Good Morning Tuesday...
Father Thank You for this NEW DAY. Help us to be Your LIGHTs in this dark world. Help us to show the kindness, compassion, mercy, and LOVE that You Have Shown Us Through Your Son YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST. We ask this in His Name, The Name Above All Names, Yeshua, Jesus Christ Our Savior. Amen! - Connecting The Jots - God’s Beloved Is Revealed! Part 25 This devotion is dedicated to The One And Only Yeshua, Jesus Christ, The King. Bless Our Father For His Infinite Wisdom Which Is Manifest In Our Savior. He Is The One Who Connects All The Jots...Period. I heard a saying one day that just amazed me. It was so simple, profound, and "on the mark" that it was absolutely seared into my mind from the time I heard it. It goes something like this: The New Testament Is In The Old Testament Concealed; The Old Testament Is In The New Testament Revealed. What a profound, "spot on" statement made with an amazing, short, succinct sentence! Today, let’s put this “pearl of wisdom” to the test and see how Our Father and Savior...Connect The Jots. Parallel Verses From The Old and The New Testament - No Longer Concealed Because Yeshua Revealed (The Gospel of Mark): 93.) Mark 13:24 and Joel 3:15 “BUT IN THOSE DAYS, after that tribulation, THE SUN WILL BE DARKENED, AND THE MOON WILL NOT GIVE ITS LIGHT, AND THE STARS WILL BE FALLING FROM HEAVEN, AND THE POWERS IN THE HEAVENS WILL BE SHAKEN. And then they will see The Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory.” Mark 13:24-26 ESV “Multitudes, multitudes, in the valley of decision! For THE DAY OF THE LORD (YHVH, YAHWEH) IS NEAR in the valley of decision. THE SUN AND THE MOON ARE DARKENED, AND THE STARS WITHDRAW THEIR SHINING. THE LORD (YHVH, YAHWEH) ROARS FROM ZION, and utters His Voice from Jerusalem, AND THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH QUAKE. But The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh) is A Refuge to His people, A Stronghold to the people of Israel.” Joel 3:14-16 ESV 94.) Mark 13:31 and Isaiah 40:8 “HEAVEN AND EARTH WILL DISAPPEAR, BUT MY WORDS WILL NEVER DISAPPEAR. “However, no one knows the day or hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or The Son Himself. Only The Father knows. And since you don’t know when that time will come, BE ON GUARD! STAY ALERT!” Mark 13:31-33 NLT “THE GRASS WITHERS AND THE FLOWERS FADE, BUT THE WORD OF OUR GOD STANDS FOREVER.” O Zion, Messenger of Good News, shout from the mountaintops! Shout it louder, O Jerusalem. Shout, and do not be afraid. Tell the towns of Judah, “YOUR GOD IS COMING!” Isaiah 40:8-9 NLT 95.) Mark 14:27 and Zachariah 13:7 “Jesus said to them, “You will all fall away [and be ashamed and be afraid to be associated with Me as disciples], because it is written, ‘I WILL STRIKE THE SHEPHERD, AND THE SHEEP WILL BE SCATTERED.’ But after I have been raised [from the dead], I will go ahead of you to Galilee.” Mark 14:27-28 AMP “Awake, O sword, against My Shepherd, And against the Man, My Associate,” Declares The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) of Hosts. “STRIKE THE SHEPHERD SO THAT SHEEP [of the flock] MAY BE SCATTERED; And I will turn My Hand and stretch it out against the little ones [of the flock].” Zechariah 13:7 AMP 96.) Mark 15:28 and Isaiah 53:12 “The superscription of His accusation was written over Him, “THE KING OF THE JEWS.” With HIM THEY CRUCIFIED two robbers; one on His right hand, and one on His left. The Scripture was fulfilled, which says, “HE WAS COUNTED WITH TRANSGRESSORS.” Mark 15:26-28 WEB “Therefore will I give Him a portion with The Great, and He will divide the plunder with the strong; because HE POURED OUT HIS SOUL TO DEATH, AND WAS COUNTED WITH THE TRANSGRESSORS; yet He bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.” Isaiah 53:12 WEB Our Father Is AMAZING. Bless Him, Praise Him, and Let Him Connect The Jots For You! “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it. “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a dragnet that was cast into the sea and gathered some of every kind, which, when it was full, they drew to shore; and they sat down and gathered the good into vessels, but threw the bad away. So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come forth, separate the wicked from among the just, and cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.” Jesus said to them, “Have you understood all these things?” They said to Him, “Yes, Lord.” Matthew 13:45-51

Good Morning Monday...
Father, please help us to SHOW GRACE to others today. Let our words BE KIND and our actions BE HELPFUL. Please help us to not respond selfishly instead, allow us to RESPOND WITH LOVE. In YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST’s Name we pray. Amen. - A Servant’s Wisdom and The Source Part 26 Wisdom: “Nothing with God can be accidental.” ~ Henry W. Longfellow The Source AKA The Word This Wisdom Came From: “Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? And not one of them is forgotten in the sight of God. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered! Do not be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” Luke 12:6-7 LEB “The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from Yahweh.” Proverbs 16:33 WEB “And The Word of Yahweh came to me, saying, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you came out from the womb I consecrated you; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” Jeremiah 1:4-5 LEB “Remember the former things, those of long ago; I AM God, and there is no other; I AM God, and there is none like Me. I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, ‘My Purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.’ From the east I summon a bird of prey; from a far-off land, a man to fulfill My Purpose. What I have said, that I will bring about; what I have planned, that I will do.” Isaiah 46:9-11 NIV “For by Him all things were created in the heavens and on the earth, visible things and invisible things, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things are held together.” Colossians 1:16-17 WMB “And we know that God works ALL THINGS together for the good of those who Love Him, who are called according to His Purpose.” Romans 8:28 BSB “We heard this voice come out of heaven when we were with Him on The Holy Mountain. We have the more sure word of prophecy; and you do well that you heed it, as to a Lamp Shining in a dark place, until the day dawns, and The Morning Star arises in your hearts: knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of private interpretation. For no prophecy ever came by the will of man: but holy men of God spoke, being moved by The Holy Spirit.” 2 Peter 1:18-21 WEB “The king’s heart is a waterway in the hand of The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh); He directs it where He pleases.” Proverbs 21:1 BSB “All Yahweh has made is for His Purpose, and even the wicked for the day of trouble.” Proverbs 16:4 LEB “Yes, I know all this is true in principle. But how can a person be declared innocent in God’s sight? If someone wanted to take God to court, would it be possible to answer Him even once in a thousand times? For God is so wise and so mighty. Who has ever challenged Him successfully? “Without warning, He moves the mountains, overturning them in His anger. He shakes the earth from its place, and its foundations tremble. If He commands it, the sun won’t rise and the stars won’t shine. He alone has spread out the heavens and marches on the waves of the sea. He made all the stars—the Bear and Orion, the Pleiades and the constellations of the southern sky. He does great things too marvelous to understand. He performs countless miracles. “Yet when he comes near, I cannot see Him. When He moves by, I do not see Him go. If He snatches someone in death, who can stop Him? Who dares to ask, ‘What are you doing?’” Job 9:2-12 NLT Prayer: Dear Father God, Thank You for Your Word, Your Love, and for The Immense Gift of knowing NOTHING is accidental. Thank You for hearing us, teaching us, and helping us to know The Truth of Your Sovereignty. Abba, may you put it in our hearts to help others come to this Truth, The Knowledge of You, and The Immense Love You have shown us through Your Son Yeshua Ha’Mashiach, Jesus Christ Our Savior. Give us the words to wake others up and to have them know that You hear us, to give them the assurance that You teach us, and then to plant Your teachings in others. Let us not trust in our own understanding, but let us trust in You and Your All Encompassing Plan of Redemption. Bless you Father. Bless You Yeshua. Thank You for The Truth and Your Everlasting Word of Teaching. May We Bless You with Our Mouths, May we Glorify You with our thoughts, May we Love You with our actions, and May We Always Rely In The Constant Precision, Faithfulness, and Love In Your Word, for We Know You Are True. Thank You Father... for everything. In Our King Yeshua’s Name, Jesus Christ, we pray these things to You Father. Amen! “For The Word of The Lord (YHVH, Yahweh) is right; and all His Work is done in faithfulness.” Psalm 33:4 AMPC “Listen to counsel, receive instruction, and accept correction, That you may be wise in the time to come.” Proverbs 19:20 AMP “But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:14-17 NIV Good Morning Sunday...
Father thank You for this NEW day, Your Day for us. Please continue to fill our HEARTS & MINDS with Your LOVE & TRUTH, and TRANSFORM Your HOLY DAY into an extraordinary Sabbath Day of reflection, repentance, and rest. Shine Your Light in us, through us, and over us. REFILL OUR LAMPS today Father, so that we may BE A LIGHT to the world, for Your Glory and Purposes TODAY! In YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST’s Name we pray. AMEN! A big thank you to Our Father In Heaven, Brother Larry Good, and Passion Conference for the help with today’s devotion. - Quality Alone Time With Our Father In Heaven and His Word, Our Salvation: Scriptural Application (Part 2) It is amazing how Our Father and Savior work. Whether we have discovered the importance of alone time with with Our Father and His Word or not, it doesn’t change the fact that this important time is a Life Changer. As I was contemplating this next part of this devotion, I was having trouble finding the right words. In step Our Father, His Word, and help through yet another Brother. There was no doubt that in my alone time with Our Father, He heard me, and even if I didn’t know how to word it to Him, it didn’t matter. Why? Because He already knows what we need before we ask! (Matthew 6:5-8) The words this Brother sent were a perfect fit for this second part of the series on “Quality Alone Time With Our Father and His Word, Our Salvation.” Let’s take a look at what Our Father and Savior cooked up. Below is an except from the devotion sent to me, followed by The Bread of Life. Enjoy and have a blessed week everyone!: The Rhythm of LIFE: “ “Forever, O Yahweh, Your Word is settled in heaven. Your Faithfulness endures throughout all generations. You have established the earth and it stands.” Psalms 119:89-90 LEB From ancient of days to the present, God’s Word is reliable and dependable. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever and we can always count on His Word to be perfect and timely for whatever season or circumstance we are currently in. From the first page of Scripture to the last, there is no mistaking the deep desire of our Father’s Heart to be known by His children. He longs for intimacy and closeness with us. It is in the drawing near to Him that He draws near to us. With His very Hands He forms us, He breathes Life into our lungs, and sustains us. He gave us His Word so that we can know Him and align our lives with His Heart – His best! God’s revelation becomes the cadence and rhythm of our lives. Whole and Holy, body and soul we find ourselves more in sync with Him the more we sit with Him. It’s a beautiful daily posture of surrender and listening, hearing and obeying. And as we do, His Word becomes The Anchor, Compass and Constant in our hearts. He Is… Faithful and Trustworthy, now and always. It’s our privilege to respond through praise and honor with our whole Life one long, obedient response.” The Rhythm and Bread of Life: “Look, I have longed for Your Precepts; revive me in Your Righteousness.” Psalms 119:40 LEB “I will instruct thee and teach thee in The Way which thou shalt go; I will fix Mine Eyes upon thee.” Psalms 32:8 JUB “But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy chamber, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father who is in secret; and thy Father who sees in secret shall reward thee openly. But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions as the worldly do, for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them, for your Father knows what things ye have need of before ye ask Him.” Matthew 6:6-8 JUB “This scroll of The Torah shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it; for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.” Joshua 1:8 WMB “Draw near to me; hear this! I have not spoken in secrecy from the beginning; from the time it came to be, there I have been; And now The Lord Yahweh has sent me and His Spirit.” Thus says Yahweh, your Redeemer, The Holy One of Israel: “I AM Yahweh your God, Who teaches you to profit, leads you in The Way you should go. O that you had listened attentively to My Commandments! Then your prosperity would have been like a river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea.” Isaiah 48:16-18 LEB “As Jesus and his disciples were on their way, he came to a village where a woman named Martha opened her home to him. She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said. But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made. She came to him and asked, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself? Tell her to help me!” “Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed—or indeed only one. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.”” Luke 10:38-42 NIV “Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and The God of Peace shall be with you.” Philippians 4:9 KJV “Seek Yahweh while he may be found. Call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts. Let him return to Yahweh, and he will have mercy on him; and to our God, for he will freely pardon.” Isaiah 55:6-7 WEB “And I will bring the remaining third into the fire, and I will refine them like one refines silver, and I will test them like one tests gold. They will call My Name, and I will answer them. I will say, ‘They are my people,’ and they will say, ‘Yahweh is my God.” Zechariah 13:9 “But SEEK FIRST GOD’S KINGDOM, and HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS; and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthew 6:33 WEB Quality Alone Time With Our Father In Heaven and His Word, Our Salvation: Scriptural Application12/18/2021 Good Morning Sabbath...
AMEN! - Quality Alone Time With Our Father In Heaven and His Word, Our Salvation: Scriptural Application In conversation with a dear Brother at the onset of Sabbath this evening, and the topic of spending alone time with Our Father, and His Word, came up. I recalled a few weeks back when I was spending more time than usual doing a lot of running around just what happens when we miss quality this time alone with Our Father and His Word. Everything seemed to be a little less peaceful because of this missed time alone with Him. In fact, this “Quality Alone Time,” this time to “Be Still” (Psalm 46:10) with Our Father In Heaven and His Word had much to do with my being reborn, my baptism, and awakening to The Truth, The Way, and The Life, also The Truth about Him, Who He Is, and the Truth about this world we live in. Unfortunately, very few Christians today truly understand that this Set-Apart (Holy) time to read Our Bibles and spend alone with Our Loving Father absolutely transforms us. In fact, probably the most important discipline we can learn in our Christian Walk is the discipline of daily reading The Word of God. Another recollection that came to me from another dear Brother, that was also extremely profound, is that when Yeshua, Jesus Christ, comes back to this world His garment will be dipped in blood, and it says that “His Name is called The Word of God.” (Revelation 19:13). Let’s take a look: “And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and His Name is called The Word of God.” Revelation 19:13 KJV Take a moment to think about that… The One Who Comes To Redeem Us, Our Salvation Himself, Is Called THE WORD OF GOD! This is the question that kept replaying in my head, “If we don’t spend time with Him NOW, how will we recognize Him when He returns?” Many didn’t recognize Him when He came the first time. Could it be that many won’t recognize Him when He returns, and simply because… they didn’t read The Word of God for themselves? These two immensely profound conversations led me on a journey of looking into verses that explain what quality alone time with Our Father, and His Word, Yeshua Ha’Mashiach, Jesus Christ, does for us, as well as the profound ramifications that has on our Life here on this earth. Today and tomorrow, let's take a look at some of these verses, and may we all remember... alone time with Our Father and His Word is of the utmost importance. Why? Not only because God's Word says so, but also because Our Perfect Example, Yeshua, Salvation Himself, shows us how important this time is. There is a reason Our Savior Yeshua had Peace while “in the flesh” here on this earth. He never neglected His quality time alone with Our Father. Our King tells us in no uncertain terms, it is the same for us. Let's take a look: “Be still, and know that I AM God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. The LORD (YHVH , YAHWEH) of Hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.” Psalm 46:10-11 Our Perfect Example, Yeshua, Jesus Christ, Spent Quality Alone Time With Our Father Often: “But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.” Luke 5:16 “Very early the next morning, Jesus got up and went to a place where he could be alone and pray.” Mark 1:35 Wait On God and He Will Be Your Rock, Salvation, and Defense: “Truly my soul silently waits for God; From Him comes my Salvation. He only is my Rock and my Salvation; He is my Defense; I shall not be greatly moved.” Psalms 62:1-2 During Your Quality Alone Time… Dwell With Him and Take Refuge Under His Wings: “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of The Almighty. I will say of The LORD (YHVH, YAHWEH), “He is my Refuge and my Fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler And from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His Feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His Truth shall be your Shield and Buckler.” Psalms 91:1-4 “Repent” And “Knock” During Your Quality Alone Time, The King Will Answer: “As many as I Love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My Voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.” Revelation 3:19-20 Quality Alone Time With God Our Father Is Meant For Us With Him... And No One Else. Remember, He Already Knows What You Need: “And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words. “Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.” Matthew 6:5-8 Our Father Quite Literally Tells Us To Be Still And Have Alone Time With Him: “Be still, and know that I AM God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. The LORD (YHVH , YAHWEH) of Hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.” Psalm 46:10-11 Tomorrow we will continue with more verses on this subject, but until then… Happy Sabbath and Shabbat Shalom Everyone! May The One True and Living God of All Things Bless You With A Refilled Lamp today! Good Morning Friday...
Father thank You for this NEW DAY! Lead us out of darkness and into YOUR LIGHT. As we RISE to meet this new day, please let us be filled with Your Spirit. Wherever we go, let us SPREAD LOVE, JOY, PEACE, GOODNESS, and FAITHFULNESS. Let us desire to become more like You and to worship You IN ALL WE DO. Help us desire these things so much more than the sin that entices us. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ's Name we pray. Amen. - The Word Only: God’s People - Out of Darkness Into LIGHT The Bread of Life: “Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I Am The Light of the world! The one who follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have The Light of Life.” John 8:12 “For you, O Yahweh are My Lamp, and Yahweh Lightens my darkness.” 2 Samuel 22:29 (Psalms 18:28) “I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into Light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them.” Isaiah 42:16 “Who among you is in fear of Yahweh, obeys The Voice of His Servant? Who walks in darkness and has no Light, trusts in the name of Yahweh and depends on His God?” Isaiah 50:10 “I will rescue you from your own people and from the Gentiles. I Am Sending You to them to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to Light, and from the power of satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.” Acts 26:17-18 “Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait until The Lord comes. He will bring to Light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. At that time each will receive their praise from God.” 1 Corinthians 4:5 “You are all Children of The Light and Children of The Day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober.” 1 Thessalonians 5:5-6 “But you are A Chosen People, A Royal Priesthood, A Holy Nation, God’s Special Possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His Wonderful Light.” 1 Peter 2:9 Good Morning Thursday...
FATHER thank You for this NEW DAY. We ask that you cover us with YOUR MIGHTY HAND. Let us understand YOUR MIGHTY WILL, so that we may see YOUR INFINITE GLORY. We ask this in YOUR PERFECT SON YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST's Name. Amen. - He Is... (Part 33) Our Father Is God. He Wants Us To Know Who He Is. He Shows His Character, Wisdom, Omnipotence, Power, Mercy, Justice, Omniscience, and Glory All Through His Word... Just For Us. His Greatest Gift...He Sent His Son So We Could Get To Know Him Better. He Let Him Be Sacrificed So We Would Know How Much He Loves Us. He Is A King. He Is The Creator. He Is Our Reason For Being. Today, let's go through The Bible and see just who He Says He Is. When He Tells Us Who He Is we can grow, understand Him more clearly, draw closer, and try to imitate Him and His Perfect Character better. As we go through Scripture, searching out His Character and Names, Be encouraged and let Him Speak to you. Listen to The God of All Creation, Our Heavenly Father, talk to you and tell you exactly what He Wants To Do For you. Let's jump right in and listen to Him Tell Us Who...HE IS. “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that HE IS, and that HE IS a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” Hebrews 11:6 Our Father's Nature Never Changes. HE IS, WAS, AND WILL ALWAYS BE. He Is Who He Is. That's what He Told Moses. I Am Who I Am. That's what His Name means, YAHWEH, I Am Who I Am. His Name Means...HE IS! He Has Come! He Is... Yeshua, Jesus, Salvation “And she shall give birth to a Son, and you shall call His Name יהושע (YESHUA, JESUS, SALVATION) for HE SHALL SAVE HIS PEOPLE FROM THEIR SINS.” Mattithyahu (Matthew) 1:21 TS2009 “And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His Name JESUS, for HE WILL SAVE HIS PEOPLE FROM THEIR SINS.” Matthew 1:21 NKJV He Is... The Altar; “JESUS CHRIST is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines. For it is good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them. We have AN ALTAR from which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat.” Hebrews 13:8-10 NKJV He Is... The Offerer; “Unlike the other high priests, He does not need to offer daily sacrifices, first for His own sins and then for the sins of the people; HE SACRIFICED FOR SIN ONCE FOR ALL WHEN HE OFFERED UP HIMSELF.” Hebrews 7:27 BSB He Is... The Forerunner For Us Entered, Even Jesus; “This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast and entering into that which is within the veil, where AS A FORERUNNER YESHUA ENTERED FOR US, having become A High Priest forever after The Order of Melchizedek.” Hebrews 6:19-20 WMB He Is... The Priest; “And someone does not take for himself the honor, but is called by God, just as Aaron also was. Thus also Christ did not glorify Himself to become high priest, but The One who said to Him, “You are My Son, today I have begotten You,” just as also in another place He says, “YOU ARE A PRIEST FOREVER ACCORDING TO THE ORDER OF MELCHIZEDEK,” Hebrews 5:4-6 LEB He Is... The High Priest; “Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider THE APOSTLE AND HIGH PRIEST OF OUR CONFESSION, CHRIST JESUS, Who was faithful to Him Who appointed Him, as Moses also was faithful in all His house. For this One has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as He who built the house has more honor than the house.” Hebrews 3:1-3 NKJV He Is... The Great High Priest; “Having then A GREAT HIGH PRIEST who has passed through the heavens, YESHUA, THE SON OF GOD, let’s hold tightly to our confession. For we don’t have a High Priest who can’t be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but one Who has been in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin. Let’s therefore draw near with boldness to The Throne of Grace, that we may receive MERCY and may find GRACE for HELP IN TIME OF NEED.” Hebrews 4:14-16 WMB To Be Continued... God Bless each and every one of you on the other side of this screen. May each and everyone of you have have a He Is..., Yeshua, Life-Filled Day! Good Morning Wednesday...
Father thank you for this NEW day. You have blessed us with another WONDERFUL day to see your WISDOM and TRUTH. May we use this day to show this dark world Your FRUIT, Your LIGHT, AND Your GLORY TODAY! In YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST’s Name we pray. Amen!!! A gigantic THANK YOU to God (YAHWEH), God's Word (Jesus Christ), berean.org, Brother John Ritenbaugh, and Brother Larry Good for today’s devotion. - When The Enemy Tempts You, You Gotta Fight Him With The Word! (3) Now when the tempter came to Him, he said, "If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread." (4) But He answered and said, "It is written, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God." Matthew 4:3-4 NKJV Even when Satan says Truth, even when he quotes Scripture, he puts a perverse twist to it. How did our King fight Satan? With Truth, with The Word of God! That is how one defeats satan: being confident that Jesus Christ has already secured the victory and that God has put a hedge around us so that we will not fall into a situation confronting Satan that is beyond us, and being absolutely reliant upon The Truth of God, The Word of God! Even though we may not be able to see how it is worked out, even though we may feel that following The Truth of God is going to require a considerable sacrifice on our part, we have the example of Jesus Himself fighting Satan by relying upon The Truth of God. He trusted what God said. One might wonder why Satan used "if." He did not use "if" to get Jesus to doubt His Sonship. Jesus knew who He was. Rather, he was trying to get Him to reflect on the meaning of "if." Satan seems to be saying, "Surely, if You are the Son of God, You have the right to expect Your needs at the moment to be satisfied." Jesus did not fall for it. As hungry as He was, He knew it was a trap. He knew He did not have to be concerned about supplying His material needs because God would do it for Him. Did He not later say, "If God so feeds the birds of the field"? This was a temptation for Christ to use His Sonship in a way other than its God-ordained purpose. What is the God-ordained purpose of our calling? "Seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness, and all these things will be added to you" (Matthew 6:33). That is The Truth of God. God will supply what we need. So Jesus' answer was, "Thank you, but I'll just wait for God to supply My need." He cut him down with The Sword of The Spirit, The Word of God. Praying Each And Everyone of You On The Other Side of This Screen have a Great Yeshua-Word-of-God-Filled Day. God Bless Everyone! 😃🙌🔥 Good Morning Tuesday...
Father Thank You for this NEW Day. Please grant us TRUTH, WISDOM, DISCERNMENT, UNDERSTANDING, and KNOWLEDGE. Father we ask this so that we will not be conformed to this world, but TRANSFORMED by the renewing of our MINDS. In YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST'S Name. Amen. A big thank you to our late Brother, John W. Ritenbaugh, and berean.org for today’s devotion. God Bless everybody and have a wonderful “Iron Sharpened” Day! “Now the Bereans were more noble-minded than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if these teachings were true.” Acts 17:11
“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” Proverbs 27:17 LEB “As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.” Proverbs 27:17 NKJV “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” Proverbs 27:17 NIV “Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend [to show rage or worthy purpose].” Proverbs 27:17 AMPC This is another indication from Scripture that, when we are in the companionship and the fellowship of others, we tend to shape each other. We rub off on each other. A clear illustration of this is our relationship with our children. When a child is born, he is not born with the inflections or the twangs of the area into which he is born. Nobody has to teach anybody how to speak "Brooklynese" or "Southern." The nasal tone or drawl just rubs off. The child picks it up. It is ingrained within him unconsciously. The same principle is at work in terms of character and personality. We rub off on each other. Are we rubbing off on each other for good, or are we rubbing off on each other for evil? Are we lifting one another up, or are we pulling one another down? We do not have to try consciously to do either. It will just happen. The world, largely, does not care how it rubs off on others - except that human nature wants people to think well of it, even while it is doing evil. But in our Christian fellowship, we have the responsibility before God to work to rub off on each other for good. As long as we are conducting ourselves aright, it will rub off in the right way. In other words, all we have to do is work on ourselves. If we work on ourselves, then the projection of the self, the spirit that will go out from us, will be right, and it will have the right kind of impact. God intends that prayer be an act of a free moral agent who consciously chooses to fellowship with God for the development of their relationship and the completion of himself as an individual. Do we realize that, when we pray, we are in the presence of God, and He has the opportunity to rub off on us? It seems so simple as to be almost unbelievable, but it is right. Some of His Spirit reaches out and begins to affect us for good. Prayer is a major tool in our spiritual development through God's rubbing off on us. All the while this is happening, our minds are being subtly shaped by Him because we are in His presence. Good Morning Monday...
Father thank you for this NEW DAY! IN YESHUA, JESUS's Name we pray. AMEN!
There are so many times I have found myself discouraged, confused, or frustrated and wasn't sure where to turn in The Bible to find an answer to my woes. Almost without exception, wherever I turned in The Word to find my answer, whether I started in The Gospel or Genesis, I usually ended up at The Prophets. The prophets have not only a wealth of prophecy, messages of repentance, amazing stories of triumph, encouragement, and wonderful messages for us all as a Christian Family, but they also contain a wealth of messages for each and every one of us personally. This is literally God Speaking To Us! Just as Jesus Himself Spoke, so too did The Prophets Speak His Word🔥. Our Father and Yeshua, Jesus Christ, so loved us that He never stopped sending loyal servants, again and again, to give all of us together and individually messages, over and over. Remember the Parable of the Vineyard Owner (Matt 21:33-46)? The Master sent His Servants, which the people beat or killed (Prophets), then The Master Sends His Son (Yeshua, Jesus) thinking the people renting his land will be more amiable... they weren't. In fact, they killed Him thinking that they would receive "the inheritance." Does this story sound familiar or what? Our Savior Was, Is, and Always Will Be The Smartest Person Of All Time. For this reason...these parables, and The Word of God Spoken Through The Prophets should be carefully studied. Within this Ancient Wise Parable that Yeshua Spoke, we find The Prophets of God (Servants) came before He (The Master/Our Father) Sent His Son. With that in mind, let us take a look today at what Jeremiah, A Prophet of Yahweh (YHWH or God), God Himself, and Our Savior were trying to relay to "all of us" and "each of us" in today's Scriptures. Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, we humbly come before you today to receive Your Word and Your Message. As we read passages from Your Servant Jeremiah, please open our hearts and minds to what you are trying to tell us as a group, and what you are saying to us individually. You are Mighty Father and we know You Have Left Us, In Your Word, Messages of Encouragement, Discipline, Reconciliation, Salvation, and Love for Your Children. And we thank You! Let us come before You today as Your Children and enjoy Our Daily Bread With You, Abba. We Love You And Praise You Father. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ Mighty Name We Pray. Amen! The Word of God: The Book of Jeremiah, A Prophet of God Almighty, Yahweh, and The Savior of The World, Yeshua Jesus Christ: “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I sanctified you. I have appointed you a prophet to the nations.” Jeremiah 1:5 WEB “Don’t be afraid because of them, for I Am with you to rescue you,” says Yahweh.” Jeremiah 1:8 WEB “Hear Yahweh’s word, O house of Jacob, and all the families of The House of Israel!” Jeremiah 2:4 WEB “Thus says Yahweh: “Stand at the roads and look, and ask for the ancient paths, where The Way of the good is, and walk in it, and find rest for your inner selves. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’ And I raised up watchmen over you: ‘Listen attentively to the sound of a horn.’ But they said, ‘We will not listen attentively.’” Jeremiah 6:16-17 LEB “Thus says Yahweh: “You must not learn the way of the nations, and you must not be dismayed by the signs of the heavens, for the nations are dismayed by them. For the statutes of the peoples are vanity, for it is a tree cut down from the forest, the work of the hands of a craftsman with the tool. He decorates it with silver and gold, they strengthen it with nails and hammers, so that it does not stagger. They are like scarecrows in a cucumber field, they cannot speak. Indeed, they must be carried, for they cannot march. You must not be afraid of them, for they cannot do evil; furthermore, to do good is not in them.” There is none like you, O Yahweh, you are great and your name is great in might.” Jeremiah 10:2-6 LEB “But Yahweh is The True God, He is The Living God, and An Everlasting King. Because of His wrath the earth quakes, and the nations cannot endure His anger.” Jeremiah 10:10 LEB “Your Words were found, and I ate them, and Your Word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart. For Your Name is called on me, O יהוה (Yahweh) Elohim (God) of Hosts.” Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 15:16 TS2009 “Thus said יהוה (YHVH, Yahweh), “Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his arm, and whose heart turns away from יהוה (YHVH, Yahweh). “For he shall be like a shrub in the desert, and not see when good comes, and shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, a salt land that is not inhabited. “Blessed is the man who trusts in יהוה (YHVH, Yahweh), and whose trust is יהוה (YHVH, Yahweh). “For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river, and does not see when heat comes. And his leaf shall be green, and in the year of drought he is not anxious, nor does he cease from yielding fruit. “The heart is crooked above all, and desperately sick – who shall know it?” Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 17:5-9 TS2009 “Behold, the days are coming,” says The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh), “That I will raise to David A Branch of Righteousness; A King shall reign and prosper, And execute judgment and righteousness in the earth.” Jeremiah 23:5 NKJV “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh), thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:11-13 NKJV “The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh) has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.” Jeremiah 31:3 NKJV “Behold, the days are coming, says The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh), when I will make a new covenant with The House of Israel and with The House of Judah— not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh). But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh): I will put My Law (Torah) in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” Jeremiah 31:31-33 NKJV “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” Jeremiah 33:3 KJV Good Morning Sunday...
Father thank You for this NEW DAY. Please impart in our hearts YOUR WILL. We ask for Patience, Kindness, Humility, and Truth so we may show You and Your Son's light in this dark and fallen world. In Yeshua, JESUS NAME. Amen. A big thank you to our late Brother, John W. Ritenbaugh, and berean.org for today’s devotion. - ⚠️ Warning ⚠️ Seek Him While He May Be Found: Now Is The Time! “We then, as workers together with Him also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain. For He says: "In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you." Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” 2 Corinthians 6:1-2 “Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ"s behalf, be reconciled to God. For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” 2 Corinthians 5:20-21 “Seek The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near.” Isaiah 55:6 The church developed, under the inspiration of Jesus Christ, an overall concept of time management unique to church members. It has its roots in the Old Testament: Isaiah 55:6 urges us to "seek The LORD (Yahweh) while He may be found." Why should we seek Him? Because He has the power and the willingness, if we will trust Him, to give us a completely new nature, breaking the vain, frustrating, repetitious cycle. Isaiah 61:1-2 adds helpful understanding: “The Spirit of The Lord (Yahweh) GOD is upon Me, because The LORD (Yahweh) has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of The LORD (Yahweh), and the day of vengeance of our God.” Isaiah 61:1-2 This is a prophecy that Jesus partially quoted as He began His ministry in the synagogue in Nazareth where He grew up (Luke 4:18-19). These passages suggest an element of movement toward something soon to happen. Isaiah 55:6 suggests we seek Him urgently because the Lord is moving on, and if we do not seek Him now, it will be too late. Time and events within it are moving. Isaiah 61:1-2 is similar: Now is an acceptable day for those called of God. If we wait, the acceptable day will pass, and the day of vengeance, even now moving toward us, will be here. It will be too late to avoid its destructive powers! In Solomon's complaint about time (Ecclesiastes 1:3-11), God was nowhere mentioned. Events just go around and around endlessly, effectively describing Solomon's frustration. However, in the prophet Isaiah's description, God is involved in the movement of events that impact directly on His people's lives. II Corinthians 5:20—6:2 from the Revised English Bible helps us to see the sense of urgency in a New Testament setting: “We are therefore Christ's ambassadors. It is as if God were appealing to you through us: we implore you in Christ's name, be reconciled to God! Christ was innocent of sin, and yet for our sake God made Him one with human sinfulness, so that in Him we might be made one with The Righteousness of God. Sharing in God's work, we make this appeal: you have received the Grace of God; do not let it come to nothing. He has said: "In the hour of my favor I answered you; on the day of deliverance I came to your aid." This is the hour of favor, this the day of deliverance.” 2 Corinthians 5:20-6:2 These admonitions to "seek God now," "now is an acceptable time," and "do not let it come to nothing," all indicate a passing opportunity. The Christian is dealing with a specific period during which events are working toward the culmination of some process, and if he does not take advantage of the present opportunity, it will never come again. The Parable of the Wise and Foolish Virgins in Matthew 25:6-13 illustrates our need to make the most of this opportunity now. This parable's major lesson is that both life and time are moving. The precise time of Christ's return is unknown, so He urges us to take advantage of the knowledge and time we already have in hand. Those who reject His advice will find their way into the Kingdom blocked. Recall that II Corinthians is written to Christians. Paul's message is a call to strike while the iron is hot! Both Jesus and Paul remind us that our calling is rife with possibilities, so much so that we can consider each moment as big as eternity. That is how important this "day of salvation" is to us! The New Testament's instruction to Christians is, "Now is the time!" Everything is in readiness for success. It is as though the New Testament writers are saying, "Don't be like the slave who refuses when presented with freedom, or the diseased person who rejects help when offered healing. God's door is open to us! Charge through it by cooperating with Him!" |
