Good Morning Thankful For El Roi Thursday… (Counting of The Omer Day 11)
FATHER GOD, THANK YOU FOR this new day. Grant us the serenity to accept the things we cannot change, the courage to change the things we can, and THE WISDOM to know the difference. Abba, help us TO LIVE one day at a time, ENJOYING one moment at a TIME; ACCEPTING hardship as a pathway to PEACE; taking, AS YESHUA (JESUS) DID, this sinful world as it is, not as we would have it; TRUSTING that YOU will make all things right if we surrender to Your Mighty Will; so that we may be reasonably happy in this temporary life and supremely happy with You FOREVER in the next Eternal Life. We ask these things Father IN Your Salvation's Name, YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST The King. AMEN! - The God Who Sees Us - El Roi: He Sees Us From Heaven And Rewards Our Faith! As humans we are laden with limitations that Our Father In Heaven is not. We can't see the future and The Bible is explicit that we should not seek out those who say they can. These people in The Bible are called "mediums" and we are to stay away. The Bible gives us many reasons to stay away from these people. I believe the biggest reason is because we are suppose to trust in Our Father to provide, protect, discipline, Love, and do what is right for us. If we knew the future, we would run the risk of becoming prideful, crafty, or completely abandon the fact that we need Our Father and All He Offers. In The Gospel Message, particularly Mark Chapter 5, we meet a character name Jairus. Jairus was "one of the rulers of the synagogue" and was obviously a man with status and position. Although he was a man of position, all we see is a desperate dad begging Our Savior Yeshua to heal his daughter. During the journey to get to Jairus's daughter we read that "some came" from Jairus's house and proclaimed "your daughter is dead. Why trouble The Teacher any longer." Now had this been just a regular man or a "medium" that Jairus was speaking to, the story may have ended there, but as we know, he was talking to Jesus Christ, not an ordinary man, but God Incarnate In The Flesh. The words that Our Savior spoke next are the basis of our entire faith: "Do not be afraid; only believe." Many times our faith begins by rejecting what people around us are saying. After all, we do not live "by sight, but by faith (2 Corinthians 5:7)." We all have a choice to believe others or believe Our Father and Savior, God Almighty. Jairus chose the “better part (Luke 10:42).” Jairus's faith in The Messiah, Our Savior, earned him a daughter who was brought back to Life. Our Savior not only healed the little 12 year old girl, but brought glory and praise to Our Father. Mark it down! (Pun Intended) Faith heals! Our Father knows that we are, especially while here on earth, spiritually blind, especially compared to Him. Our Father knows that living by faith and not by sight are counterintuitive to what we learn growing up in this fallen world, and it does not come naturally. Maybe that is one reason Jesus raised Jairus's daughter from the dead. Our Savior didn't do it for the girl, certainly she was better off "sleeping" than in this cruel world, but He did it for those that witnessed the miracle, and for us. Yeshua, Jesus Christ The King, was trying to teach us that even if we cannot "see" the future, He Does. Our Father and Savior knows when we are trusting in Him, and for our own good, He tells us not to trust in fortune tellers, but rather Trust In Him. Fortune tellers can do us no good. Trust in The Creator of All Things heals not only our loved ones, but also pulls us out of the despair of mourning death. When we trust in Him... Our Father Sees From Heaven and Rewards Our Faith! Praise Yahweh Yeshua! God Bless Every One. Have a Great Faith-Filled Day! The Word of YHWH (Yahweh/LORD/God/Elohim): “Now when Jesus had crossed over again by boat to the other side, a great multitude gathered to Him; and He was by the sea. And behold, one of the rulers of the synagogue came, Jairus by name. And when he saw Him, he fell at His feet and begged Him earnestly, saying, “My little daughter lies at the point of death. Come and lay Your hands on her, that she may be healed, and she will live.” So Jesus went with him, and a great multitude followed Him and thronged Him. While He was still speaking, some came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house who said, “Your daughter is dead. Why trouble the Teacher any further?” As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue, “Do not be afraid; only believe.” And He permitted no one to follow Him except Peter, James, and John the brother of James. Then He came to the house of the ruler of the synagogue, and saw a tumult and those who wept and wailed loudly. When He came in, He said to them, “Why make this commotion and weep? The child is not dead, but sleeping.” And they ridiculed Him. But when He had put them all outside, He took the father and the mother of the child, and those who were with Him, and entered where the child was lying. Then He took the child by the hand, and said to her, “Talitha, cumi,” which is translated, “Little girl, I say to you, arise.” Immediately the girl arose and walked, for she was twelve years of age. And they were overcome with great amazement.” Mark 5:21-24, 35-42 “For we WALK BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT.” II Corinthians 5:7 “For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.” Mark 11:23-24 “But the Lord answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things! But few things are necessary, or only one thing, for Mary has chosen THE BETTER PART, which will not be taken away from her.”” Luke 10:41-42 “Do you have faith? Have it to yourself before God. Happy is he who does not condemn himself in what he approves.” Romans 14:22 “And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” John 11:26 “Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen The Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us The Father’? Do you not believe that I Am in The Father, and The Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but The Father who dwells in Me does the works. Believe Me that I Am in The Father and The Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves.” John 14:9-11 Please leave any questions, comments, insights, Biblical Nuggets, encouragement, prayer requests, or thoughts in the comments below.

Good Morning The Way Everlasting Wednesday (Counting of The Omer Day 10)...
We give thanks unto You, Our Father In Heaven, that, in mercy, You have restored our souls within us. Endless is Your Compassion; great is Your Faithfulness. We thank You, God Almighty, for the rest You have given us through the night and for Your Holy Breath, Your Holy Spirit, that renews our bodies and spirit. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s Beautiful Name we pray. Amen. - THE WAY EVERLASTING: We All Need A Rescue Sometimes... From Ourselves “Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in THE WAY EVERLASTING.” Psalms 139:23-24 Pray this prayer for yourself and you may be asking for some uncomfortable “Come To Yeshua” moments. Our Father, God Almighty, goes to Shining His Light On the recesses of your soul, and it can be guaranteed... we all will squirm a little. But it is good! Trust that, once Our Father shows us our hidden sins and exposes our blindness, we all want A Savior. The fact that we were so duped, and by ourselves nonetheless, is incredibly scary. Once our fraudulent egos are exposed, we want A Savior. This Savior, God Himself, will save us from our sinful self deceptions, our fraudulent egos, and a myriad of other evils, if we but submit to His Mercy. It is amazing the spiritual cleansing that can come from an honest and humble confession. It is downright... Powerful. And... it is absolutely vital in a healthy spiritual relationship with God Our Father, and therefore vital to our Spiritual Lives. When we come before The King of The Universe, The One True, Living, and Holy God of All Things, with a humbled heart and a humble spirit... He Responds. Your Father will Draw Near, He Will Hear You, He Will Work On Your Soul, He Will Rescue You, and He Will Transform You By The Renewing of Your Mind (Romans 12:2). Something To Always Remember: The Holy God and King of The Universe Who Wields A Razor Sharp Double Edged Sword For Souls, He Is... Still Our Father. Our Father Loves Us Infinitely. Our Father Does His Work In Love. He Is A Complete And Total Gentleman. He Is Gentle, Tender, and His Mercies Are New Each Morning. OUR FATHER CAN BE TRUSTED... COMPLETELY. He Is The One Who Teaches us about our mixed up hearts, and He Is Truly, Maybe The Only One, Who Can Ever Be Completely Trusted With Our Hearts. So what do you say? Shall we pray this prayer? It is definitely something that we need to do as followers of Yeshua, Jesus Christ. Then after we have prayed... all we need to do is Trust Our Father To Answer: “Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in THE WAY EVERLASTING.” Psalms 139:23-24 NIV “Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. And see if there is in me the worship of false gods, and lead me in THE WAY EVERLASTING.” Psalms 139:23-24 LEB “Search me, O Ěl, and know my heart; Try me, and know my thoughts; And see if an idolatrous way is in me, And lead me in THE WAY EVERLASTING.” Tehillim (Psalms) 139:23-24 TS2009 “Examine me, God, and know my heart; test me, and know my thoughts. See if there is in me any hurtful way, and lead me along THE ETERNAL WAY.” Tehillim (Psa) 139:23-24 CJB “The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh) Is Good, A Stronghold in the day of trouble; And He knows those who trust in Him.” Nahum 1:7 NKJV “Yahweh Is Good—A Refuge in The Day of Distress; He Knows those who take refuge in Him.” Nahum 1:7 LEB “And His Mercy is for generation after generation to those who fear Him.” Luke 1:50 LEB “It is because of The Lord’s (Yahweh’s ) Loving Kindnesses that we are not consumed, because His mercies don’t fail. They are NEW EVERY MORNING. Great is Your Faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23 WMB “For I Am The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh), I do not change; Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob.” Malachi 3:6 NKJV Please leave any questions, comments, insights, Biblical Nuggets, encouragement, prayer requests, or thoughts in the comments below. Good Morning Prophet Talk Tuesday...
Father thank You for this NEW DAY. Thank You for the air that fills our lungs. Thank You for giving us rest and rejuvenation. We ask forgiveness for our trespasses against You, and we ask for help forgiving others who have trespassed against us. CREATE IN US A CLEAN HEART AND RENEW IN US A STEADFAST SPIRIT ABBA. HELP US TO FEED THE SPIRIT, AND STARVE THE FLESH. IN YOUR SON YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST’s Mighty Name we praise You and ask these things. AMEN! A big thank you to our late Brother, John W. Ritenbaugh, and berean.org for today’s devotion. "Now the Bereans were more noble-minded than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if these teachings were true." Acts 17:11 Good morning Brothers and Sisters. Yesterday, we took a look into The Prophet Habakkuk in the series “What Are The Prophets Saying?.” After releasing the devotion, this Berean.org devotion came through my email. Our Late Brother, John Ritenbaugh, gave an apt answer to the aforementioned series question “What Are The Prophets Saying?” in this breakdown of Habakkuk 2:4-5. It was insightful, edifying, and since Habakkuk is still fresh on the mind this servant thought it would be good to “strike while the iron is hot,” so to speak. Hope you enjoy and God Bless you all! — A Berean Breakdown: Motivated To A Higher Standard - Habakkuk 2:4-5 "Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith. "Indeed, because he transgresses by wine, He is a proud man, And he does not stay at home. Because he enlarges his desire as hell, And he is like death, and cannot be satisfied, He gathers to himself all nations And heaps up for himself all peoples.” Habakkuk 2:4-5 If we look at this in reverse, is it not saying that the proud are going to die? But the just will live by faith. Indeed, the just are humble. The contrast goes unstated, but it is nonetheless there, between the just person and the proud person. The just person submits to God by faith. This is written in a way that indicates that the proud cannot live by faith. A proud person will live by his desires rather than in faith, humbly submitting to God. His desire is not to submit to God. Why? Because the spiritual qualities that the spirit in man can generate are essentially confined to the things of men: sight, sound, touch, hearing, and smelling—and being "tuned in" to demonic influences (Ephesians 2:2). Man's spirit is earthly; it has fleshly conceptions that never quite grasp the right, that is, godly concept. With all of his intelligence, man never quite puts The Word of God together correctly. He always misses it, and the miss may be as good as a mile. His relationship with God never quite has the proper footing. The proud meet with God more or less as equals, which is not a right basis. Paul writes in Romans 7:18, "For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh) nothing good dwells." How can godly faith be generated from something in which is nothing good? How can godly righteousness come from something that has no good in it? How can anything that is godly—that leads to salvation and can be taken through the resurrection into The Kingdom of God—come from a spirit that is not holy? What do we have that we have not received (I Corinthians 4:7)? What, then, do we have to be proud about? In the humble person is a proper recognition and acceptance of the fact that he is totally dependent on God for everything that can be taken through the resurrection. Does not Jesus say in John 15:5, "For without Me you can do nothing"? The things of The Spirit of God are concerned with unseen things—things the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, hands cannot sense. They are heavenly things, spiritual things. We look for a city whose builder and maker is God (Hebrews 11:10). Our faith is in promises that have not yet materialized. Faith in these promises can make great demands on us, ones that we would never submit to or ever meet but for The Gifts of God's Spirit. God's Spirit gives direction to our lives, motivating us to live by standards that we would never otherwise live by. Please leave any questions, comments, insights, Biblical Nuggets, encouragement, prayer requests, or thoughts in the comments below. Good Morning Habakkuk-Minding-The-Word-Monday...
FATHER thank You for THIS NEW DAY. As You WALK WITH US today, please KEEP US FOCUSED ON YOUR TRUTH. Please continue to FILL OUR HEARTS & MINDS WITH YOUR PEACE and straighten the paths before us. ABBA, HELP US TO BRING FORTH YOUR WORD whatever we may face, STANDING FIRM, SETTING OUR “FACES LIKE FLINT,” LIKE YOUR SERVANT HABAKKUK AND OUR PERFECT EXAMPLE YESHUA. Everyday, we ask you to HELP US TO SEE OUR SINs, REPENT from them, CONFESS them, AND BE CLEANSED BY YOUR MIGHTY RIGHT HAND. IN YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST’s Glorious and Mighty Name we ask these things Father. AMEN! - What Are The Prophets Saying? The Prophet Habakkuk There are so many times I have found myself discouraged, confused, or frustrated and wasn't sure where to turn in The Bible to find an answer to my woes. Almost without exception, wherever I turned in The Word to find my answer, whether I started in The Gospel or Genesis, I usually ended up at The Prophets. The prophets have not only a wealth of prophecy, messages of repentance, amazing stories of triumph, encouragement, and wonderful messages for us all as a Bible-Believing-Family, but they also contain a wealth of messages for each and every one of us personally. This is literally God Speaking To Us! Just as Jesus Himself Spoke, so too did The Prophets Speak His Word🔥🍞. Our Father and Yeshua, Jesus Christ, so loved us that He never stopped sending loyal servants, again and again, to give all of us together and individually messages, over and over. Remember the Parable of the Vineyard Owner (Matt 21:33-46)? The Master sent His Servants, which the people beat or killed (Prophets), then The Master (Our Father, Yahweh) Sends His Son (Yeshua, Jesus) thinking the people renting his land will be more amiable... they weren't. In fact, they killed Him thinking that they would receive "the inheritance." Does this story sound familiar or what? Our Savior Was, Is, and Always Will Be The Smartest Person Of All Time. For this reason...these parables, and The Word of God Spoken Through The Prophets, should be carefully studied. Within this Ancient Wise Parable that Yeshua Spoke, we find The Prophets of God (Servants) came before He (The Master/Our Father) Sent His Son (Yeshua). With that in mind, let us take a look today at what Habakkuk, A Prophet of Yahweh (YHWH), God Himself, and Our Savior is trying to relay to "all of us" and "each of us" in today's Scriptures. Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, we humbly come before you today to receive Your Word and Your Message. As we read passages from Your Servant Habakkuk, please open our hearts and minds to what you are trying to tell us as a group, and what you are saying to us individually. You are Mighty Father and we know You Have Left Us, In Your Word, Messages of Encouragement, Discipline, Repentance, Reconciliation, Salvation, Shalom (Peace), Warning, and Love for Your Children. We thank You! Let us come before You today as Your Children and enjoy Our Daily Bread With You, Abba (Father). We Love You And Praise You Father. In Yeshua, Jesus Christ Mighty Name We Pray. Amen! The Word of God: The Book of Habakkuk, A Prophet of God Almighty (El Shaddai), Yahweh, and The Savior of The World, Yeshua Jesus Christ: “Look among the nations and watch— Be utterly astounded! For I will work a work in your days Which you would not believe, though it were told you.” Habakkuk 1:5 “Are You not from everlasting, O LORD (YHVH , Yahweh) my God, my Holy One? We shall not die. O LORD (YHVH, Yahweh), You have appointed them for judgment; O Rock, You have marked them for correction. You are of purer eyes than to behold evil, And cannot look on wickedness. Why do You look on those who deal treacherously, And hold Your tongue when the wicked devours A person more righteous than he?” Habakkuk 1:12-13 “I will stand my watch And set myself on the rampart, And watch to see what He will say to me, And what I will answer when I am corrected.” Habakkuk 2:1 “For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry. “Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith.” Habakkuk 2:3-4 “Woe to him who builds a town with bloodshed, Who establishes a city by iniquity!” Habakkuk 2:12 “Behold, is it not of The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh) of Hosts That the peoples labor to feed the fire, And nations weary themselves in vain? For the earth will be filled With The Knowledge of The Glory of The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh), As the waters cover the sea.” Habakkuk 2:13-14 “God came from Teman, The Holy One from Mount Paran. Selah His Glory covered the heavens, And the earth was full of His Praise. His Brightness was like The Light; He had rays flashing from His Hand, And there His Power was hidden.” Habakkuk 3:3-4 “He stood and measured the earth; He looked and startled the nations. And the everlasting mountains were scattered, The perpetual hills bowed. His Ways Are Everlasting.” Habakkuk 3:6 “You marched through the land in indignation; You trampled the nations in anger. You went forth for The Salvation of Your People, For Salvation with Your Anointed. You struck the head from the house of the wicked, By laying bare from foundation to neck. Selah” Habakkuk 3:12-13 “Though the fig tree may not blossom, Nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail, And the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, And there be no herd in the stalls— Yet I will rejoice in The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh), I will joy in The God of My Salvation. The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) God is My Strength; He will make my feet like deer’s feet, And He will make me walk on my high hills. To the Chief Musician. With my stringed instruments.” Habakkuk 3:17-19 Please leave any questions, comments, insights, Biblical Nuggets, encouragement, prayer requests, or thoughts in the comments below. The beasts of the field also cry out to You, For the water brooks are dried up, And fire has devoured the open pastures.” Joel 1:19-20 “Blow the trumpet in Zion, And sound an alarm in My Holy Mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; For the day of The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh) is coming, For it is at hand: A day of darkness and gloominess, A day of clouds and thick darkness, Like the morning clouds spread over the mountains. A people come, great and strong, The like of whom has never been; Nor will there ever be any such after them, Even for many successive generations. A fire devours before them, And behind them a flame burns; The land is like The Garden of Eden before them, And behind them a desolate wilderness; Surely nothing shall escape them.” Joel 2:1-3 “And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days. “And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: Blood and fire and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before The Coming of The Great and Awesome Day of The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh).” Joel 2:28-31 “And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh) Shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, As The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh) has said, Among The Remnant whom The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh) calls.” Joel 2:32 “It will happen that whoever will call on Yahweh’s Name shall be saved; for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be those who escape, as Yahweh Has Said, and among The Remnant, those whom Yahweh calls.” Joel 2:32 “For behold, in those days and at that time, When I bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; And I will enter into judgment with them there On account of My people, My heritage Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also divided up My land.” Joel 3:1-2 “Let the nations be wakened, and come up to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; For there I will sit to judge all the surrounding nations. Put in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe. Come, go down; For the winepress is full, The vats overflow— For their wickedness is great.” Joel 3:12-13 “The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh) also will roar from Zion, And utter His voice from Jerusalem; The heavens and earth will shake; But The LORD (YHVH, Yahweh) will be a shelter for His people, And the strength of the children of Israel.” Joel 3:16 “But Judah will be inhabited forever, and Jerusalem for all generations. I will cleanse their bloodguilt that I did not cleanse, for Yahweh is dwelling in Zion.” Joel 3:20-21 Please leave any questions, comments, insights, Biblical Nuggets, encouragement, prayer requests, or thoughts in the comments below. Good Morning Faith-Filled Friday (Preparation Day)...
Father, be with us when we share Your Words and help us to “season our speech” with all. Be with us in the big moments, the little moments, the in-between moments, and uncertain ones. Thank You that You Are, “…not a God of disorder but of Peace” (1 Corinthians 14:33) and that Your Peace, “Transcends All Understanding, (and) Will Guard (our) hearts and (our) minds in Yeshua, Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:7). Thank You for teaching us these things. We Love You! In Yeshua, Jesus Christ’s Name we pray. Thank You Yeshua. Amen. - Always Be Be With Grace, Seasoning Our Speech With Salt… To All “Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.” Colossians 4:5-6 When we first read this text it would be easy to assume Our Father is telling us through Paul to "season with salt" our speech only to those who haven't heard The Good News. While in verse 5 it does speak of "walking in wisdom towards those who are outside," we need only look in the next sentence where it says let your speech "Always" be with grace. Therefore, we must accept that this is also applicable when speaking to those whom we know have heard and accepted Yeshua, Jesus Christ, as their Savior. It is a fact, none of us has all the answers, only Our Father In Heaven Has All The Answers. Who is to say that one of our Brothers and Sisters doesn't need to hear something wonderful that Our Father has shown us along our journey? With that said, this may be the exact place where we need a little extra "salt seasoning" of our speech. While that Brother or Sister we are speaking with may need to hear a word which we have been given, it is all about how you say it as to whether they will accept it or not. We can't force anyone to accept that which we have been shown, but we can present it, or "plant the seed," and let that seed soak into the good soil we know is there. Then Our Father In Heaven will “give the increase” (1 Corinthians 3:6-8) when we water that seed. Often we can be careless with our words. It is just so easy to speak without “seasoning our words with salt,” especially when we assume someone has picked up on the particular revelation we have received. But sometimes, if not presented wise, the revelation can lead to an intense battle within that person that could be a major stumbling block… a stumbling block which could have been avoided with a little "salt seasoning" of our words and just a little mindfulness. You never know, you might have just the right answer for a Brother's or Sister's question/situation, but it may do no good to share this answer if not presented with Love and Mindfulness of where our Brother or Sister are at in their walk. May we all be mindful of those in need of The Word whether they are lifetime followers of Yeshua, Jesus Christ, or those hearing The Good News for the first time. We all have an opportunity everyday to make a difference, and we can all produce a bountiful fruit crop for Our Heavenly Father and King if we but use Wisdom, Sensibility, and “Always Be Be With Grace, Seasoning Our Speech With Salt… To All.” May we all "Let our speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that we may know how we ought to answer each one.” (Colossians 4:6) Prayer: Dear Father God, please be with others as we share Your Knowledge, and help us to make the most of the opportunities You place in front of us. Help us to share Your Good News with Love, Kindness, Meekness, and an attitude of Humility where all may accept it, those in the household of faith and those outside. Help us to also see when we are wrong and accept the correction of our Brother's and Sister's who are bringing us Truth. Help us to “Always Be Be With Grace, Seasoning Our Speech With Salt… To All;” those who haven't been introduced to Your Salvation, as well as those Brother's and Sister's who are already Walking With You. We ask this in The Name of Your Mighty Salvation Himself, Yeshua, Jesus Christ Our King. Amen. Extra Fuel For The Soul: “A soft answer turns away wrath, But a harsh word stirs up anger. The tongue of the wise uses knowledge rightly, But the mouth of fools pours forth foolishness. The eyes of The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) are in every place, Keeping watch on the evil and the good.” Proverbs 15:1-3 “He who corrects a scoffer gets shame for himself, And he who rebukes a wicked man only harms himself. Do not correct a scoffer, lest he hate you; Rebuke a wise man, and he will love you. Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser; Teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.” Proverbs 9:7-9 “Debate your case with your neighbor, And do not disclose the secret to another; Lest he who hears it expose your shame, And your reputation be ruined. A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold In settings of silver.” Proverbs 25:9-11 “So then, as we have opportunity, let’s do what is good toward all men, and especially toward those who are of the household of the faith.” Galatians 6:10 “To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven:” Ecclesiastes 3:1 Please leave any questions, comments, insights, Biblical Nuggets, encouragement, prayer requests, or thoughts in the comments below. Good Morning Thirsty For The Word Thursday (Counting of The Omer Day 4)!…
Father Thank You for this NEW Day. Please grant us TRUTH, WISDOM, DISCERNMENT, UNDERSTANDING, and KNOWLEDGE. Father we ask this so that we will not be conformed to this world, but TRANSFORMED by the renewing of our MINDS. IN YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST'S Name we pray. Amen! - Our Father, God Almighty’s Promises… The Way and Fear Not This World! Did you know that “fear not,” “be not afraid,” or other variations about “not having fear” are given 365 times in The Bible? One for each day of the year. Isn’t that amazing? Our Father and Savior gave us amazing little clues and treasures in The Bible, just to let us know The Word Is Divine And Is Written By Him. When we “search this out” we find undeniable proof of this Divine Writing. This is just one of the seemingly infinite ways Our One True And Living Savior affirms us in our faith. Today, let’s talk about that. As we have discussed before, the way we think can “make us or break us.” Our thoughts can lead us in many directions. One of the directions our thoughts can lead us in is fear in this life and of this world. In Genesis 31:31 we see a great example of Jacob’s thoughts leading him to fear of this world, via man. Let’s take a look: “Then Jacob answered and said to Laban, “Because I was afraid, for I said, ‘Perhaps you would take your daughters from me by force.’” Genesis 31:31 Now, let’s answer two questions for ourselves: 1.) Do you have a problem you are currently facing where you have fear? 2.) Are you feeling anxious or desperate about something? Well, if you answered yes to either of those questions, Our Kind and Loving Father tells us: “Seek The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh) while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to The LORD (God, Yahweh, YHWH), And He will have mercy on him; And to Our God, For He will abundantly pardon. “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says The LORD (YHWH, Yahweh). “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts. “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, So shall My Word be that goes forth from My Mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:6-11 Fire Bread I tell you! 🔥🍞 Let’s highlight verse 8. Our Father tells us that His Thoughts are not our thoughts, nor are His Ways our ways. He Loves us enough to let us know He Has A Way! This “Way” is ALWAYS “The Better Part.” Our way is, well… highly flawed to say the least. Redemption and learning His Way, The Way, is available for anyone who would seek Him. If we make this choice, Our Father let’s us know that we can, “Fear not.” We aren’t going to figure everything completely out, because we can’t think like Him, so we must rely on Him. When we do rely on Our Father In Heaven, there is one thing that we can be completely sure of... He’s Got This! Have faith, remember His Promises, and follow His Way… The Way. After all, He Is... El Shaddia (God Almighty). 🔥 And don’t forget, in case you are left wondering: “What is His Way, Servant?” His Way is Yeshua, Jesus Christ, The Way, The Truth, and The Life. Our Savior, God’s Son, Our Messiah Is… The Only One To Ever Follow Our Father’s Way… PERFECTLY. We can ALWAYS use Yeshua’s Example… He Is The Way. Now, back to our questions. Are you thinking in patterns that cause you fear? Are you feeling desperate? Think about this: Your Father Is The God of Your Destiny. Your Father, God In Heaven, Is The God of The Promise. Our Father Can, and Will, Bring You Into Victory over whatever it is you are facing, and you need not fear. We are Jacob, Israel, therefore, we are children of The Promise! Today, if you are facing difficulties, fear, or really anything else, may I suggest grabbing your Bible, finding a quiet spot, and spending some time in The Word of God. Remember, Yeshua, The Way, begins in Genesis, and finishes in Revelation. Spend some time with Him in thought, reflection, and prayer. Think about the MANY Promises of Our Father. The Bible is chock-full of His Promises and He is ready to fulfill them for His Children. Learn them and remember them. If you let Him, He Will Put His Ruach Ha’kodesh, His Holy Spirit, In Your Heart, Your Mind, and The Holy Spirit Will Make His Word Come Alive. After that... your thoughts will never be the same. As Our Father wrote it through His servant Paul, “Be Transformed! (Romans 12:2)” May we all direct our thoughts towards Him Who Sits On High, Our Father, The God of All Creation, Yeshua, The Way, and think thoughts that never bring us to fear, but “Life, and Life more abundantly. (John 10:10)” Truthfully, the only “fear” we should have is of Our Father, because that “fear” is Life, Wisdom, Wealth, Honor, Life, and… The Way. Can I get a witness?! Absolutely… Here are Three!: “And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him Who Is Able To Destroy Both Soul and Body in hell. Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s Will. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.” Matthew 10:28-31 “The result of humility and The Fear of Yahweh is wealth, honor, and Life.” Proverbs 22:4 “The Fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. The Knowledge of The Holy One is understanding.” Proverbs 9:10 We are called by The King of All Creation to walk in freedom from the kind of fear this world and life produce. That kind of fear is a snare from the enemy. Today, let’s choose to believe “Our Father, God Almighty’s Promises… The Way, and Fear Not This World! God Bless Everybody. May The Grace and Peace of YHWH, Our Father In Heaven, and His Son, Our LORD and Savior, Yeshua Ha’Mashiach, Jesus Christ, be upon you all. Good Morning Wednesday of The Feast of Unleavened Bread (Day 7/7)(Counting of The Omer Day 3)!…
FATHER thank You for MAKING this NEW day. We ask that you OPEN our HEARTS and MINDS to the infinite TRUTH, GRACE, WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE, and MERCY SUPPLIED to us in YOUR WORD, OUR ALMIGHTY GOD. In YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST's Holy Name we pray. Amen. Good morning Brothers and Sisters. Our Father In Heaven is doing some amazing things right now, as always, and due to an influx of Brothers and Sisters waking up to The Truth, it seems very appropriate to share this devotion, especially on this last day of The Feast of Unleavened Bread. In witnessing and discipling throughout this “Unleavened” Week, this “Unleavened” message has come up a few times. So that these Brothers and Sister who are New In Christ can have it solidified in their New and Transforming Minds, this servant shares it with joy in his heart. This is one of the very first devotions Servant of Yeshua 7 wrote, and this may be its final publishing, so please share with others and strike up a conversation with someone about The King and all His Amazing Mysteries! :-) This servants prayer is that it is as uplifting, informative, and encouraging as it was when it was first written. God Bless each and everyone of you on the other side of this screen, your families, and all those who are in your prayers. Happy 7th Day of The Feast of Unleavened Bread. Love you all very much! May the Grace and Peace of God Our Father In Heaven and Our King and Savior Yeshua, Jesus Christ, be upon you all. Have a wonderful rest of your week and New Beginning after The Festival… and may Our Mighty Mighty Father and God Bless You All! Limited Time Only! *The English Transliteration From Hebrew will be in Parentheses. The words will be: 1.)”God” or God’s Proper Name = Yahweh (YHWH - Meaning “I Am”) 2.)Salvation = Yeshua 3.)Holy Spirit = Ruach Ha'Kodesh 1st A Simple Bible Reading that will only take 7.99 seconds! Love it or Your Money Back!...Guaranteed!!! “KNOWING THIS FIRST, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God (YHWH or Yahweh) spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit (Ruach Ha'Kodesh).” II Peter 1:20-21 NKJV “recognizing this ABOVE ALL, that every prophecy of scripture does not come about from one’s own interpretation, for no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men carried along by The Holy Spirit (Ruach Ha’Kodesh) spoke from God (YHWH or Yahweh).” 2 Peter 1:20-21 LEB Here is a passage that teaches, when we read Scripture, what we are reading does not merely come from a man,...but from God (Yahweh), The Almighty Creator. Wouldn't it be an easy thing for Him to make sure His Book was written correctly? Obvious answer, right? The Bible is the writing of many different men, but it is also far more than that. Yes, men spoke. They spoke with their own language and style, but Peter mentions two other dimensions of their speaking. First, they spoke from God (Yahweh). What they have to say is not merely from their own limited perspective. They are not the origin of The Truth they speak of; they are the vessel and mouth pieces for God (Yahweh) . The Salvation (Yeshua) and Truth they speak of is God's Truth. Their Meaning is God's Meaning. Second, not only is what they spoke from God (Yahweh), but how they spoke it is controlled by The Holy Spirit (Ruach Ha'Kodesh). Men, moved by The Holy Spirit (Ruach Ha'Kodesh), spoke from God. God did not simply reveal The Truth (we know who The Truth is 😃🙌) to the writers of Scripture and then depart in hopes that they might communicate it accurately. Peter says that in the very communicating of it they were carried by The Holy Spirit (Ruach Ha'Kodesh) and spoke From God. The making of The Bible was not left to merely human skills of communication; God's Salvation The Holy Spirit (Yahweh Yeshua Ruach Ha'Kodesh) carried the process to completion. But That's Not All!!! Amazingly enough, if you take our Hebrew study words for today and put them in the order, the same as in our last sentence above - Yahweh Yeshua Ruach Ha'Kodesh - the literal english translation means... ready for this?... I Am Salvation The Holy Breath of God. Wow! Sounds like One Being Doesn't It? Shema (Behold) Israel! But wait, There's More!!! Yeshua, which is the Hebrew word for Salvation and also Jesus's Name in His native tongue... That is the word written every single place in the ancient text where you find the word “Salvation.” So thousands of years before Jesus, Yeshua, even came to visit, they were saying His Name every time they spoke of The Salvation of God. The Yeshua (Salvation) of Yahweh (I Am), The Son of God. Amazingly enough Yeshua means “Yahweh Is Salvation” (See Picture Verses). Wow again!!! Since You Were One of The First 500 Readers, We Are About To Double Your Offer!!! Take Those 3 Hebrew Words, Which Are All 3 Names of God, and put Them in any order: Yahweh Yeshua Ruach Ha'Kodesh 1.) An Unleavened Berean Breakdown: The Essence of Love and A Sense of Well-Being - Luke 15:13-174/11/2023 Good Morning Tuesday of The Feast of Unleavened Bread (Day 6/7)(Counting of The Omer Day 2)!
Thank You FATHER for this NEW DAY. HELP US to live aware, to choose wisely, to stay close to You, and “PASSOVER” FROM our old lives of SIN AND DEATH into Your New Life for us, and INTO YOUR TRUTH. Help us to be as YOUR LIVING BREAD “UNLEAVENED BREAD” that represents YOUR SON & OUR KING and His SINLESS, PERFECT Life. Thank You for YOUR GREAT SACRIFICIAL LOVE AND MERCY! Thank You that SANCTIFY US, You DELIVER US, You REDEEM US, and YOU RESTORE US as represented in Your Passover Meal and Your Parable of The Prodigal Son. We come to You TODAY, choosing to walk in YOUR LOVE, PRESENCE, AND LIGHT. IN YESHUA, JESUS CHRIST’s Name we pray. AMEN! Happy Tuesday and The sixth day of The Feast of Unleavened Bread everybody. Passover began last Wednesday evening and that was the beginning of The Festival Unleavened Bread. With all the wonderful things happening during Passover and The Feast of Unleavened Bread, it had me thinking... “How Mighty is The Sacrificial Love our God and Father showed us 2000 years ago on The Passover?!” He became The Passover Lamb, He was sacrificed for us, and He made sure that we were forgiven from the transgressions that would have, without a doubt, kept us out of His Kingdom. Because of Yeshua Our Teacher, He welcomes us with open arms. Praise God Almighty for making The Way! For forgiving our sins! For treating us like, not only His children, but children He Loves So Much… That He Would Give His Own Life. What unimaginable Kindness, Mercy, and Compassion He has for us! The Love of God… HOW MAGNIFICENT!… this is what was swimming in this servants thoughts. Mindful of this, it led me from praise and humility to a place of deep reverence. It really is almost unimaginable, if not for Our Father’s Spirit, the magnitude of what He has done for us. Today as we prepare to celebrate the last two days of Unleavened Bread, just as we removed the leaven from our homes (remove sinful ways from our life), with gratitude in our hearts, let us all be humbled as we think about the magnitude of what we have been forgiven for, and how Mighty Is The Love from Our Father In Heaven… that He so freely gives us. If any of us is having a tough time with putting this to thought, we only need look at the similarities with each of us in The Parable of The Prodigal Son. Look at The father’s Love even after the son has squandered his inheritance and life, throwing away all his father had taught him, and ending up living with pigs. There is truly a picture of us all in this, whether we can see it or not. This picture and parable is something we can each meditate on to come to a place of sincere and honest reverence for Our King and Savior, what He has done for us, and His Mighty Sacrificial Love. Not to mention The Overpowering Love He shows in this parable by greeting the prodigal son with no malice, resent, or rebuke, but rather with Open Arms. Just as The Prodigal Son, at one time we have all squandered what Our Father has given to us… Mighty Is His Love To Accept Us Back With Open Arms When We Repent and Reconcile Ourselves To Him! Ahava (Love)… this is what saved our lives that Passover Evening over 2000 years ago. Just as this servant was pondering this, Our Father sent me a beautiful Berean Devotion, and that is what we will look at today. May God Bless each and everyone of you on the other side of this screen. May your final days of this Festival (Rehearsal) be full of Mighty Love, thanksgiving, kindness, and excitement for the revelation He gives us when we obey and seek Him. Finally, may we remember The Passover meal we partook in, just as Our Father’s Word commands, which is the ultimate family meal together with Our Savior, and may we strive to see any leaven (sin) in our lives that we may have missed… and then remove it (repent). May these last two days of Our Father’s Appointed Time (Moed) be days that we are mindful, reverent, humble, and maybe most importantly… full of Love. May we all be reassured and comforted as we celebrate, that Our Father, The Almighty Creator of All Things, has made The Way for us all to come to Him through His Greatest Masterpiece Ever... Our Unleavened (Sinless) and Perfect Savior, The Passover Lamb Who Forgives The Sins of The Whole World. That kind of Love… just makes you want to say….HalleluYAH! Thank You Father! Thank You Yeshua! A big Thank You to our late Brother,John W. Ritenbaugh, and berean.org for today’s devotion. “Now the Bereans were more noble-minded than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if these teachings were true.” Acts 17:11 - An Unleavened Berean Breakdown: The Essence of Love and A Sense of Well-Being - Luke 15:13-17 “And not many days after, the younger son gathered all together, journeyed to a far country, and there wasted his possessions with prodigal living. But when he had spent all, there arose a severe famine in that land, and he began to be in want. Then he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country, and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. And he would gladly have filled his stomach with the pods that the swine ate, and no one gave him anything. "But when he came to himself, he said, 'How many of my father's hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!” Luke 15:13-17 NKJV The question at this point is still, "How are we trying to find satisfaction in life?" We could reword it, "How are we trying to find Love, joy, and peace?" The Parable of the Prodigal Son touches on this issue. Like the young man, we yearn for a feeling of well-being, peace, security, fun, and happiness. Also like him, we pursue after them, attempting to produce them in virtually every way but The Father's Way. We, like him, experience the same empty, hollow, something-is-missing feelings. Some may remember a popular song of a few decades ago sung by Peggy Lee titled "Is That All There Is?" The lyrics dealt with this very subject. The singer recounts having tried so many supposedly exciting and fulfilling things in life yet having found no lasting satisfaction in any of them. Following each experience, she concludes by asking the question, "Is that all there is?" The song clearly expresses that such a life is not truly fulfilling. What is missing from such a life is The True Purpose of Life combined with the effort of fulfilling it by Living The Required Way. The three offerings in Leviticus 1-3—the burnt, meal, and peace offerings—broadly define God's Way of Life: doing all things within the context of His Purpose In Love. As we have seen, I John 5:3 defines Love as keeping The Commandments, and The Essence of Love Is Sacrificial Giving. Though without The Spirit of God, some people (psychologists, for instance) have figured out much of this. The part they have not determined through observing humanity is The True Purpose of Life because God has not revealed it to them. They have, however, found that The Essence of Love Is Sacrifice and that doing the right things produces a sense of well-being.
