Good Morning Wednesday...
Father Thank You for this NEW Day. Please grant us TRUTH, WISDOM, DISCERNMENT, UNDERSTANDING, and KNOWLEDGE. Father we ask this so that we will not be conformed to this world, but TRANSFORMED by the renewing of our MINDS. In YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST'S Name. Amen. Today I am humbled by the passing of a dear Sister in Yeshua and Child of God. There is a lot happening in our world and lives right now and prophecy is unfolding before our eyes. Many of our beloved Brothers and Sisters are being called home and Our Father is comforting many in this time. Most everyone’s lives have been turned in directions we probably didn’t think we would be heading in these days, and while some serious stress can be involved, it is quite exciting. Due to today’s humbling situation, we will have to wait for the next part of the Covenant Series we started yesterday. I ask for your understanding in this. And... I believe whole heartedly, it is for good reason. If you are upset about this, it is worth remembering... God Our Father Is Calling You... Have a HEART 😊. Enjoy todays devotion My Brothers and Sisters, and May The Spirit, Peace, and Grace of Yahweh Yeshua Ha’Mashiach be upon you all. - God Our Father Is Calling You... Have A H.E.A.R.T. While looking for articles about "getting more out of God's Word," I recently ran across a wonderful acronym for this very thing. While many people may do a good job of getting into God's Word, they don't necessarily do a good job of letting God's Word get into them. This exercise could help. The acronym is HEART and each letter stands for a discipline that is important when studying The Word of Truth. It is important , because it keeps us humble communing with, examining, analyzing, remembering, and thinking about El Olam (The Everlasting God), Our Father. Let's take a look: H is for Hear - Listen to sermons, teachings, or testimony. Hear what Our Father is doing. Revisit old sermons you haven't heard in a long time and. see if you hear anything different. E is for Examine - Read The Word A is for Analyze - Study The Word R is for Remember - God's Word states that we need to. “remember" many times in The Bible. Memorize some Scripture. T is for Think - Think about The Word H - Hear E - Examine A - Analyze R - Remember T - Think It was explained to me that the first four letters represented the first four fingers of our hand, how they are helpful and necessary to get a balanced understanding of God's Word. The last letter is your thumb. Think about trying to pick up a Bible without a thumb. It would be pretty difficult. Finally, it was explained that truly spending time thinking about and memorizing God's Word allows us to apply it in a more rich way throughout our daily lives. This acronym reminded me very much of one my mother taught growing up, so it resonated inside my HEART. I pray it does the same for all of us. Remember, next time you want to “get more” when studying Our Father’s Word... Just have a HEART. God Bless everybody! May The Peace of Our Father and His Son Our Savior rest upon you today... and everyday. Have a wonderful Holy Word of God HEART-Filled weekend! 🙌🔥🍞 The Word of God: James 1:25 has all 5 of the HEART METHODS in it. “But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.” James 1:25 “Then the churches throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were edified. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, they were multiplied.” Acts 9:31 “Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,” Romans 5:1 “What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” Romans 8:31-32 “Therefore let us pursue the things which make for peace and the things by which one may edify another.” Romans 14:19

Good Morning Tuesday...
Thank You Father for this NEW DAY! Help us to live in Your COVENANT OF PEACE, to CHOOSE You, to stay close to You, and anchored in Your LOVE AND TRUTH! Thank You for your Great Love and Mercy, thank You that You Wait For Us, and You Strengthen Us in Your Loving-Kindness. We come to You TODAY, choosing to walk in Your Presence and Light. IN YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST’s Name. Amen!
“For though the mountains should depart and the hills be shaken or removed, yet My Love and Kindness shall not depart from you, nor shall My Covenant of Peace and Completeness be removed, says The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh), Who has compassion on you.” Isaiah 54:10 AMPC Did you catch what Our Father said in the verse above? It doesn’t matter what happens, God’s Love for us does not fade away. He literally states that mountains and hills can be moved, but not His Love nor His Covenant of Peace will be moved. Our Father’s Love and Peace are not like our worldly existence, “grass that withers,” but it is an unmovable force, assured to His children who seek and obey Him. God Our Father’s Love and Peace can cover us, from our feet (our spiritual walk with Him) all the way to our heads (our spiritually renewed Life-Giving thoughts that He gives). His Love for us has the power to cover us, lead us, protect us, overtake us, and literally guide each and every step we take, physically and spiritually speaking. Yeshua, Our King, Jesus Christ, has a Love so much greater than the things of this world. In fact, the things of this world have no love to give at all. Our Powerful, Sovereign, and Eternally Loving and Kind God can fill every void you think you may have. The Love He Loves us with is a Love that is completely unmatched by the words we have to describe it. The Love of Our Father, Our Savior, is downright inexplicable, but we can experience it. His Love extends beyond our many shortcomings. His Love will never leave us, forsake us, but can actually be a shield, a forcefield in each and every aspect of our Lives. He is not a Father that is far off, but close, and His Kindness, if we so choose to let Him, will guide every turn, twist, joy, adventure, and course for our lives. Let’s read Our Father’s Word again now that we have thought about it: “For the mountains may depart, and the hills may sway, but My Faithfulness shall not depart from you, and My Covenant of peace shall not sway,” says Yahweh, who has compassion on you,” Isaiah 54:10 LEB Do we want God Our Father’s Peace to comfort us? Shield us? You see, nothing can separate us from God’s Love and He has The Peace that can still every tempest we ever face. Our Father’s Love is: Unbreakable, Impenetrable, A Shield, A Conquerer, and most of all… A Winner. Our Father’s Peace and His Love, they go hand in hand. Did you read the verse carefully? His Covenant is One of Peace and can guide our paths from dusk until dawn each and every day, and only one thing stands in our way of receiving that is… Our Choice. We have the ability to let His Peace, Love, and Steadfastness guide our paths, keep us peaceful in the greatest of strife, navigate our lives, guard our hearts, and all we have to do is surrender to His Covenant of Peace, surrender to His Word. If we do, no storm can stand when God Almighty says “Peace, Be Still!” Let get a witness of this in action: “But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?” Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.” Mark 4:38-39 Now, let’s read our opening verse one more time: “For the mountains may depart, and the hills be removed, but My Loving Kindness will not depart from you, and My Covenant of Peace will not be removed,” says The LORD (Yahweh, God, YHWH) who has mercy on you.” Isaiah 54:10 WMB Our Father’s Mercy - Everlasting. His Covenant - He Will Never Break. Kingdoms will fall, earthly kings will perish, men will break promises, but God Our Father… His Promise, His Word, His Peace, His Covenant, His Love… Will Stand Forever. Brothers and Sisters, this world is not getting any better. Tough times are coming and there is no refuge for those who choose this world over Our Father and Savior’s Love. We must choose to surrender to A Loving, Kind, and Merciful King otherwise we will have to surrender to this world and evil men, and you can be guaranteed you will have to… whether you choose it or not. May we all make the choice to surrender to The King of Glory today and not tomorrow, for tomorrow we may not have this choice. May we all choose to surrender to His Word and not reject it, doing what seems easy and convenient. Our Father has declared amazing things, Joy, Contentment, A Covenant of Life, of Peace, and an Unmovable, Unshakable, Unimaginable Love for each and every one of us. Will you choose it? Will you let His Peace keep you and grab ahold of His Promises for your Life? His servant hopes so. May we all focus on His Peace, His Mercy, His Kindness, and His Love today. Will you let today be the day that you surrender to something better? His servant sure hopes so. God Bless Brothers and Sisters and have a wonderful Life-Peace-Love-Conquering-Yeshua-Filled Day! Good Morning Monday...
Thank You Father for this NEW DAY! Help us to live aware, to choose wisely, to stay close to You, and anchored in Your Truth! Thank You for your Great Love and Mercy, thank You that You Wait For Us, and You Strengthen Us. We come to You today, choosing to walk in Your Presence and Light. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s Name. Amen! - God Our Father’s Word, God Our Father’s Will - Truth, A Future, and Hope God Our Father’s Will for our lives has reason and purpose. It is through The Word of God where we can find meaning and principles discerning God's Will. Today, let’s review these 8 Bible verses to gain a better understanding. God Bless every one and have a Great God’s Will-Filled week! The Word of God: “For I know the plans that I am planning concerning you,’ declares Yahweh, ‘plans for prosperity and not for harm, to give to you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11 LEB “This is good and acceptable before God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of The Truth.” 1 Timothy 2:3-4 LEB “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” I Thessalonians 5:16-18 NKJV “For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor,” I Thessalonians 4:3-4 NKJV “The God of shalom brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep, our Lord Yeshua, by the blood of an eternal covenant. May that God equip you with every good thing you need to do his will; and may he do in us whatever pleases him, through Yeshua the Messiah. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.” Hebrews 13:20-21 CJB “Then to everyone he said, “If anyone wants to come after me, let him say ‘No’ to himself, take up his execution-stake daily and keep following me.” Luke (Luk) 9:23 CJB “Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.” Psalm 119:105 NIV “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” James 1:5 NIV Good Morning Sunday...
Father thank You for this NEW DAY. We THANK YOU for continuing YOUR GOOD WORKS yesterday, today, and forevermore. May we continually thank You for Your Salvation YESHUA, JESUS Christ, and being OUR GOD! In Yeshua Ha’Mashiach, Jesus Christ’s Name we pray. Amen! A big Thank You to timefortruth.com for today’s wonderful devotion. In a world full of those who have turned from Our Father it is nice to know: Even though, as believers, we may be scattered throughout the world, and though it may seem like there are few of us comparatively to those going in the wrong direction ... we still are many. 😎🙌🔥 “Then Jacob said to Joseph, “El-Shaddai (God Almighty) appeared to me in Luz, in the land of Canaan, and blessed me, and said to me, ‘Behold, I will make you fruitful and make you numerous, and will make you a company of nations. And I will give this land to your offspring after you as an everlasting possession.” Genesis 48:3-4 “After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” Revelation 7:9-10 - God Our Father, El Shaddai (God Almighty)… He Is Faithful To Finish What He Started INTERESTING QUOTE : "Nobody seriously believes the universe was made by God without being persuaded that He takes care of His works." - John Calvin DAILY READING : Isaiah 64-66 TEXT : Isaiah 66:9 "Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith The Lord: shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb? saith thy God." TRUTH FOR TODAY : God Our Father, El Shaddai (God Almighty), Is Faithful To Finish What He Started In the beginning of Chapter 66 we find God calling out for the true worshipers, those that worship Him in Spirit and in Truth, and standing strongly against those that worship him only outwardly in form. He says "He that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as if he cut off a dog's neck; he that offereth an oblation, as if he offered swine's blood; he that burneth incense, as if he blessed an idol (Isaiah 66:3)." But God Himself ordained the sacrificial system - the killing of ox and goats. And it was God who instituted offerings and incense. How can He now say that the things He Himself ordained are equivalent with sin and uncleanness? Because those who were doing them were only doing them outwardly. There was no repentance or contrition in these acts. It was just a ritual - a formula. "And if I just follow this formula", they thought, "then I'll be accepted by God, not matter if my inner position is one of humility or pride." In other words, this people was near to Him with their lips, but their heart was far from God. Oddly enough it was these false worshipers who were against the true worshipers. And in this chapter God is promising the true worshipers that there will be deliverance from the oppression. But in verse 9 God also addresses a fear about this deliverance. A fear I think many of us have wrestled with from time to time when it comes to God intervening on our behalf. That fear is ... when? And if we dig deeper I believe that fear really is...”is it really going to happen?” Is God really going to deliver me? Is He really going to provide for me? Will He really keep the promises He says He will - and if so, then...when? God addresses this issue and says "Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth...shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb?" What He wants to know is if we really think He's going to start this great work, and then just abandon it. Do we really think that at the apex of it all God is going to have enough, and quit? There is a verse written by Paul in the New Testament that I think resounds the sentiment God is conveying in this verse: "Being confident of this very thing, that He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:” Philippians 1:6 I love how Paul starts out this verse. He doesn't start out saying he has a "pretty good feeling" about this. He's not saying that he hopes it all ends up ok or that the evidence is leaning in this direction. No, he says he is confident. Completely persuaded without a doubt in his mind - this is something that he knows in his soul is a fact. And what is that? That He which started the work in us (God Our Father, El Shaddai (God Almighty) will be faithful to complete it. I venture to guess that if I asked any of you, "why are you a Christian", there are some answers I most likely won't hear. From those who are truly born again you probably won't hear answers like : "Because I thought it was the right thing to do" "Because I've always been a good person anyway" "Because I looked over the evidence and it just made sense to" For the born again, when confronted with the reasoning of why they are a Christian but their neighbor isn't, I venture to guess you'll get one of two answers : "I don't know" "The Grace of God" We may not be able to explain to you why we are born again and our neighbor isn't, but this much we do know - it's not our doing. We didn't start this. It wasn't because we are smarter than others, or better than others - it wasn't something that came from us. We love Him because He first loved us.? God initiated this. God is the one that began this work in us,? God is the author of this “New Life” in us. And Paul tells us in Phil 1:6 that he is absolutely convinced that the God who started this work in us is going to see it through. He will not abandon us. There is a similar verse found in Hebrews, who some assume Paul to be the author of as well. In Hebrews Chapter 11 we have what some call the "Hall of Faith" as the author of Hebrews lists those who lived by faith. Just following that chapter we have these verses : "Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus The Author and Finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the Right Hand of The Throne of God.” Hebrews 12:1-2 In these verses the writer of Hebrews refers to Jesus as the Author and Finisher of our faith. He lets us know that Christ not only started this work in us by His grace, but is also going to be there to complete it. One thing about these verses I'd like to point out - In reading about the "great cloud of witnesses" that surround us - I always took it to mean that these heroes of faith where watching us and cheering us on. Like we were in a coliseum and it was our turn to fight and those that had gone on before us where in the stands witnessing us fighting and encouraging us on. I always thought they were witnessing "us". I don't see this verse that way any longer - that the "great cloud of witnesses" is a pantheon of "watchers" cheering us on. What they are witnessing was not our journey, but rather God's faithfulness.? This is a cloud of people who witnessed God being faithful to them as they put their faith in Him. I believe what the author of Hebrews is saying is not "let us run well because there are a bunch of people who made it before us who are watching". But I believe he is saying we should be encouraged to run well and not faint because there are so many people who have gone before us who can witness and testify to the faithfulness and steadfast love of God. So what is it you are facing this day? Are you wrestling with a sin that you are wondering if you will ever get the victory over? Are you going through a hard time where it feels like the darkness and depression around you is so thick that it is suffocating you and you are losing hope that you will ever see even a stream of light from the end of the tunnel? Are you trying to grow in a certain area of your Christian walk and just can't seem to get to where you want to be? Don't be discouraged - God hasn't left you alone. He hasn't started this work in you and then walked off to leave you to yourself. He has promised to see us through, and so though we may not know the answer to "when", we can have confidence that it will happen. Good Morning Sabbath.......
Father Thank You for Your Rest. Thank You for Your Day. Please give us PEACE. In Yeshua Ha'Mashiach, Jesus Christ The Messiah's Name we pray. Amen. - A Servant’s Wisdom & The Source Part 18 Wisdom: “Where there is peace, God is. ” - Hebert The Source AKA The Word This Wisdom Came From: “When a man's ways please The LORD (Yahweh, God), He maketh even his enemies to be at PEACE with him.” Proverbs 16:7 KJV “These things I have spoken unto you, that in Me ye might have PEACE. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33 KJV “Thou wilt keep him in perfect PEACE, whose mind is stayed on Thee: because he trusteth in Thee.” Isaiah 26:3 KJV “And let The PEACE of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in One Body; and be ye thankful.” Colossians 3:15 KJV “For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is Life and PEACE.” Romans 8:6 KJV Prayer:
“For The Word of The Lord (YHVH, Yahweh) is right; and all His Work is done in faithfulness.” Psalm 33:4 AMPC “Listen to counsel, receive instruction, and accept correction, That you may be wise in the time to come.” Proverbs 19:20 AMP “But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:14-17 NIV Good Morning Friday...
Father thank You for this NEW DAY! As we RISE to meet this new day, please let us be filled with Your Spirit. Wherever we go, let us SPREAD LOVE, JOY, PEACE, GOODNESS, and FAITHFULNESS. Let us desire to become more like You and to worship You IN ALL WE DO. Help us desire these things so much more than the sin that entices us. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ's Name we pray. Amen. A big big thank you to berean.org and our late Brother In Christ, John O. Reid (1930-2016), for today’s devotion. “Now the Bereans were more noble-minded than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if these teachings were true.” Acts 17:11 - A Berean Bible Study: Moving In The Right Direction “if we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot disown Himself. Keep reminding God’s people of these things. Warn them before God against quarreling about words; it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen. Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles The Word of Truth. Avoid godless chatter, because those who indulge in it will become more and more ungodly. Their teaching will spread like gangrene. Among them are Hymenaeus and Philetus, who have departed from The Truth. They say that the resurrection has already taken place, and they destroy the faith of some.” 2 Timothy 2:13-18 People in the congregation were getting into arguments about genealogies, meanings of words, and technicalities about the law of Moses. Paul called these arguments ungodliness. These arguers probably felt that they were more righteous than anyone else, but Paul calls it ungodliness. Why? Because of what it was producing: disorder and disunity. If it was producing disorder and disunity within the congregation, it was not producing an environment for growth. Peace had gone by the wayside. Paul also says in verse 16 to "shun" those things. Shunning denotes walking away from someone or something, turning one's back on it. These kinds of arguments do not produce the right kinds of fruit. To the contrary, Romans 14:17 says the Kingdom of God is represented by "righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit." This is an example of ungodliness within a congregation, but a more common application appears in a context like Romans 1:18, 28-32: For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness. . . . And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them. Most of these behaviors and attitudes listed here as ungodliness are what we are more familiar. They can also occur within a congregation of the church of God. In this context, though, we find the unholy marriage of idolatry with immorality—true ungodliness. In the context of Titus 2:11-13, we can understand that when grace truly comes into a person's life, the Christian will consciously repudiate and utterly reject ungodliness. It will not happen all at once, but if he or she is growing, the Christian will be moving precisely in that direction. Good Morning Thursday...
Father thank You for this NEW day. You have blessed us with another WONDERFUL day to see your WISDOM and TRUTH. May we use this day to show this dark world Your Fruit, Your Light, and Your Glory TODAY. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s Name we pray. Amen! - Being Resolute: Stand Firm - Stability In The Truth “that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the Truth in Love, may grow up in all things into Him who is The Head—Christ— from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in Love. This I say, therefore, and testify in The Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind, having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the Life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart; who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. But you have not so learned Christ, if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the Truth is in Jesus: that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.” Ephesians 4:14-24 For the 1st century Christians... life was tough. They were hunted, looked down upon, seen as crazy, no fun prudes. They were seen as different than "normal" society because they didn't participate in the religion of the roman empire. They lived in a tumultuous territory were everything was about roman life and that wasn't their world anymore. Their world was now, The Kingdom of God. Do you ever feel that way as a Christian, as someone who believes in God Our Father and His Son Yeshua, Jesus Christ? That you really don’t belong to this world? That everything is different now, changing, or has changed? With technology seemingly changing over night, darkness in the world, terrorism, viruses, changing moral values in society... The world can feel like a pretty scary place. That doesn't matter though. Know why? Because although the world is always on the move and constantly changing... The Word of God Always Stays The Same. We no longer have to be thrown back and forth, tossed by the changes or deceived by the tricks and craftiness of people. As believers we live for The Truth, Speak Truth, and Rally For Truth in everything we do, because with God, we are rooted in Truth... Stable. We can be confident because we have a relationship with The Only Living God. He is on our side, and we get this amazing relationship through Faith in His Son Yeshua, Jesus Christ, AKA The Word Of God. Prayer: Dear Father God, we live in Your Kingdom. We have faith in You and Your Son whom You Sent for us. Help us to also deal with this world while we are here and help us draw others, more family members, to You. Thank you for this morning, the breath we breath, for waking us, and for Your Mercy. Thank You for never changing and strengthening us so that we may be stable and resolute. We Love You, We Praise You, and We Thank You Always for showing us a new and better way... The Way... Your Way. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ's Stable and Powerful Name we pray. Amen. Good Morning Wednesday...
Father, thank You for this NEW DAY. Please help us to have our thoughts guided towards You, OUR SUPERNATURAL GOD. We ask that You show us NEW TRUTH and NEW LIFE in Your Supernatural Creation. Let us experience Your Might and Wonder TODAY! In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s Name we pray. Amen. - It’s Supernatural!: A Supernatural God - A Supernatural People “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God. However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory,” I Corinthians 2:4-7 Most of today's society seems to be trapped in a fog that has grown from religiousness. A religiousness that was taught to many of us growing up. Most people hold God as a concept they fit into their busy lives. He is an idea, theology, or concept, but not an actual person from another dimension/realm who has become their Central Rock, their fascination, and the driving force of their whole lives. I know this because I use to live in that reality. For many years I had a relationship with God. While I had a relationship, that relationship was muted or fogged over by a rigid religion with many many man-made rules. Rules, I may add, that had nothing to do with The Bible or Our Father's Instructions. If you asked if I believed in Jesus, I would have said yes, but The Truth is that I didn't really believe...I just thought I believed. Jesus was just a character in a story to me back then and I see that now. It took years of talking to God, and eventually crying out to Him, to show me The Truth. Our Father showed me not only was Yeshua, Jesus Christ a real person that walked the face of this earth, but He died, rose, and is still Alive Today!!! Not only is He Alive, but He is also SUPERNATURAL! Here is the reality: Our Father is a SUPERNATURAL GOD. Mighty In Power And Works. When each of us is Born-Again, we then become SUPERNATURAL PEOPLE called to manifest The Kingdom of God! God Our Father knows each and everyone of us intimately. He knows every hair on our heads, our personality, likes, dislikes, and everything we do. He knows the best way to wake you up to this supernatural reality, if you haven't already, and He Taylor Makes a supernatural experience just for you! For example, most people would call me an extremist. Someone who doesn't go half hearted, but rather all The Way, and full force. God used this when He woke me up. He lit a blazing inferno in my heart, and because I asked... He gave me as much as I could handle. He has sustained me, kept my fire burning, and strengthens me often with HIS SUPERNATURAL ABILITY to connect HIS SUPERNATURAL PEOPLE. God knows me better than anyone ever could and so He Changed My Life in this way because He Knew it would "take." He Knows each and everyone of you also, and He Knows the best way to bring you into His Kingdom of Supernatural Wonder. I have heard testimonies of slow and gradual awakenings, gentle and soft awakenings, fast and furious awakenings, and everything in between. Know this, whatever your personality, God will use this and taylor make an awakening just for you...all you need do is ask. “‘Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’” Jeremiah 33:3 This is what I have learned and what I would like to share with you today. YOU CAN effectively BE LED BY OUR FATHER'S HOLY SPIRIT AND JESUS CHRIST. YOU CAN KNOW without a doubt AND DISCERN THE WILL OF GOD FOR YOUR LIFE. YOU CAN OPERATE IN THE SUPERNATURAL. THIS SUPERNATURAL LIFE IS FOR YOU. YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD, BORN INTO HIS KINGDOM with all the rights and privileges of an heir. As we go through our day, I encourage anyone who hasn't experienced this supernatural reality to explore THE SUPERNATURAL POWER OF GOD and begin the journey of becoming a SUPERNATURAL PEOPLE. In YESHUA, Jesus Christ's Glorious Name we pray. Amen! A big thank you to berean.org and the late John W. Ritenbaugh for today's devotion. God Bless You My Brothers and Sisters and Shalom (Divine Peace/Completeness/Being Whole)! - God Rules All... Forever (10) Then Pilate said to Him, "Are You not speaking to me? Do You not know that I have power to crucify You, and power to release You?" (11) Jesus answered, "You could have no power at all against Me unless it had been given you from above. Therefore the one who delivered Me to you has the greater sin." John 19:10-11 History shows that the primary enemies of the church arise from humans influenced by Satan and his demons - and history continually repeats itself. The clearest examples of where these enemies lie are shown in the lives and ministries of Jesus Christ and the apostles. Did not the established religious and governmental leaders of their day, such as Caiaphas, the Pharisees and Sadducees, Pilate, the Herods, etc., willingly cooperate in persecuting them? Searching into God's authority over these enemies will help us to see how complete and all-encompassing is His power over everything. Past events show that civil governments and false churches are always the true church's most dangerous adversaries. Here, "power" refers to civil authority, and Jesus informs us that Pilate, a powerful Roman governor of Judea, who had authority over life and death, derived his authority from God. The authority would not be his if God had not given it to him directly. We can infer that Pilate was specifically given his particular civil authority. Why is this important for us to know and believe? Proverbs 21:1 adds an important truth: "The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes." The Living Bible paraphrases this as, "Just as water is turned into irrigation ditches, so the Lord directs the king's thoughts, He turns them wherever He wants to." This fact helps us understand God's sovereignty and much of history too. If the thoughts of a king - representing the highest, most influential, and most powerful person in the nation - are in God's hand, and He has the power to influence his decisions toward the outcome that pleases Him, are not all human governors completely under the Almighty's sovereign control? Clearly, God has the power to move all history in the direction He wishes it to go. His desire will always be done. Romans 13:1-2 makes this deduction certain: Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. Not only does God have the power to move those already in office, but He appointed them in the first place! Since Paul writes this directly to Christians, and Christians have lived throughout history and in virtually every place on earth, the wording suggests that this command has timeless, universal application. Thus, God reveals that, in the final analysis, all civil magistrates, from the emperor on down to the lower authorities - and religious authorities as well - owe to God their appointments and rights to govern. In John 5:17, Jesus provides insight into God's activity throughout the millennia of this creation: "Jesus answered them, 'My Father has been working until now, and I have been working.'" God's labors are the continuous managing and ruling over the affairs of men. He has not gone "way off somewhere," but is actively involved in bringing His purpose to pass at all times. By His will and in His providence, authorities are appointed to maintain order, to encourage good conduct, and to punish wrongdoing. Thus, anyone who believes God is confronted by a matter of biblical truth and clear logic. How will any of our enemies "get around," deflect, or nullify the real unseen Power who stands behind and above the visible powers that be? His will will stand. So, to whom do we turn in time of need? |
