transgressions against You, and request these things in His Mighty Name, just as You have shown us is The Way. Amen. This devotion is in honor and memory of my Sister, Friend, Co-Worker In Christ, and in this dark world, A True Light of our Savior and A True Breath of Fresh Air, Missionary Betty “Blessed.” Our Father and Savior shall hold you in His Arms until the day we see each other again. For this servant knows… we will meet again. I Love you Sister Betty Bless, and I Love You Sister Pearl. “Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, But a woman who fears The LORD (YHVH Yahweh), she shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands, And let her own works praise her in the gates.” Proverbs 31:30-31 “But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.” I Thessalonians 4:13-14 “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His Purpose.” Romans 8:28 - It’s The Sabbath. Slow Down, Pause, Take A Deep BREATH… And BREATHE - Part 1 “Yahweh God formed man from the dust of the ground, and BREATHED into his nostrils THE BREATH OF LIFE; and man became a Living soul.” Genesis 2:7 WEBUS “as long as I have Life within me, THE BREATH OF GOD in my nostrils, my lips will not say anything wicked, and my tongue will not utter lies.” Job 27:3-4 NIV “The Spirit of God has made me, And THE BREATH OF THE ALMIGHTY (Shaddai) gives me Life.” Job 33:4 NKJV “Yeshua said to them again, “Shalom aleichem (Peace Be With You)! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” And after He said this, HE BREATHED on them. And He said to them, “Receive The Ruach Ha-Kodesh (The Holy Spirit, The Holy BREATH of God)!” John 20:21-22 TLV “This God made the world and everything in it. He Is LORD of Heaven and Earth, and He doesn't live in temples built by human hands. He doesn't need help from anyone. He gives Life, BREATH, and everything else to all people. From one person God made all nations who live on earth, and He decided when and where every nation would be. God has done all this, so that we will look for Him and reach out and find Him. He isn't far from any of us, and He gives us The Power to Live, to move, and to be who we are. “We are His children,” just as some of your poets have said.” Acts 17:24-28 CEV God Bless Each and Every One of You on the other side of this screen, and your families. Have a Wonderful-Yeshua-Breath-of-Life filled Sabbath Day. Shabbat Shalom! AMEN! A big thank you to Brother Larry Good for today’s devotion. God Bless Brothers and Sisters, may The Peace of Our Heavenly Father and Savior be upon you, and may He give each and every one of you on the other side of this screen Spiritual Strength. *Please Note: This devotion has been modified from its original version by Servant of Yeshua 7 & Yeshua Reigns Ministries. - The Word of God And Prayer for Spiritual Strength “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” Ephesians 6:12 “We do live in the world, but we do not fight in the same way the world fights. We fight with weapons that are different from those the world uses. Our weapons have power from God that can destroy the enemy’s strong places. We destroy people’s arguments and every proud thing that raises itself against the knowledge of God. We capture every thought and make it give up and obey Christ.” 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in Heaven.” Matthew 18:18 Everything visible and physical is controlled or derived from that which is invisible and spiritual. If we want to fix the visible and physical problems we are experiencing in our lives, we have to address the spiritual and invisible issues behind them. Why? Because if we don’t address the spiritual and invisible, then we will not have addressed The Divine precursor from which to solve the tangibly manifested issues at hand. What we can see, hear, touch, taste, and smell in our physical senses must first be addressed from God’s realm before we can make any lasting and real difference on the earthly level. Satan wants to get us to skip The Divine perspective because he knows that we will never be able to solve our visible and physical problems until we address them from the divine realm. Heaven rules earth. What happens in Our Father’s Realm determines what happens in the realm we see, the physical. So in order to actualize success in the challenges that we face, we need to remain in contact with Our Father and Savior’s Spirit in order to tap into the solutions we desire for earth. In other words, abide in Christ, do what He says, and take refuge in His Word, Our Rock and Redeemer. A Prayer for Spiritual Strength: Heavenly Father, give us the wisdom to walk, figuratively see, and understand how things operate in both The Spiritual and physical. Help us to recognize the movements of The Spirit, and sew peace where the enemy would create strife. Open our eyes to see Your vast kingdom which exists in the invisible realm. Remind us in our daily activities to keep Your Presence and Power in the forefront of our minds. Divert our gaze from the problems or issues that we can see to the root which lies hidden behind them so that we may overwhelmingly conquer through Christ Jesus Our King, Savior, Redeemer, Peace, & Hope. Father, we pray these things in The Glorious Name of Yeshua Ha’Mashiach, Jesus Christ. Amen! Please leave any questions, comments, insights, Biblical Nuggets, encouragement, prayer requests, or thoughts in the comments below. Good Morning Thirsty For The Word Thursday...
Father thank You for this AMAZING DAY. Please fill us with Your SPIRIT and HELP us to be a LIGHT. Endow us with Your PEACE and WISDOM, so we may bring LIFE to this world. In YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST’s Name we pray. AMEN! - It’s Not What You Know. It’s WHO You Know. Who do you spend more time with than anyone? I will give you a hint: You look at them in the mirror everyday. That's right, You, ourselves. Since we spend more time with ourselves than anyone else, it would follow that, as people, we are pretty interested in ourselves. So, how happy are you with yourself? Do you like you? Would you rather be someone else? Can you be honest about your strengths and weaknesses? The world is filled, from the beginning, with counterfeit or copied wisdom claimed by man that came first from God's Word. For instance, "great minds" from the past are credited with famous sayings such as "know thyself" or "the unexamined life is not worth living." These two particular quotes are accredited to Socrates, but all one needs to do is look in The Bible and you will find this Wisdom throughout God's Word. It goes without saying, The Bible was here long before Socrates. Let's take a look at a just a couple of verses from the Bible that stated this first: “Now therefore, thus says The LORD (YHVH , Yahweh) of Hosts (Armies): “Consider your ways!” Haggai 1:5 NKJV “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” I Peter 5:8 NKJV “For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, Love, and self-discipline.” 2 Timothy 1:7 NLT We could keep going, but you see that Our Father tells us to "consider our ways" and "be sober," and that His Spirit will give us “self-discipline” in these three "witness" verses. What He is saying is know yourself, consider, be trained with self-discipline, and be realistic, or "sober" minded, about your weaknesses and strengths. If you want to "resist the devil" you need to know yourself, consider your ways, and be disciplined, so you can spot when the enemy is trying to tempt you. The point? Knowing ourselves is pretty important to living out a productive, meaningful, and fruitful life. That is good to know, but let's take that one step further. God Is Our Creator. He Knows Us Better Than Even We Do! So why wouldn't we get to know God Our Father, who knows us better than we do, and can show us "the real us" better than even we can "see?" Our Father has provided to us a Way, Truth, and Life from His Word and His Son Yeshua, Jesus Christ, to get to know Him better everyday! If we get to know HIM better, we can know ourselves better than we ever thought, and we can know our true and perfect reason for being here on this earth. As we will read in scripture today, two things that can help immensely are "Keep it simple" and "Come as a child." Do you want to know yourself better? Do you want discernment? Do you want awareness and self-discipline? Do you want to know your life's purpose? Do you want a meaningful, productive, and fruitful life? If you do there is a very simple answer, so simple in fact it "confounds the wise." Get to know Our Father and His Son Yeshua, Jesus Christ, The Creator of Heaven and Earth, and each of us can begin down the path of a meaningful, productive, and very fruitful life! Can I get a witness?! Yes! Here Are 8!: The Word of God: “For the preaching of The Cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is The Power of God.” 1 Corinthians 1:18 KJV “for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Matthew 6:21 WMB “But seek first God’s Kingdom and His Righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthew 6:33 WMB “and said, “Most certainly I tell you, unless you turn and become as little children, you will in no way enter into The Kingdom of Heaven. Whoever therefore humbles himself as this little child is The Greatest in The Kingdom of Heaven.” Matthew 18:3-4 WMB “In that same hour Yeshua rejoiced in the Holy Spirit, and said, “I thank you, O Father, LORD of Heaven and Earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for so it was well-pleasing in Your Sight.”” Luke 10:21 WMB “Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: But God hath chosen the FOOLISH THINGS of the world to CONFOUND THE WISE; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in His Presence. But of Him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in The LORD.” 1 Corinthians 1:25-31 KJV “For our boasting is this: the testimony of our conscience that we conducted ourselves in the world in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom but by The Grace of God, and more abundantly toward you. For we are not writing any other things to you than what you read or understand. Now I trust you will understand, even to the end (as also you have understood us in part), that we are your boast as you also are ours, in The Day of The LORD Jesus.” II Corinthians 1:12-14 NKJV “But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. Yet indeed I also count all things loss for first excellence of The Knowledge of Christ Jesus my LORD, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from The Law, but that which is through faith in Christ, The Righteousness which is from God by faith; that I may know Him and The Power of His Resurrection, and The Fellowship of His Sufferings, being conformed to His death, if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.” Philippians 3:7-11 Please leave any questions, comments, insights, Biblical Nuggets, encouragement, prayer requests, or thoughts in the comments below. Good Morning Word of God Wednesday...
Father, thank You for this NEW day. We ask that you OPEN our HEARTS and MINDS to Your Word and implant in us Your Goodness. As we walk with You today, gently remind us of Your Presence in our lives. Please watch over our loved ones, Your People Israel, and TRANSFORM our lives TODAY! In Your Son and Our Mighty Savior’s Name, Yeshua, Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen! A big thank you to our late Brother John W. Ritenbaugh and berean.org for today’s devotion. Gotta love those Bereans! Have a great day everyone and may Our Father Bless you all... Mightily! 😎🙌🔥 "Now the Bereans were more noble-minded than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if these teachings were true." Acts 17:11 - The King Will Never, Never, Never, Never, NEVER, Leave Us! “ Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." Hebrews 13:5 Consider the last phrase in this verse: "I will never leave you, nor forsake you." According to Adam Clarke, this verse is peculiarly emphatic in that this short sentence contains five negatives, making a literal translation scarcely possible. However, it would run something like this: "No, I will not leave you. No, neither will I not utterly forsake you." If we had to write that into English, it says: "I will never, never, never, never, NEVER leave you." What an exhortation! What a promise from the great God! "I will NEVER leave you!" "Get off your duff," God is telling these people, "and get to work! Throw off your apathy. Do the things that need to be done." With all the bad things going on in the church and the world, some of us may feel "punch drunk"—having to hang on, just keep on going. However, God wants us to take the time to somehow readjust our focus. This is no time to drop the ball. We have a wonderful promise that He will never leave us. Christ is alive, and He loves us. It is His will that we be in His Kingdom. He wants to make the most of us that He possibly can. So be patient! Guard against being emotionally drawn to insignificant things. Every single one of us has a part in this drama unfolding on earth. Men come and go, but Jesus Christ is the real Leader, and He is "the same yesterday, today, and forever." He is permanent. His preeminence and leadership are forever. What is more, He is faithful in following the patterns that He has established in His Word. Take heart! Fight the problems that arise. Do not give into the apathy that the world induces. Do not accept the easy deliverance, which the carnal mind and this world offer. God will help, as only He can. And when one's problems are over, we can say, "I didn't do it. The LORD God Almighty is my Helper." The Word of Our Father, God Almighty: “Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive The Crown of Life which The LORD has promised to those who love Him.” James 1:12 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9 “...and behold! I AM with you always...” Matthew 28:20 Please leave any questions, comments, insights, Biblical Nuggets, encouragement, prayer requests, or thoughts in the comments below. |
