Good Morning Sabbath...
Father THANK YOU for this new day. Thank You FOR YOUR SABBATH. Thank You for GIVING us Brothers and Sisters to share in this wonderful journey back to You. Please use us to help THE HURTING, THE SICK, THE FATHERLESS, AND THE WEAK and bring them PEACE. Help us to show Your Love in this dark world, BECAUSE WE KNOW LOVE covers a multitude of sins. IN YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST’s Name we pray. Amen.
Our Father Has Blessed Us So Much With His Word And In So Many Ways. We need only flip through The Scriptures and we can find answers to every situation we may deal with in this life. This is why we must repent and we must “turn back” to Him. This is what “The 40 Days of Elul” is all about. Not only is The Word Our Father's Primary Source of Communication with us, His Children, but also His Word is filled with Life. The lessons we learn in Our Father's Greatest Blessing can help us to live more abundantly and full. God's Word can be our source of Truth, history, Witness of Our Savior, encouragement, praise, instruction, guidance, strength, hope, faith, Love, and so much more! Today lets take a look at five of the above elements and allow His Word to soak His Love in our minds, our bodies, and spirits. Praise be to Yahweh, God Our Father, and His Son Yeshua, Our Savior, Jesus Christ, Forever and Ever...Amen! The Word For... ENCOURAGEMENT: "Thus says The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh): Say to those whose hearts are frightened: Be strong, fear not! Here is your God, He comes with vindication; with divine recompense He comes to save you. Then will the eyes of the blind be opened, the ears of the deaf be cleared; then will the lame leap like a stag, then the tongue of the mute will sing. Streams will burst forth in the desert, and rivers in the steppe. The burning sands will become pools, and the thirsty ground, springs of water." Isaiah 35:4-7 The Word For... PRAISE: “Blessed is the one whose help is The God of Jacob, whose hope is on YAHWEH as his God, Who made heaven and earth, the sea and all that is in them, THE ONE Who keeps faith forever, Who executes justice for the oppressed, Who gives food for the hungry. YAHWEH sets prisoners free; YAHWEH opens the eyes of the blind; YAHWEH raises up those bowed down; YAHWEH loves the righteous; YAHWEH protects the strangers. He helps up the orphan and the widow, but the way of the wicked He thwarts. YAHWEH will reign forever, Your God, O Zion, throughout all generations. Praise YAH.” Psalms 146:5-10 The Word For... INSTRUCTION: "My brothers and sisters, show no partiality as you adhere to the faith in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ. For if a man with gold rings and fine clothes comes into your assembly, and a poor person in shabby clothes also comes in, and you pay attention to the one wearing the fine clothes and say, “Sit here, please, ” while you say to the poor one, “Stand there, ” or “Sit at my feet, ” have you not made distinctions among yourselves and become judges with evil designs? Listen, my beloved brothers and sisters. Did not God choose those who are poor in the world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom that He promised to those who love Him?" James 2:1-5 The Word For... Truth, History, and Witness To Our Savior: "Jesus proclaimed the Gospel of the kingdom and cured every disease among the people." Matthew 4:23 The Word For... Hearing, and Speaking Correctly: "Again Jesus left the district of Tyre and went by way of Sidon to the Sea of Galilee, into the district of the Decapolis. And people brought to him a deaf man who had a speech impediment and begged him to lay his hand on him. He took him off by himself away from the crowd. He put his finger into the man’s ears and, spitting, touched his tongue; then he looked up to heaven and groaned, and said to him, “Ephphatha!”— that is, “Be opened!” -- And immediately the man’s ears were opened, his speech impediment was removed, and he spoke plainly. He ordered them not to tell anyone. But the more he ordered them not to, the more they proclaimed it. They were exceedingly astonished and they said, “He has done all things well. He makes the deaf hear and the mute speak.”" Mark 7:31-37 YAHWEH YESHUA HA’MASHIACH Bless you my Brothers and Sisters. May His Peace Rest Upon You Today... and All Days To Come. I Love You All Very Much, but Remember... Our Father and Savior Love You Infinitely More. HalleluYah! Praise The One True & Living God of The Heavens and The Earth, The Creator of All Things!

The 40 Days of Elul (Day 12): Trials With Job - Part 7 - Who Knows But The All-Knowing One8/20/2021 Good Morning Friday...
Thank You FATHER for this new day, Please do a new work in us, GOD. YOU’RE BRILLIANT and GOOD, AND YOU LOVE US. ABBA, do whatever you’d like, and whatever it is... HELP US TO ACCEPT YOUR GRACEFUL WILL AND lean not on our own understanding. HELP US TO TRUST YOU more than we trust ourselves. We ask these things IN YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST's Name. Amen.
“Think now, who has perished who is innocent? Or where are the upright destroyed?” Job 4:7 LEB “Can a human being be more righteous than God, or can a man be more pure than his Maker?” Job 4:17 LEB “Look, happy is the human being whom God reproves; and you must not despise the discipline of Shaddai,” Job 5:17 LEB After Job breaks his silence, his friend Eliphaz is next. Eliphaz, along with Bildad and Zophar have sat in silence, mourned their friend Job’s afflictions with him, and now Eliphaz is going to try and comfort Job. We can see that these men really do Love Job, but while they do care, it is sometimes those who Love and are closest to us that can hurt us the most. Eliphaz is about to try and comfort Job, and while he may have every good intention, we know where good intentions can get us sometimes. Eliphaz realizes what he is about to say may provoke Job because he says: “If someone ventures a word with you, will you be impatient? But who can keep from speaking?” Job 4:2 Eliphaz hears Job’s crying out in chapter 3, and now he can’t contain himself, he has to speak. He does begin with an affirmation stating: “Think how you have instructed many, how you have strengthened feeble hands. Your words have supported those who stumbled; you have strengthened faltering knees. But now trouble comes to you, and you are discouraged; it strikes you, and you are dismayed. Should not your piety be your confidence and your blameless ways your hope?” Job 4:3-6 Affirming? Yes. Encouraging? Maybe minutely. Convincing? When you have lost everything, are covered in boils, and just spoke for the first time in seven days, probably not. Eliphaz certainly seems to be aiming to comfort Job, but his word choices no doubt could be better. The point Eliphaz goes on to try and make in the following verses is that “the righteous” are supported by God and that He blesses and protects those who are living by His Instructions. He goes on to say that no one can be as righteous as God, not even the most righteous person in the world, and definitely not Job. Ouch. Eliphaz goes in to argue that because no one will ever be as good as God, and because everyone needs discipline from God, even though Job is known throughout all the land as “righteous,” he is still just a man and must be getting disciplined. Ouch again. Now here is the point where, if we didn’t know Eliphaz had just suffered seven days with Job, we would think he is trying to kick Job while he is down. He is suggesting that Job has done something wrong. While Job’s friend might mean well by trying to get Job to see some hope in the situation, and that God Our Father is just purifying him, it can be a tough pill to swallow after the week Job has had. You see, Job’s friend can’t seem to think it even imaginable that God would send pain without reason, and he may be correct there, but Eliphaz’s suggestion that suffering can only be justice or discipline oriented is way off. As so often it seems to be, “the accuser,” so to speak, is pointing out his own iniquity. Men and women cannot think like God Our Father in Heaven above, and Eliphaz is showing that his wisdom is not as bountiful as he would think. Let’s get a confirmation from God’s Word of Truth: “that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.” Matthew 5:45 NKJV “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33 NKJV “For who knows what is good for man in life, all the days of his vain life which he passes like a shadow? Who can tell a man what will happen after him under the sun?” Ecclesiastes 6:12 NKJV “I have seen everything in my days of vanity: There is a just man who perishes in his righteousness, And there is a wicked man who prolongs life in his wickedness. Do not be overly righteous, Nor be overly wise: Why should you destroy yourself? Do not be overly wicked, Nor be foolish: Why should you die before your time? It is good that you grasp this, And also not remove your hand from the other; For he who fears God will escape them all.” Ecclesiastes 7:15-18 NKJV “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not My ways,” declares Yahweh.” Isaiah 55:8 LEB Just as Eliphaz is being short sighted, so often many of us, if not all, have done the same. Have you ever seen someone having a tough time and thought, “well, they must deserve it,” or “Our Father is just using this to refine them.” But, what if we were wrong? Maybe that doesn’t give the whole reason to suffering in this life. Maybe the most simple of answers isn’t the best, after all, to state it again as The Scriptures do, Our Father in Heaven’s thoughts are not our thoughts. Not everything will always make sense to us and that is ok, because Our Father is in control… and He knows best. We can all agree that from what we have read about Job, he didn’t do anything to “deserve” the suffering that fell upon him. Job will go on in this story to defend himself on that point, that he didn’t deserve what has happened to him. To Job’s friend life has an order about it, the bad get punished and the “good” live life to the fullest. We know this not to be true because The One And Only 100% Blameless and Perfect Man Yeshua, Jesus Christ Our Savior, suffered here on this earth. We know He only did good, and we know with certainty that He didn’t deserve any suffering. Guess what? Neither did the prophets or the apostles, but what happened to them? For anyone living in this world, or who has lived in this world, with “open eyes,” they can tell you that the line of thinking that the bad always get punished and the good always prosper is evidently, completely, and utterly wrong. The world doesn’t always work the way we think it should, and thankfully neither does Our Perfect Father and Savior In Heaven. The Book of Job offers us many things we may not expect, many great facts, many mysteries, and insight in a manner that no other Book in The Bible does. I encourage everyone to finish The Book of Job and see what Our Father shows you. The story of Job deals with the question of why the righteous have to suffer in this life. In as much as this servant can understand, only Our Father In Heaven Himself has that full answer and He can give it to anyone of us if He sees fits, but it may not be the simple answer we think we will get. Prayer: Dear Father God, King of The Universe, maker of heaven and earth, thank You for being in control. Thank You for working out the difficult questions of this life with us. Thank you for the story of Your Servant Job and the insight it gives us. Father, we pray that you would protect the innocent, and provide for those who are living in Your Will and Your Ways, but when, in our eyes, that doesn’t seem to be happening… help us to Trust You regardless of our understanding. You are Holy, Righteous, All-knowing, Proven, and Perfect Father, guide us in The Way Everlasting. We Love You, Thank You, and Bless Your Holy Name. It is in Our King and Mighty Savior’s Name We Pray, Who Is One With You, Yeshua, Jesus Christ. Amen. Good Morning Thursday...
Thank you Father for this NEW day. Please continue to fill our Hearts & Minds with Your Truth, Love, & Patience. Thank you for Loving us so much! In Yeshua, Jesus Christ Name, Amen. A big Thank You to Brother Larry Good for today’s devotion. Bless you Brother! - The 40 Days of Elul (Day 11): Our Father Grows Us 1 Step At A Time “then, so far as your former way of life is concerned, you must strip off your old nature, because your old nature is thoroughly rotted by its deceptive desires; and you must let your spirits and minds keep being renewed, and clothe yourselves with the new nature created to be godly, which expresses itself in the righteousness and holiness that flow from The Truth.” Ephesians (Eph) 4:22-24 CJB Although God could instantly transform us, he has chosen to develop us slowly. Jesus was deliberate in developing his disciples, just as God allowed the Israelites to take over the Promised Land “little by little” so they wouldn’t be overwhelmed (Deuteronomy 7:22). He works in incremental steps in our lives. Let’s take a look: “And Yahweh your God will clear away these nations from before you little by little; you will not be able to finish them off quickly, lest the wild animals multiply against you.” Deuteronomy 7:22 LEB Why does it take so long to change and grow up? There are several reasons: · We are slow learners. We often have to relearn a lesson 40 or 50 times to really get it. The problems keep recurring, and we think, “Not again! I’ve already learned that!” But God knows better. The history of Israel illustrates how quickly we forget the lessons God teaches us and how soon we revert to our old patterns of behavior. We need repeated exposure and repentance is key. “You must say to them: ‘Thus says Yahweh of hosts: “Return to me,” declares Yahweh of hosts, “and I will return to you,” says Yahweh of hosts. “Do not be like your ancestors, to whom the former prophets proclaimed, saying, ‘Thus says Yahweh of hosts: “Return from your evil ways and your evil deeds!” ’ But they did not hear and they did not pay attention to me,” declares Yahweh. “Your ancestors, where are they? And the prophets, do they live forever? However, did not my words and my regulations which I commanded my servants the prophets overtake your ancestors? And they repented and said, ‘Yahweh of hosts planned to do with us according to our ways, and according to our deeds so he has dealt with us.” Zechariah 1:3-6 LEB · We have a lot to unlearn. Since most of our problems — and all of our bad habits — didn’t develop overnight, it’s unrealistic to expect them go away immediately. There is no pill, prayer, or principle that will instantly undo the damage of many years. It requires the hard work of removal and replacement. The Bible calls it “taking off the old self” and “putting on the new self” (Romans 13:12; Ephesians 4:22-24; Colossians 3:7-11, 14). “The night is far gone, and the day has drawn near. Therefore let us throw off the deeds of darkness and put on The Weapons of Light.” Romans 13:12 LEB “if indeed you have heard about Him, and you were taught by Him (just as Truth is in Jesus), that you take off, according to your former way of life, the old man, who is being destroyed according to deceitful desires, be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on The New Man (in accordance with God), who is created in righteousness and holiness from the truth.” Ephesians 4:21-24 LEB “in which also you once lived, when you used to live in them. But now you also lay aside all these things: anger, rage, wickedness, slander, abusive language from your mouth. Do not lie to one another, because you have taken off the old man together with his deeds, and have put on the new man that is being renewed in knowledge according to the image of the one who created him, where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, slave, or free, but Christ is all, and in all.” Colossians 3:7-11 LEB · Growth is often painful and scary. There is no growth without change, there is no change without fear or loss, and there is no loss without pain. Every change involves a loss of some kind. We fear these losses, even if our old ways were self-defeating, because, like a worn-out pair of shoes, they were at least comfortable and familiar. (Hebrews 12:7-11) “Now all discipline seems for the moment not to be joyful but painful, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness for those who are trained by it.” Hebrews 12:11 LEB · Good habits take time to develop. Remember that your character is the sum total of your habits. You can’t claim to be kind unless you are habitually kind. Your habits define your character. There is only one way to develop the habits of Christlike character: You must practice them — and that takes time! There are no instant habits. Paul urged Timothy: “Be diligent about this work, throw yourself into it, so that your progress may be clear to everyone.” 1 Timothy (1 Ti) 4:15 CJB Something To Think About...Something To Ask About... Something To Pray About... •Why do you think God allows us to go through pain and loss while we are growing spiritually? •What is a bad habit that you’ve had trouble changing? How is God helping you with this right now in your life? •What one thing do you need to practice doing every day so that you are developing more Christlike character? Good Morning Wednesday...
Father Thank You. Yeshua Thank You. Help us to proclaim Your Good Deeds, Miracles, and Mysteries to the world. Help us to lead others in The Way Everlasting. In YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST'S Name. Amen. - The 40 Days of Elul (Day 10): Consider This… Part 4 “Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus,” Hebrews 3:1 Consider Yeshua, Jesus Christ. What is it Paul is asking us to do? Consider. Let's take a look at the definition of consider according to merriam-webster: Consider - 1 : to think about carefully: such as a : to think of especially with regard to taking some action is considering you for the job considered moving to the city b : to take into account The defendant's age must be considered. 2 : to regard or treat in an attentive or kindly way He considered her every wish. 3 : to gaze on steadily or reflectively The old gentleman considered him attentively. — Edith Wharton 4 : to come to judge or classify consider thrift essential 5 : REGARD His works are well considered abroad. 6 : SUPPOSE I consider it's best that he left when he did. Paul is asking us to consider Yeshua, Jesus Christ. He explains He Is Our High Priest and THE Apostle. Consider that. Consider That Yeshua, Jesus Christ, Died So You Can Live. Consider That All Things Were Created Through Him, And Without Him Nothing Would Have Been Made. Consider That He Came For Sinners, Not The Righteous. Consider That There Are An Uncountable Number Of Miracles He Performed And One Day We Will Get To Learn About Them. Consider That He Came To Baptize The World With His Holy Spirit... And Fire. Consider That If You Never Study About Him, You May Not Know Him. Consider That There Have Been Countless “Religious” Leaders Throughout History, But He Is THE ONLY ONE That Came Back From Death. Consider That He Is God Almighty’s Word And He Is In Every Part Of The Bible, Both Old And New Testament. Consider That He Loves You More Than Any Other Human Being Ever, That He Was Thinking About You As He Was Headed To The Cross, And Finally, Consider That If You Have Been Saved, You Are/Were One Of The Lost Sheep Of Israel... Consider That. What is it that Our Father Is Calling You to consider? His Love? His Sacrifice? His Perfect Example? His Death? His Resurrection? His Divinity? During this time of repentance, “The 40 Days of Elul,” may we all take some time to CONSIDER the simple yet profound statement Our Father used Paul to write in Hebrews. May we all Let Our Father and Our Savior reveal to each one of us how we need to Consider Him. Prayer: YHWH, God Our Father, Yahweh Who Is In Heaven, Thank You For Your Beloved and Perfect Son. Thank You For All The Endless, Fruitful, Amazing, and Mysterious Things You Have Given Us To Consider About Your Son Yeshua Ha'Mashiach, Jesus Christ, Our Savior. Almighty Father, Reveal to each and every one of us what we need to hear in Your Word about Your Son. Bless You Father. Bless Your Perfect Son Jesus. We Love You and Thank You Eternally For Your Perfect Word and Gift. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ Name We Pray. Amen! Something To Consider, Jesus Christ, The Word of God: “For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,” I Corinthians 15:3 “For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.” Colossians 1:16 “But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.” Matthew 9:13 “And there are also many other things that Jesus did, which if they were written one by one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written. Amen.” John 21:25 “John answered, saying to all, “I indeed baptize you with water; but One mightier than I is coming, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to loose. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.” Luke 3:16 “He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Matthew 16:15 “and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures,” I Corinthians 15:4 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.” John 1:1-3 “But He answered and said, “I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” Matthew 15:24 Have a Blessed-Yeshua-Considerate Wednesday Everybody! Good Morning Tuesday...
Thank You Father for this NEW DAY! Help us to LIVE in TRUTH, to CHOOSE wisely, to stay close to You, and anchored in Your Way! Thank You for your GREAT LOVE AND MERCY. Thank You that You Wait For Us and You Strengthen Us. We come to You today, choosing to WALK IN Your TRUTH, Presence, AND LIGHT! In YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST’s Name we pray. Amen! Love The Truth but pardon error. ~Voltaire Father, when we have depended on others and have been disappointed by their failings, help us to remember that You Alone are Perfect. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s Name, Amen.
Truth. The First Piece in The Full Armor of God. Our Savior. Our King. Our Salvation. Our Protection. Our Freedom. Our Awakening. Truth is a must for us as believers. Without Him we are lost. God’s Word is our Life and our Guide. To be able to test a thing and prove it by God Himself is quite a privilege! If we don’t test everything against The Truth… it is completely possible for any of us to start living a lie. Our enemy is a liar, the father of lies, and only seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. How do we fight against the lies, stealing, killing, and destroying of the evil one? TRUTH! 🙌Yeshua Ha'Mashiach, Jesus Christ Our Savior! The Word Of God! Let us this morning look at 8 Verses Our Father Gives Us About His Truth. He Wants Us To Have It and To Feast Upon It. And, To grow in our discernment... We Must Have It. Behold (Shema) Israel! The Word of Truth: “Sanctify them by Your TRUTH. Your Word is TRUTH.” John 17:17 “And you shall know The TRUTH, and The TRUTH shall make you free.” John 8:32 “For we can do nothing against The TRUTH, but for The TRUTH.” II Corinthians 13:8 “Have I not written to you excellent things Of counsels and knowledge, That I may make you know the certainty of The Words of TRUTH, That you may answer Words of TRUTH to those who send to you?” Proverbs 22:20-21 “These are the things you shall do: Speak each man The TRUTH to his neighbor; Give judgment in your gates for TRUTH, justice, and peace;” Zechariah 8:16 “I have not written to you because you do not know The TRUTH, but because you know it, and that no lie is of The TRUTH.” I John 2:21 “Stand therefore, having girded your waist with TRUTH, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,” Ephesians 6:14 “Jesus said to him, “I am The Way, The TRUTH, and The Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 Good Morning Monday...
Father thank You for this NEW DAY! As we rise to meet this new day, please let us be filled with Your Spirit. Wherever we go, let us SPREAD LOVE, JOY, PEACE, GOODNESS, and FAITHFULNESS. Let us desire to become more like You and to worship You IN ALL WE DO. Help us desire these things so much more than the sin that entices us. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ's Name we pray. Amen. - The 40 Days of Elul (Day 8) - Talents of Truth (Matthew 25:14-30) When we look into the parable of the talents there are a few things to observe: 1.) Everything belongs to the Master 2.) The talents given to the servants are not their own. 3.) The talents the servants earn is not theirs to keep 4.) The servant who did not use his talent wisely had it all taken from him. We can see the servants are merely stewards for The Master and what The Master looks to see is the quality, increase, and effort of their service. We all as children of The Kingdom of God have a responsibility to use our talents for the benefits of others. We must honor Our Father In Heaven with our talents and not become disillusioned by the enemy to believe they are only for our own selfish needs. When we understand that, because of the curse of sin, the work we do will be difficult, we seek Him for the "easy yoke (Matthew 11:30)." Our Father gave us His Son, the easy yoke, placement in His Family, and all the tools needed to succeed in honoring Him and serving others. We can gain the most satisfaction out of this life if we but join Him and find joy in doing our best for Him. We can do this no matter the situation in which we currently reside. Let's take a look at 1 Peter and see what our Brother and Apostle of Yeshua, Jesus Christ says about this: “As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.” I Peter 4:10-11 We live in a culture where far too many people who call themselves christians think that their talents simply exist to make a lot of money and "live the good life." But God tells us He Gave Us Talents To Benefit Others, not ourselves. Something for all of us to keep in mind is, God gave many other people talents as well and daily we benefit from them. If we keep that thought in mind, maybe it will help us to "pay it forward" more often. If we ever need an example of The Perfect Use Of Talents, we need only look at Our Savior. Yeshua, Jesus Christ, Used His Talents For Everyone and John tells us that if he were to write down all those uses... every book in the entire world couldn't contain them (John 21:25). Jesus Models Stewardship Like No Other, Even Giving His Very Life For Us. If we ever are in doubt of the use of our talents, we need only turn to The Truth, Yeshua Ha'Mashiach, Jesus Christ Himself, and be reminded of how we are to use them... selflessly. Prayer: Dear Father God, please cover us in Your Grace, Truth, and help us to always strive to be faithful stewards of Your Calling. You have given us so much by way of opportunity and providence to Glorify You. Help us to use those opportunities, and Your Providence of placement, to serve the common good and further Your Kingdom. Bless You and Praise You. We love you and we pray these things in Your Son's Holy Name Jesus Christ, Yeshua Ha'Mashiach. Amen. The Word of God: “For the kingdom of heaven is like a man traveling to a far country, who called his own servants and delivered his goods to them. And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his own ability; and immediately he went on a journey. Then he who had received the five talents went and traded with them, and made another five talents. And likewise he who had received two gained two more also. But he who had received one went and dug in the ground, and hid his lord’s money. After a long time the lord of those servants came and settled accounts with them. “So he who had received five talents came and brought five other talents, saying, ‘Lord, you delivered to me five talents; look, I have gained five more talents besides them.’ His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’ He also who had received two talents came and said, ‘Lord, you delivered to me two talents; look, I have gained two more talents besides them.’ His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’ “Then he who had received the one talent came and said, ‘Lord, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not scattered seed. And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the ground. Look, there you have what is yours.’ “But his lord answered and said to him, ‘You wicked and lazy servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed. So you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I would have received back my own with interest. Therefore take the talent from him, and give it to him who has ten talents. ‘For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” Matthew 25:14-30 Good Morning Sunday...
FATHER thank You for this NEW DAY. We ask that you cover us with YOUR MIGHTY HAND. Let us understand YOUR MIGHTY WILL so that we may see YOUR INFINITE GLORY. We ask this in YOUR PERFECT SON YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST's NAME, Amen. My apologies Brothers and Sisters, “Trials With Job” will conclude soon. Yesterday was a Blessing of rest and peace. I pray you had the same. Have a wonderful Yeshua-Blessed week everybody! - The 40 Days of Elul (Day 7) - Daniel: Wisdom In Action - An Example For Us All King Nebachanezzer of Babylon was on the warpath. He wanted his dream told to him and interpreted. The false prophets, magicians, soothsayers, fortune tellers, and the like said no man could. The king said he would put everyone of them, and the rest of the "wise men," to death if it could not be done. If they couldn't grant the kings request, it meant they were fakes. He had enough, the order went out to execute all the "wise men." When the guards came to Daniel, he asked for time so that he and his companions may seek The "Mercies" from God. Let's take a look: “that they might seek mercies from The God of Heaven concerning this secret, so that Daniel and his companions might not perish with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.” Daniel 2:18 Daniel and friends sought those Mercies and they received. No doubt they were righteous and faithful. We can see the fruit in Daniel's Prayer after the Mercies he sought had been granted by Our Father. Just listen to this: “So Daniel blessed The God of Heaven. Daniel answered and said: “Blessed be The Name of God forever and ever, For wisdom and might are His. And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise And knowledge to those who have understanding. He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, And light dwells with Him. “I thank You and praise You, O God of my fathers; You have given me wisdom and might, And have now made known to me what we asked of You, For You have made known to us the king’s demand.” Daniel 2:20-23 What a beautiful prayer Our Father Has Daniel Teach us. Packed with Truth and overflowing with Praise for The One True God. Daniel and friends knew they could request from Our Father and Yeshua, Jesus Christ, and He Would Deliver them. How did Daniel know? Because Daniel and friends knew this: “Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” James 5:16 This is just what Daniel and Friends did. They trusted in The One Who Can Save. No doubt they confessed to one another, lived righteously, knew The Scriptures, and most importantly they obeyed and never took credit for The Wisdom endowed to them. Let's take a look: “Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, “The secret which the king has demanded, the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, and the soothsayers cannot declare to the king. But there is a God in heaven who reveals secrets, and He has made known to King Nebuchadnezzar what will be in the latter days. Your dream, and the visions of your head upon your bed, were these: As for you, O king, thoughts came to your mind while on your bed, about what would come to pass after this; and He who reveals secrets has made known to you what will be.” Daniel 2:27-29 Daniel gives credit where credit is due... All to God Almighty, Our Father, "He Who Revels Secrets." Daniel obviously prayed for and received: Truth, Discernment, Wisdom, Knowledge, and Understanding. Let's see what came of his faithfulness in this chapter: “Then King Nebuchadnezzar fell on his face, prostrate before Daniel, and commanded that they should present an offering and incense to him. The king answered Daniel, and said, “Truly your God is the God of gods, the Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, since you could reveal this secret.” Then the king promoted Daniel and gave him many great gifts; and he made him ruler over the whole province of Babylon, and chief administrator over all the wise men of Babylon. Also Daniel petitioned the king, and he set Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego over the affairs of the province of Babylon; but Daniel sat in the gate of the king.” Daniel 2:46-49 Our Father is showing us a model here. Daniel does it right. Is he perfect? No, only Our Messiah was. But despite being imperfect like all of us, he disciplined his mind, body, and spirit to be able to Commune With God Almighty and The One True God "made his Paths straight." Pretty awesome, right? I agree and I would like to prepose something. We can all have that Communion! Yahweh, Our Father used His Son, Our LORD and King Yeshua Ha'Mashiach, Jesus Christ, to let us know. He is The Way, The Life, and The Truth. If you Seek Wisdom, Seek Him. And because we know we have access to Him and it is a Free Gift, we say.......HalleluYah!!! Daily Bread Bonus: I think Daniel and Friends had this Proverb memorized and to them it became prophecy. This is what happens when we "Take Instruction" and Live The Word. When we become not just speakers of The Word, but also doers of The Word... Amazing things happen. Let's Take a Look at what Daniel and Friends obviously knew. They got Wisdom, and with that Wisdom... They got Understanding: “He also taught me, and said to me: “Let your heart retain my words; Keep my commands, and live. Get wisdom! Get understanding! Do not forget, nor turn away from the words of my mouth. Do not forsake her, and she will preserve you; Love her, and she will keep you. Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding. Exalt her, and she will promote you; She will bring you honor, when you embrace her. She will place on your head an ornament of grace; A crown of glory she will deliver to you.” Hear, my son, and receive my sayings, And the years of your life will be many. I have taught you in the way of wisdom; I have led you in right paths. When you walk, your steps will not be hindered, And when you run, you will not stumble. Take firm hold of instruction, do not let go; Keep her, for she is your life.” Proverbs 4:4-13 Good Morning Sabbath...
Father thank you for this new day. Your Day. We ask for Your Peaceful Rest. May we abide in You and refill our lamps with oil. As we look at Your Word andThe Words of Your Son, please give us wisdom. We ask this so we may show Your Glory. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ's Name. Amen. Tomorrow we will conclude the “Trials With Job” series which isn’t quite finished yet. Being that today is Our Father’s Holy Sabbath, today we rest. God Bless Brothers and Sisters, and may your rest be refreshing! May we all Trust that Our Father, God Almighty, gives us His Sabbath for our good, knowing it will bring each and every one of us… Peace.
When we finally put our trust in Our Father and Yeshua, Jesus Christ, our lives become much less complicated and much more full of Peace. This is a real life application, but we must believe what God is telling us for it to work, Our Father’s Word tells us this over and over. Today let's look at God's Word and examine how Our Father Communicates this in a few of His Verses. As we read these verses, may we all believe what God Almighty, Yahweh Yeshua Ha'Mashiach, God Our Father and His Son Yeshua, Jesus Christ, tells us. May it bring Peace, because our Trust is in The Right One... The Right Hand of God Almighty, El Shaddai. God Bless Everyone and May The Peace of God cover you all on this wonderful day. God's Word, 7 Verses for Trust and Peace: “Trust in The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6 “But those who wait on The LORD (YHwH, Yahweh) Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31 “Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I Am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My Righteous Right Hand.” Isaiah 41:10 “Behold, I Am The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh), the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?” Jeremiah 32:27 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13 “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him! Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.” Matthew 7:7-12 Good Morning Friday.......
Father Thank You for this NEW Day. Please grant us TRUTH, WISDOM, DISCERNMENT, KNOWLEDGE , and UNDERSTANDING. Father we ask this so that we will not be conformed to this world, but be TRANSFORMED by the renewing of our MINDS. In YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST'S Name. Amen.
“Why didn’t I die from the womb? Why didn’t I give up the spirit when my mother bore me?” Job 3:11 WEB It’s too much. Job has finally hit a breaking point. This Mighty Man of God can no longer keep silent and cries out: “Why didn’t I die from the womb? Why didn’t I give up the spirit when my mother bore me?” (Job 3:11). Job has accepted all the horrible tragedies that have happened to him pretty much in silence, but he just can’t take it anymore without saying… something. Job knows, “A fool vents all of his anger, but a wise man brings himself under control”(Proverbs 29:11), so let us not mistake our Brother’s question as foolish anger, but it seems Job now has questions, and questions he will ask. What follows in The Book of Job is… Honesty. Job’s uncensored and honest thoughts will be on display for us all as he looks for the purpose in his pain and suffering. At first, The Story of Job can be a rather tough read, and can evoke painful memories for many of us who have struggled with tragedy or traumatic times in our lives, but as we will see “God Is Faithful” (2 Timothy 2:13) and even a “blameless” and “upright” servant of God Almighty will have “tribulation in this world” (John 16:33). Honesty, that is what Job is doing now, being honest about his feelings. He wants to understand what the point to this life is, especially if we are so full of pain and suffering that we want to die. He is suffering day and night, in constant pain, and it seems every worst fear he could have ever had has come true. Job is now in pain, hurting, thoroughly exhausted, and completely broken down. While we could possibly interpret Job here as acting in unrighteous, foolish anger or resentment, we would be wrong. In fact, this servant would prepose that here our Brother Job is acting in courage and virtue. He is being honest about his discomfort, pain, and loss. Here is something to think about: How many times have we been in pain, suffering, or strife and tried to hide it from others? We may hide it from friends, families, spouses, coworkers, and everyone else, but does this help us deal with the problem? 6000 years of written history shows, it does not. In fact, God’s Word tells us to “Comfort each other” (1 Thessalonians 5:11) and “Bear one another’s burdens” (Galations 6:2) for a reason. We may not like it, but suffering, pain, and the like, have a purpose, and Our Heavenly Father will use it for Good, to give us “Hope and A Future” (Isaiah 29:11). When we tend to hide our pain from others, we usually are not only hiding from ourselves, to a very large extent, but from Our Father In Heaven as well. This is not what Our Good, Kind, and Compassionate Father wants. He is fully aware of our suffering. Our Father Knows, Sees, Hears, and experiences with us, our pain. Do we really glorify God Our Father by not saying anything and presenting ourselves as if our very real pain is nothing? Our Father declared through Yeshua, Jesus Christ, Our LORD and Savior that “He Is Truth,” (John 14:6) so why in the world would He ever want us to lie about The Truth? He wouldn’t. Our Father would much rather have us address Him with honest anger and pain, rather than deceitful happiness and flattery, of that we can be certain. Why else would He tell us to “Call” to Him (Jeremiah 33:3), but to show us “Great and Mighty things, which we have not known.” This is the first step to recovery… admitting we have a problem, and being honest. This honors Our Father. If, like Job, we are going through such immense pain and suffering that we are questioning why we were ever born, we can say it to Him. If this same immense pain and suffering is making us question God Our Father’s Goodness, we should 100% talk to Him about it, after all… He Already Knows. We can talk to Our Father about anything and everything, we can lay all our questions, doubts, fears, worries, pain, struggles, and heartaches on Him and know with 100% certainty that He wants to show us how to “clean up the mess” in which we are entrenched. Our Father doesn’t care about being politically correct or sugar coating things, He wants “The Real Deal” because He Is… The Real Deal. He wants all of us, the hurt, the pain, the doubt, and the situation we are going through. Why? Because once we acknowledge our struggles to God Our Father In Heaven… He Can Enter and Start To Set Things Right. Last Thoughts: Can you remember a time when you were a child and you did something you “thought” was horrible and you just knew your dad was “going to kill you,” but once you finally told him it was “no big deal?” Maybe he laughed, encouraged you, hugged you, scooped you up in his arms, or gave you a life lesson that you still remember today? If you do, think about this: How much better will Your Father In Heaven handle things you tell Him, rather than the earthly dad He put here to guide you along The Way? “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Heavenly Father give The Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?” Luke 11:13 WEB Prayer: Dear Father God, help us to be honest with You about our pain and suffering. Help us to speak to You in a Truthful manner and invite You into whatever situation is plaguing us. Give us the courage to tell The Truth, The Virtue of turning to You, and The Faith to know You are working out what is best. We understand this world is not fair, but You Father are. Help us to believe this, to know this, and to Live this in our lives, so we may proclaim Your Glory, Your Wisdom, Your Might, and Your Mercy. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s Name we pray. Amen. Good Morning Thursday...
Father, please help us to SHOW GRACE to others today. Let our words BE KIND and our actions BE HELPFUL. Please help us to not respond selfishly instead, allow us to RESPOND WITH LOVE. In YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST’s Name we pray.
