Good Morning Tuesday.......
Dear Father, thank You for this NEW day. Guide us as we make this day's JOURNEY. Lift us as we fall. Show us Your LOVE, and HELP us to show Your Love to others. In Yeshua's, Jesus Christ's, Name we PRAY. Amen. A big thank you to John W. Ritenbaugh and berean.org for today's devotion. Have a wonderful day everyone and may the peace and Love of Our Father In Heaven and Our Savior Yeshua, Jesus Christ, be with you all. - A Berean Study: Revelation 3:15-20 (15) "I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. (16) So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. (17) Because you say, "I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing"—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked— (18) I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. (19) As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. (20) Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.” Revelation 3:15-20 We are, to a great measure, victims of an age that is certainly not apathetic to seeking its own pleasure but isapathetic about having a true relationship with God. Would anybody in all honesty not care to eat or to have fellowship with Jesus Christ? Yet, verse 20 says He is standing at the door and knocking, and He will come in and dine with them if they just open the door. Many would like to eat and fellowship with Christ just to say that they had that novel experience. But the irony here is that God is seeking His people, and they are too uncaring to even rouse themselves to answer the door! The message to this church shows that the problem is that they are so far from Him they are not even aware of their spiritual need and thus have no desire to be near Him. No desire, no prayer. No prayer, no relationship. No relationship, no awareness of spiritual need. It goes in a vicious cycle. God is hoping that He can stir us up enough to repentand to break out of the cycle. He says, "Repent. Be zealous." Zeal indicates heat, passion, and feeling. He is hoping to break us out of this circle by rekindling an awareness of our spiritual need. An awareness of need resides in us because we are close enough to Him to see how holy, gracious, kind, merciful, and good He is and desire to be like Him. In other words, we admire Him so much and respect His personality and character so much that we want to be near Him—right across the table from Him, as it were. We do not want to be near Him just to have a novel experience but to exalt Him and honor Him by being like Him. Is not imitation the most sincere form of praise?

Good Morning Monday...
Father thank You for this NEW DAY. We THANK YOU for continuing YOUR GOOD WORKS yesterday, today, and forevermore. May we continually thank You for Your Salvation YESHUA, JESUS, and being OUR GOD!!! We praise You in Yeshua's, Jesus Christ's, Name. Amen! - Connecting The Jots - God’s Beloved Is Revealed! Part 9 This devotion is dedicated to The One And Only Yeshua, Jesus Christ The King. Bless Our Father For His Infinite Wisdom Which Is Manifest In Our Savior. He Is The One Who Connects All The Jots...Period. I heard a saying the other day that just amazed me. It was so simple, profound, and "on the mark" that it was absolutely seared into my mind from the time I heard it. It goes something like this: The New Testament Is In The Old Testament Concealed; The Old Testament Is In The New Testament Revealed. What a profound, "spot on" statement made with an amazing, short, succinct sentence! Today, let’s put this “pearl of wisdom” to the test and see how Our Father and Savior...Connect The Jots. Parallel Verses From The Old Concealed and The New Revealed (Matthew): 33.) “Hypocrites! Isaiah correctly prophesied about you saying, ‘This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far, far away from me, and they worship me in vain, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ ” Matthew 15:7-9 LEB “And the Lord said, “Because this people draw near with its mouth, and with its lips it honors me, and its heart is far from me, and their fear of me is a commandment of men that has been taught, therefore look, I am again doing something spectacular and a spectacle with this spectacular people. And the wisdom of its wise men shall perish, and the discernment of its discerning ones shall keep itself hidden.” Ah! Those who make a plan deep, to hide it from Yahweh, and their deeds are in a dark place. And they say, “Who sees us? And who knows us?” Your perversity! As if a potter shall be regarded as the clay! That the product of its maker says, “He did not make me,” and the thing made into shape says of its potter, “He has no understanding.” Isaiah 29:13-16 LEB 34.) “And when the Pharisees and Sadducees came to test him, they asked him to show them a sign from heaven. So he answered and said to them, “When evening comes you say, ‘It will be fair weather because the sky is red,’ and early in the morning, ‘Today it will be stormy weather, because the sky is red and darkening.’ You know how to evaluate correctly the appearance of the sky, but you are not able to evaluate the signs of the times. An evil and adulterous generation seeks for a sign, and a sign will not be given to it except the sign of Jonah!” And he left them and went away.” Matthew 16:1-4 LEB “And Yahweh provided a large fish to swallow up Jonah, and Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.” Jonah 1:17 LEB 35.) “And the disciples asked him, saying, “Then why do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?” And he answered and said, “Elijah indeed is coming, and will restore all things. But I say to you that Elijah has already come, and they did not recognize him, but did with him whatever they wanted. In the same way also the Son of Man is going to suffer at their hands.” Then the disciples understood that he had spoken to them about John the Baptist.” Matthew 17:10-13 LEB “Remember the instruction of my servant Moses, which I commanded him at Horeb to all Israel, the rules and regulations. Look! I am going to send to you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and awesome day of Yahweh! And he will bring back the hearts of the fathers to the sons, and the hearts of the sons to their fathers, so that I will not come and strike the land with a ban.” Malachi 4:4-6 LEB 36.) “Now if your brother sins against you, go correct him between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. But if he does not listen, take with you in addition one or two others, so that by the testimony of two or three witnesses every matter may be established. And if he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses to listen to the church also, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.” Matthew 18:15-17 LEB “You shall not do injustice in judgment; you shall not show partiality to the powerless; you shall not give preference to the powerful; you shall judge your fellow citizen with justice. You shall not go about with slander among your people; you shall not endanger your neighbor’s life; I am Yahweh. “ ‘You shall not hate your brother in your heart; you shall surely rebuke your fellow citizen, so that you do not incur sin along with him. You shall not seek vengeance, and you shall not harbor a grudge against your fellow citizens; and you shall love your neighbor like yourself; I am Yahweh.” Leviticus 19:15-18 LEB “The testimony of a single witness may not be used to convict with respect to any crime and for any wrongdoing in any offense that a person committed; on the evidence of two witnesses or on the evidence of three witnesses a charge shall be sustained.” Deuteronomy 19:15 LEB Our Father Is AMAZING. Bless Him, Praise Him, and Let Him Connect The Jots For You! “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it. “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a dragnet that was cast into the sea and gathered some of every kind, which, when it was full, they drew to shore; and they sat down and gathered the good into vessels, but threw the bad away. So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come forth, separate the wicked from among the just, and cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.” Jesus said to them, “Have you understood all these things?” They said to Him, “Yes, Lord.” Matthew 13:45-51 Good Morning Sunday...
Father thank You for this NEW day. Please grant us the SERENITY to accept the things we cannot change: COURAGE to change the things we can: and the WISDOM to know the difference. In YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST NAME we pray. Amen! - The Enemy Will Try To Wear You Down We know from The Scriptures that the evil one "prowls around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour (1Peter 5:8)," but sometimes we can lose site of this. With all that is going on in the world, our individual lives, and anything the enemy throws at us, sometimes the enemy is prowling and we don't even know it. Paul mentions in 1Timothy 6:12 to "fight the good fight of faith" and the enemy wants to deter that at every stage of our lives. We as believers must "Be not deceived" as we are told in Deuteronomy 11:16, Luke 21:8, 1Corinthians 6:9, and many other verses. The enemy is prowling and if we are not careful, he will influence us to give into sin when we aren't paying attention. Innocent things can quickly turn into bad things if we aren't careful. A good example would be my friend, let's call him Joe, who thought he was ready in his ministry to take on drub rehab outreach. Joe is a strong believer and never thought he would be susceptible to taking drugs, much less taking drugs with those he was reaching out to help. But right when Joe wasn't paying attention the enemy attacked. The enemy this time came in the form of a jezebel spirit. Joe was seduced by a beautiful woman in the program, fell in lust, and then began taking drugs with this woman. He never thought it could happen to him... but it did. While Joe is back to his old self and serving Our Father faithfully, he had moments of weakness that he didn't pay close enough attention to, and it almost robbed him of Life. The point to the devotional today is to make sure that we all do a self evaluation everyday. The enemy will try to wear you down. Whether we believe we are susceptible to outward influences or not... we are. May we all resolve to "be still (Psalm 46:10)," "be not deceived (Gal 6:7)," and "take heart (John 16:33)" when the enemy is trying to influence our decisions. Remember, if we are staying in The Will of Our Father, the enemy can't influence us at all. All Power and Glory Be To The Father and Yeshua, Jesus Christ, Forever and Ever Amen! God Bless Everyone and have a Great God-Filled Week. Extra Fuel For The Soul AKA The Word of God: “We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed—” II Corinthians 4:8-9 NKJV “And so find favor and high esteem In the sight of God and man. Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” Proverbs 3:4-6 NKJV “But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.” I Peter 5:10 NKJV Good Morning Sabbath...
Father thank You for this NEW day, as You walk with us today keep us focused on Your TRUTHS and continue to fill our HEARTS & MINDS with Your PEACE so there's no room for fear or doubt! In Yeshua’s, Jesus Christ’s, Name we pray. Amen. -B.R.O. - Believe, Repent, Obey. The Holy Pattern From The Beginning It is a common trap of the enemy that as our faith grows, he tries to build our pride in what a "good person" we have become. We must Beware! We all know the verse in Peter about the devil walking around "like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour" and we must always be on "the watch." Just as Our Father can take the bad and use it for His Good, also the devil will try to use this good thing, our faith and good deeds, for his nefarious purposes. One of the enemy's favorite sins is pride and he wants nothing more than to tempt us into pride in ourselves or judgement of others who seemingly "aren't as good as we are." It is a prudent thing for us to remember the words of Our Father written through Paul in Romans 3:20 and 3:23: “Therefore by the deeds of the law (good works) no flesh will be justified in His sight,...” Romans 3:20 NKJV “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,” Romans 3:23 NKJV As we can see in God's Word, it doesn't matter how "good" we are, Our Father still sees us the same. In fact, let's take a look at what Our Savior says: “So Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God.” Luke 18:19 NKJV There you have it... "No one is good"... but God Alone. So what is it that we do? How do we continue to operate in God's Goodness if we aren't good? I believe God's Word answers the questions above. From the beginning, Our Father has given us a message about the pattern we must follow. Remember, Abraham was considered "righteous by faith" and we must have faith in order to operate in God's Goodness. Let's take a look at this pattern Our Father has laid out for us in His Word. Our Father used a close Brother of mine to share this pattern with me and that seed grew. Here is the acronym and the pattern that we must follow as given in The Word. The acronym is BRO (how fitting, right?) 1.) B - Believe - Believe in God Our Father to do Good and Believe in Our King and Savior Yeshua Jesus Christ. 2.) R - Repent - Let go of the pride, lust, wanting, and other things that are not good for you and turn back to God. He Will Do The Work Inside Of You if He sees you turning back to Him. It has always been Him doing the good things in us from the first time we came to Him, so all we need do is "turn back" and let Him Continue His Good Work In us. 3.) O - Obey - Listen to what God is saying to you in His Word, His Commandments, and His Stories on falling and redemption. Put your faith into action. Be kind and generous to others. Most importantly "Love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength and love your neighbor as yourself." Believe, Repent, Obey. The Holy Pattern from the beginning. In the end our goodness or righteousness doesn't come from us being good, but by God Our Father, and His Son Yeshua, being good enough for all of us. God allowed us a way through Yeshua, Jesus Christ, to be forgiven. This forgiveness, this cleansing, this rejuvenated state of being brought to us through Our Savior and by God Our Father is the beginning of the process to one day complete The Good Work Our Father Began in us. Dear God, Our Father In Heaven, forgive us for the wrong we have done. Help us to stay in Your Grace and not become prideful and judgmental of others in whom we can't see You doing Your Work. We know that if it was up to us ourselves... we would be doomed. Thank You God Almighty for sending Yeshua Your Son for us. Because of Jesus you see us as righteous, You Forgive Us, and You Give Us Communion With You. Thank You Father for Yeshua Jesus! We Praise You, We Worship You, We Bless You, and We Love You! It is in Your Son, The King and Savior's Name, Yeshua Jesus Christ we pray. Amen! Good Morning Friday...
Father thank You for this NEW DAY. Please impart in our hearts YOUR WILL. We ask for Patience, Kindness, Humility, and Truth so we may show You and Your Son's Light in this fallen world. In Yeshua, JESUS CHRIST's, Name we pray. Amen. - There Is No Day Like This Day... Today. Let us take hold of Yeshua’s, Jesus Christ's, Hand and take advantage of our Freedom today. Let us enter into the world and see it as a bountiful collection of Harvest Fields. Our Savior Said To His Disciples And Us: “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” Matthew 9:37 NKJV So let us go into those fields of Harvest and reach out to the lost, the sick, the hurting, the fatherless, and the widows. What about the person at work that no one seems to like and has become an outcast? What about the homeless man you pass each day? What about the elderly woman at church that just had surgery? What about our friend we haven't spoken with since our conversion? What about the small child who "bothers" us each time we see him or her? What about our family? It may not seem like a reality that we can imagine, but think about this: What if one day it becomes forbidden or illegal even to tell others of The Good News (Gospel) or to preach that Good News in public settings. I have no doubt we would all look back to our lives, when we could freely speak The Truth to all without persecution, and have a little regret. What would go through our minds? Would it look something like this: "Why wasn't I wise? Why didn't I gather in the summer? Why wasn't I prepared as Christ told me to be?" It is hard to fathom the shame I would personally feel if I closed my eyes, ignored those in need, and just rested while sinners were digging their graves. They don't even realize it! While so often it may be tough, frustrating, and full of long-suffering... we must use the time we have today. While it is not our judgement that brings a person to heaven or hell, we can make a difference, and we can help to save many from extra heartache and tribulations by proclaiming The Truth... His Truth. Remember, it is the small things we do that can have a very large impact. James states: “See how great a forest a little fire kindles!” James 3:5 NKJV And Our Savior Says: “"I came to cast fire upon the earth. How I wish that it was already ablaze!” Luke 12:49 CEB The Word of God tells us to win souls. The Word says if we do this we will be counted wise. Let's take a look: “The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, And he who wins souls is wise. If the righteous will be recompensed on the earth, How much more the ungodly and the sinner.” Proverbs 11:30-31 NKJV May we all search our souls today and ask: How can we help win souls? How can we help reach the lost? How can we be obedient to The Great Commission and make it a priority in our lives? And finally, How can we do this today? “He who gathers in summer is a wise son; He who sleeps in harvest is a son who causes shame.” Proverbs 10:5 NKJV Prayer: Dear Abba (Father) Yah, please help us to take advantage of Your Mercy, Grace, and the knowledge of Your Truth today. Help us live today so that we will not, one day, have regrets. Help show us a way, The Way, Your Way, in which we can reach others. Father please lead us to those who You Want To Hear About Your Truth, Your Love, Your Mercy, Your Grace, Your Glory, Your Conquest, and Your Reign. We Love You. We Thank You. We Praise Your Holy Name. We ask these things in Your Son, Our Risen and Living Savior, Yeshua’s, Jesus Christ's, Name. Amen. Good Morning Thursday.......
Father thank You for this NEW DAY. Thank You for the opportunity to tell others about and show others Your LOVE. Thank You for CHANGING our HEARTS from stone to flesh and and Your Allowance in COVERING A MULTITUDE OF SINS. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ's Mighty Name. Amen. - Love Covers Whose Sin? “And above all things have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins.” I Peter 4:8 NKJV There is no doubt we have all heard 1Peter 4:8 spoken and read before, but here recently I received a whole new perspective on this Word. While to me it always seemed that Loving someone covered up their sins, it just dawned on me that maybe... others sins are not what the Love is covering. What if it is our own sins that are covered when we Love. There are many of the Brothers and Sisters that this devotional gets sent to that may have "caught this" meaning from the beginning, but it is a new revelation on my end. Let's camp on this for a moment. We are to be like Christ. What did Christ do? While He had no sins to cover, He still covered ours in front of Our Father... with Love. Each of us is imperfect. Each of us sin. If we Love others... could this not be covering our sins and not theirs? Because we Love a person... the wrong we have done is overlooked because we are spreading The Love of Our Father and Our Savior. We are a prized servant if we but Love our work. Think about it. If a servant of a farmer accidentally runs over some of the crops while working, but that said worker collects more crops, works the hardest, and always goes the extra mile to help the farmer, will the farmer not be more willing to overlook the servants mistake? Makes perfect sense, right? During writing this devotion, I had a Wonderful Brother, who is raising some amazing Children of God and truly "Being A Light" along with his amazing wife, send me a message in reply to yesterday's devotion. I can't think of a better way to show in word, thought, and deed what we are looking at today than to end with the words he sent me. Thank You Brother. I pray you don't mind, but I truly believe it is 1Peter 4:8 in action. "Amein. When I think about those who have hurt me, I know that if I was to go say anything about it to them, my flesh would take over and make it worse. So I keep my mouth shut and pray for them, and pray to love them and be able to show love to them. I was once in the habit of speaking evil against the ones who hurt me. I found that it made me feel more anger and resentment and Yeshua told us to love your neighbor as yourself (Matt 22:39). He also said not to hate your brother (1John 2:9-10). And again, take the log out of your eye before you point out the speck in your brothers (Luke 6:42, Matt 7:3-4).....I tell you, just with those verses, it made me look at myself, and I did not like what I saw. So even now, I have to look at myself first to see why I am reacting a certain way. Pray and fast if so led, then move along in love. Let those Yeshua ripples come forth!" His Love Covered the hatred! His Love covered the sin!!! I pray to The Mighty Living God, Our Father Above, that we all may Love More so that each of us covers the sins which we have all committed. God Bless Each and Everyone of you on the other side of this screen and have a Great God-Filled Day! Extra Fuel For The Soul: ““Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.” Matthew 7:1-2 NKJV ““Do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion, As in the day of trial in the wilderness,” Psalms 95:8 NKJV “Then He began to rebuke the cities in which most of His mighty works had been done, because they did not repent: “Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works which were done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes. But I say to you, it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon in the day of judgment than for you. And you, Capernaum, who are exalted to heaven, will be brought down to Hades; for if the mighty works which were done in you had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day. But I say to you that it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment than for you.” At that time Jesus answered and said, “I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes.” Matthew 11:20-25 NKJV Good Morning Wednesday...
Father thank You for this NEW DAY. Please impart in our hearts YOUR WILL. We ask for Patience, Kindness, Humility, and Truth so we may show You and Your Son's Light in this fallen world. In Yeshua, JESUS CHRIST's Name, Amen. - Waiting On Our Father's Promises “To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven: ” Ecclesiastes 3:1 Are you currently waiting on a miracle from God? Trust me, this will not be the last time and I am sure it isn't the first, lest you are a new believer. Our lives as believers require that sometimes...we wait. Throughout our lives there will inevitably be many "seasons" of waiting. What should we do while we wait? Let's look to The Word of Our Father to find that answer. “Yes, in THE WAY of Your judgments, O LORD (YHWH, Yahweh), we have waited for You; The desire of our soul is for Your Name And for the remembrance of You.” Isaiah 26:8 As Isaiah tells us that we should wait for Our Father "in The Way of" His Judgments. We should follow His Instructions, "desire" Him, and remember Him. I mean, after all, does it really make sense to ask Him for something and then not follow Him while He makes "The Way of His Judgements?" Of course not. Our Father desires for us "Hope, Faith, and Love, and The Greatest is Love." The more we read Our Father's Word, the more we can see that The Bible is full of stories with our Brothers and Sisters waiting. Just to name a few accounts of God's People waiting are: Abraham waiting on Our Father to be the "father of nations," Sarah waiting on Our Father to be blessed with a child, Noah waiting on Our Father to stop the rain, David waiting on Our Father to place him on the throne of Israel, Ruth waiting on Our Father for her "Boaz," and that is just a few of the long list of those who waited for Our Father to decide the right time for His Promises to take place. Waiting is part of Life. It may not be our favorite part, but if we knew the good things Our Father is doing in that waiting, maybe it would be. The one thing we must be careful of is not to press forward without Him, Our Father and Savior, leading. Remember Saul? No bueno. The enemy will try during this time to discourage us and slowly "beat us down." Fortunate for us, we have God's Word and know the more we are beaten, the stronger we grow. Like the forging of a sword, Our Father is making perfect blades of unbreakable material, and just as with a sword, there will be heating, shaving, banging, and... waiting. While we do have to wait, it is always prudent for us to remember and exercise what we know to be True: 1.) Our Father Is Faithful “Therefore know that the LORD your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments;” Deuteronomy 7:9 NKJV 2.) Our Father Keeps His Promises, Always... All Of Them: “Yahweh gave them rest on every side, according to all that he had sworn to their ancestors, and nobody from all their enemies withstood them, for Yahweh had given all their enemies into their hand. And nothing failed from all the good things that Yahweh promised to the house of Israel; everything came to pass.” Joshua 21:44-45 LEB 3.) Our Father Gives Purpose In Our Waiting: “So, my dear brothers, stand firm and immovable, always doing the Lord’s work as vigorously as you can, knowing that united with the Lord your efforts are not in vain.” 1 Corinthians (1 Co) 15:58 CJB Prayer: Dear Father God, we know that You have a wonderful purpose in our waiting. Father, strengthen us in our pain as we wait. We know that you are fulfilling promises as we wait, thank You and bless You. We thank You for the hidden things because you know we are not ready to see them and we thank you for the revealed things, allowing us to discover Your ultimate purpose. Thank you for molding us during our wait and bringing us closer to you. Father, help us to look and find You in the midst of our wait and help us to discover Your "good and perfect" will that You are fulfilling for us. Bless you Father. We Love You and pray these things in Your Mighty Son and Our Savior's Name Yeshua, Jesus Christ. Amen. The Word of Yah: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,” Galatians 5:22 LEB “And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.” I Corinthians 13:13 LEB “Then Samuel said to Saul, “You have behaved foolishly! You have not kept the command of Yahweh your God which he commanded you. For then, Yahweh would have established your kingdom over Israel forever. But now, your kingdom will not endure. Yahweh has sought for himself a man according to his own heart, and Yahweh has appointed him as leader over his people, because you have not kept what Yahweh commanded you.” 1 Samuel 13:13-14 LEB “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” Romans 12:2 LEB “But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.” James 1:4 LEB Good Morning Tuesday...
Father thank You for this new day. Please continue to fill us with Your Love and Compassion as we go out into a fallen world. Let us be a Light in the darkness and use us to usher more Brothers and Sisters into Your Kingdom. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ's Name. Amen. - God Said No! I had someone pass me a picture of a newspaper article today and it's content was pretty gripping. It was out of the ordinary and full of Truth. I knew immediately I would have to share this little gem. While it is clear that The Author of All Creation inspired this article, after a little research, I found out a man named Graham Pockett is the man Our Father used to author this little piece. So, a big thank you to Our Father and Brother Graham Pockett. He does have a website if you would like to visit. Just search Graham Pockett's name via the net. I haven't read any of his other work, but if this little piece is any indication, it should be good. I will include the original clipping with the picture verses today. You will notice, I did make a few changes for Biblical Accuracy. As always, some Bible witnesses will accompany this witty allegory. I pray it is edifying for each and every one of you reading this today. Let me know what you guys think. May Our Father Bless You All and...Enjoy! God Said No! I asked God to take away my habit. God said, "No. It is not for Me to take away, but for you to give it up." I asked God to make my handicapped child whole. God said, "No. His spirit is whole and his body is only temporary." I asked God to grant me patience. God said, "No. Patience is a byproduct of tribulations; it isn't granted, it is learned." I asked God to give me happiness. God said, "No. I give you Blessings. Happiness comes when you guard my instructions and follow my commands." I asked God to spare me pain. God said, "No. Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares and brings you closer to Me." I asked God to make my spirit grow. God said, "No. You must grow your spirit through My Son, My Word, and My Spirit, but I will prune you and make you fruitful." I asked God for all things that I might enjoy life. God said, "No. I give you Life, so that you may enjoy all things." I asked God to help me LOVE others as much as He does. God said, "Ahhh, finally you are getting the idea." This Day Is A Gift. Don't Throw It Away! May God Bless You. The Word of YHWH, Our Father In Heaven: “even because of the extraordinary degree of the revelations. Therefore, so that I would not exalt myself, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan, in order that it would torment me so that I would not exalt myself. Three times I appealed to The Lord about this, that it would depart from me. And He said to me, “My Grace is sufficient for you, because the power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore rather I will boast most gladly in my weaknesses, in order that the power of Christ may reside in me.” 2 Corinthians 12:7-9 LEB “But whenever you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed, because they are not able to repay you. For it will be paid back to you at the resurrection of the righteous.” Now when one of those reclining at the table with him heard these things, he said to him, “Blessed is everyone who will eat bread in The Kingdom of God!” Luke 14:13-15 LEB “For we know that when this earthly tent we live in is taken down (that is, when we die and leave this earthly body), we will have a house in heaven, an eternal body made for us by God Himself and not by human hands.” 2 Corinthians 5:1 NLT “Consider it all joy, my brothers, whenever you encounter various trials, because you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect effect, so that you may be mature and complete, lacking in nothing.” James 1:2-4 LEB “He who is attentive to a matter will find goodness, and he who trusts in Yahweh (The LORD, God, YHWH), his own happiness.” Proverbs 16:20 LEB “When there is no prophecy, the people cast off restraint, but as for he who guards instruction, happiness is his.” Proverbs 29:18 LEB “Israelite men, listen to these words! Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with deeds of power and wonders and signs that God did through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know— this man, delivered up by the determined plan and foreknowledge of God, you executed by nailing to a cross through the hand of lawless men. God raised Him up, having brought to an end the pains of death, because it was not possible for Him to be held by it. For David says with reference to Him, ‘I saw The Lord before me continually, for He is at my right hand so that I will not be shaken. For this reason my heart was glad and my tongue rejoiced greatly, furthermore also my flesh will live in hope, because you will not abandon my soul in Hades, nor will you permit Your Holy One to experience decay.” Acts 2:22-27 LEB “There is nothing better for a person than to eat and drink and find delight in his toil. For I also realized that this is from The Hand of God! For who can eat and drink, and who can enjoy life apart from Him?” Ecclesiastes 2:24-25 LEB “Jesus said to him, “I Am The way, and The Truth, and The Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 LEB “The one who does not love does not know God, because God Is Love.” 1 John 4:8 LEB Good Morning Monday...
Father Thank You for this NEW DAY. Help us to be Your LIGHTs in this dark world. Help us to show the kindness, compassion, mercy, and LOVE that You Have Show Us Through Your Son YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST. We ask this in His Name, The Name Above All Names, Yeshua, Jesus Christ Our Savior. Amen! - Connecting The Jots - God’s Beloved Is Revealed! Part 8 This devotion is dedicated to The One And Only Yeshua, Jesus Christ The King. Parallel Verses From The Old Concealed and The New Revealed (Matthew): 29.) “The queen of the south will rise up at the judgment with this generation and condemn it, because she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and behold, something greater than Solomon is here!” Matthew 12:42 LEB “Now the queen of Sheba had heard of the fame of Solomon regarding the name of Yahweh, and she came to test him with hard questions. So she came to Jerusalem with very great wealth; with camels carrying spices, very much gold, and precious stones. She came to Solomon, and she spoke to him all that was on her heart. Solomon answered all of her questions; there was not a thing hidden from the king which he could not explain to her.” 1 Kings 10:1-3 LEB 30.) “For this reason I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand, and with reference to them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled that says, “You will listen carefully and will never understand, and you will look closely and will never perceive. For the heart of this people has become dull, and with their ears they hear with difficulty, and they have shut their eyes, so that they would not see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their heart and turn, and I would heal them.” Matthew 13:13-15 LEB “And he said, “Go and say to this people, ‘Keep on listening and do not comprehend! And keep on looking and do not understand!’ Make the heart of this people insensitive, and make its ears unresponsive, and shut its eyes so that it may not look with its eyes and listen with its ears and comprehend with its mind and turn back, and it may be healed for him.” Isaiah 6:9-10 LEB 31.) “Jesus spoke all these things to the crowds in parables, and he was saying nothing to them without a parable, in order that what was spoken through the prophet would be fulfilled, who said, “I will open my mouth in parables; I will proclaim what has been hidden since the creation.”” Matthew 13:34-35 LEB “Listen, O my people, to my teaching. Incline your ears to the words of my mouth. I will offer a parable with my mouth. I will pour out riddles from long ago, that we have heard and known, and our ancestors have told us. We will not hide them from their children, telling the next generation the praises of Yahweh, and his power and his wonders that he has done.” Psalms 78:1-4 LEB 32.) “Then Pharisees and scribes came to Jesus from Jerusalem, saying, “Why do your disciples break the tradition of the elders? For they do not wash their hands when they eat a meal.” So he answered and said to them, “Why do you also break the commandment of God because of your tradition? For God said, ‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and ‘The one who speaks evil of father or mother must certainly die.’ But you say, ‘Whoever says to his father or his mother, “Whatever benefit you would have received from me is a gift to God,” need not honor his father,’ and you make void the word of God for the sake of your tradition. Hypocrites! Isaiah correctly prophesied about you saying,” Matthew 15:1-7 LEB “Honor your father and your mother, so that your days can be long on the land that Yahweh your God is giving you.” Exodus 20:12 LEB “Honor your father and your mother, as Yahweh your God commanded you, so that it will be good for you in the land that Yahweh your God is giving to you.” Deuteronomy 5:16 LEB “And one who curses his father or his mother will surely be put to death.” Exodus 21:17 LEB “If there is anyone who curses his father or his mother, he shall surely be put to death; he has cursed his father and his mother—his blood is upon him.” Leviticus 20:9 LEB Our Father Is AMAZING. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.” Jesus said to them, “Have you understood all these things?” They said to Him, “Yes, Lord.” Matthew 13:45-51 Just wanted to take a moment and Thank God Above for all the faithful mothers out there. I know that God has used my mother as a powerful influence in my life to not only keep the faith, but to help it grow immensely as well. May The God of All Good bless each and every one of you wonderful mothers out there. Keep up the good work. And to my mother....... I Love You So Much More than you could ever imagine... not as much as Our Father, but He has certainly "filled my cup" to overflowing with Love, Appreciation, and a calling to honor you for the magnificent woman of God that you are. Love you Mom. 😊😘🙌
To All The Mothers out there and especially mine: May Our Father Bless You and Keep You, May Our Father Shine His Face Upon You, and be Gracious To You. May Our Father Lift You Up With His Countenance, and Bring You Shalom (Divine Peace). Good Morning Sunday... Our Father who art in heaven, please take Your day and use us, Your humble servants, for Your Good and Perfect Will. Father give us the Grace and Peace Only found in You and in Your Son Jesus Christ, Our King and Messiah. We ask this in Yeshua, Jesus Christ Name. Amen. - Honoring Your Father and Mother - The First Commandment With A Promise For Instruction: The way we treat, speak about, and talk to our parents can often be a revealing measure of our attitude towards Our Father in Heaven. Some may use the argument: "well, God is Perfect and my parents are not." Because Yahweh has commanded us to honor our mother and father, regardless if their worthiness, this indeed becomes a measure of how we are responding to God's Command, and in turn our honor of Him, Our Heavenly Father. Let us take a moment to contemplate how we could honor our parents this week. May we let this command teach us to honor God because He is Our Father (Mal 1:6). For Giving Thanks: For parents, the fact that God doesn't make the honor we are to receive based on performance... we should be thankful! For children who have parents that seem difficult to love and honor, let us be thankful for the promises attached to this commandment. It is to help motivate and give us strength (Eph 6:2). Those of us who are fortunate enough to have parents whom are easy to love and honor, let us be thankful to God for this gift, godly parents, and wonderful examples. For Confession: Let us confess to Our Father in Heaven any ill feelings, anger, resent, and the such that may be hiding in our hearts toward our parents. Tell God any ways that we may have failed to honor our parents. Ask God to cleanse your mind and heart from these negative things and give us a heart and mind that will be able to honor them, because when we do... we Honor Our Father The Creator of All Things and show our deep appreciation for His Mercy towards us. For Prayer: Dear Father, we come to you today with humble and contrite hearts and ask that you give us the ability and desire to honor our parents, because we know in turn, it honors You. We thank you for the parents you have given us, for we know you give us our parents to teach us specific lessons about life. We know we are not perfect and you have forgiven us for so much. We ask you now to help us remember this and offer the mercy you have given us, to our parents when they may fall short. We thank you Father for the gift of our parents, for giving them to us, and for giving us to them. Help us to honor them as you see fit, not as we do, and help us to realize how you want us to honor them. Father, please help us to be the kind of follower that Your Son Yeshua, Jesus Christ is leading us to be. Help us to live up to that calling and honor our parents as you see it due. And Father, we ask this not only because You Are Righteous, Just, and we know Your Commands Are Life, but also so that our children will find it easy to honor us as their parents. We Love You, We Thank You, We Praise You, and we ask all these things in the Mighty Name of Your Son Yeshua, Jesus Christ. Amen. |
